The most attitude! Super unclean and the coffee wasnt even made correctly . They need a visit from inspections.

While waiting for public transportation I decided to head into Dunkin' Donuts very close to their closing time today the coffee was still fresh hot and delicious the employees were friendly helpful and welcoming and the food was good had myself a pretzel slider. The employees could've been frustrated that I was coming in while they're getting ready to close but they weren't they were very accommodating and I appreciate that. read more

Just terrible time and time again. 2 days in a row I got hot cappuccino and it was just hot milk. Pure white when I poured it out. Told the guy that worked there and he argued that's how it's made. Took it back then gave me a cup full to rim with, I assume, half coffee and half that milk I just gave him back. That's if you can understand anything they say in the drive thru. Basically sounds like they are juggling and fighting a pack of lions in there when they speak through the intercom thing. Never again for me but try if you want an adventure. read more

Skip this location!!! Don't even bother going through the drive-through, or walking inside. I did both and received no service! I was never greeted, even though that you ladies with the headsets on their heads looked me right in my eyes and said nothing. They were all so busy catching up on an old employee who was standing in the lobby talking about all of their life details. Food and coffee were good here, but service was a little slow for there not being anyone in line at the drive-thru. Employees seemed a bit young and immature - didn't seem to take their job too seriously, (as they needn't!) but could've kept their inside giggles away from the mic and pick-up window. Ps. If you like flavored coffee, try the new Cookie dough iced coffee - if you're on a low sugar kick, ask for Splenda and skim milk. It is just as tasty as the full cal/fat version! This Dunkin' Donuts is just the worst one I have ever experienced. This morning I ordered a chocolate croissant, and I am very familiar with this from other Dunkin' locations and it is a favorite of mine. Well, they threw one in a bag, hard and stale, not heated, no napkin, chocolate not at an edible consistency inside a crumbly hard croissant. I was in a hurry and couldn't return it. Called later, was told there is no manager present. Obviously! I will totally avoid this location in the future. read more

This is by far the WORST Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. Considering that just now I found a DEAD fly in my drink, I am definitely not going their again and I encourage others not to either. Said the manager when I asked if the patrons waiting in line and I could get service rather than listening to them literally Cuss each other out behind the counter. Fast service. Friendly environment. The store was clean and the coffee was fresh. They didn't have the doughnut that I wanted but the other choices were good. The breakfast sandwiches are excellent. The prices are okay. read more

I come to this location from time to time. There have been times I've come and the doors are locked. They are open!!! The reasoning is they only have one employee in there running the entire place. When you go through the drive thru it takes 20-30 mins to get a coffee. Tonight when I was trying to go inside to get coffee and do some work at a table, the doors were locked, AGAIN! However, there are two patrons in the locked store on computers doing work. Why are they allowed to stay in there? This is no way to run a business. Management needs to get their act together and hire people who actually work or stop only scheduling one person to run the entire store. I can understand it happening once. However, this is the fourth time this has happened. I won't be going back there again. read more

If your looking to get something quick, this ain't the place. It's good if you would like to spend 30-45 mins on average to grab some simple pre made breakfast items. If you include donuts in your order, they will most likely be forgotten about. There are times the kids beg me to go here. In that time I leave my girl in the car, walk across the highway to Wawa, get my things there, they have even messed my things up at Wawa, fixed them, and by the time I walk back across the highway to my car. I still have at least 15 mins of waiting before anything is remotely ready. I wish management would step up. There is absolutely zero sense of urgency from employees and the girl here seems to have a wicked attitude. Thankfully the guy there was personable and friendly. Look I understand times might not be perfect right now but it would be pleasant to see her at least take pride in the tasks she is paid to perform. Watching her makes me feel like I've worked too hard in my life to know this is how little you can do to be paid. Thankfully I didn't ask for a name, but if you know her, she is in competition to see how slow an order can be processed. I've worked in kitchens for over a decade and it is unsettling that I feel the need to take this amount of time to open an app up and write a review like this. Service sucks.. I worked at Dunkin' Donuts long enough to know what is right and wrong. And this whole store is wrong! I've been at this location three times in one week and every time it has sucked. The girls are very rude and they are very snide.. today I got three coffees. A large hot latte, a medium hot coffee, and a medium iced latte. First thing I didn't like was she walked away to do the drive through and didn't cash me out. Second, she made drive through items before she made mine(no biggy) but I was already standing there for a decent amount of time. Third, the iced latte didn't taste good at all. And last but not least, as I watched her make my iced latte, she put her hand over my cup to drain water out. I'm guessing because the ice bucket wasn't drained like it's supposed to be... I didn't like that she did that. So that was my last time at that Dunkin' Donuts. read more

I wish I could give a lower rating than 1 star. This place is the worst and I mean absolute worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to. Every single time you go to the drive thru I can guarantee that you will wait at least 15 minutes. I went today and ordered a medium French vanilla iced coffee and it was so bad I had to throw it away after a few sips. Only a select few employees act like they care, the rest clearly show they couldn't care less. I am highly disappointed with this Dunkin and I will go out of my way to go to a different one next time. read more
