I stopped by this recently opened Dunkin' Donuts. It has a drive-thru, but I went in. It was clean and comfortable. The doughnut was typical, which is to say not great, but as expected. The coffee was hot . . . very hot. All is as one would expect from a Dunkin' Donuts. Help was friendly enough. read more

Dunkin' - Coffe and doughnut - Donuts Near Me - Vineland, New Jersey

Me and my girlfriend went there today to get the new Dunkin Zero sour apple drink so we drove up to the speaker and ordered it and I guess the guy thought I wanted the sour apple refresher with cold foam on top but I didn't notice till I had paid and gotten it. I was going to just take it and leave but my girlfriend said to go back around and just ask for the drink I ordered so we did at the speaker my gf said very nicely (we weren't rude at all during this) "hey we just came through and I think there was a mix up with the drink we ordered the Dunkin zero without the cold foam" and the guy on the speaker said "I got you" mind you there was a older Indian man and a younger one when we first went up the older one helped us and now the second time it was the younger one at the speaker but when we got to the window the older one was helping us again my gf explained what happened again and handed the drink back and he said Ok and when he brought the new drink to us I shit you not it was this cloudy tan drink that literally looked like nothing on the menu cause we went on the app and tried to see if ANYTHING LOOKED LIKE THIS OR EVEN WHAT THE DUNKIN ZERO IS SUPPOSE TO LOOK LIKE (I'll attach pics) at this point we were pretty annoyed but we never once gave them attitude so my gf ended up placing a mobile order for the drink we wanted and when we got to the window the younger guy was helping us but older guy was in the background he then said "your back" and laughed and we said yeah cause this is all we wanted and my gf asked (since we still had the tan drink) what the drink was and the younger guy was like yeah the sour apple comes with the purple cold foam and she's like no this and showed him the drink that the older guy gave us and EVEN THE YOUNGER GUY ASKED THE OLDER GUY WHAT IS THAT When I tell you the older guy was standing there like he got caught doing something wrong he had no emotion and wasn't saying anything we all were just there just looking at the drink and we ended driving away and could hear the younger guy asking the older guy what the hell the drink was. I think this whole thing was a little ridiculous and whatever the tan drink was gross and had a weird smell to it I will be calling to get my money back for the drink I did not receive yall need to do better idk man lol read more

Dunkin' - What we wanted the Dunkin zero sour apple - Donuts Near Me - Vineland, New Jersey

This is the first time we came to this location, the outside looked clean and presentable the drive thru however was really slow. The worker was nice and pleasant and the iced coffee was a bit off but not bad by any means. If you're used to going to 1 location all the time and can't get to that one you should be OK stopping here. read more

Dunkin' - Store front - Donuts Near Me - Vineland, New Jersey

I always go here the two woman that are there at 740 are ignorant. The younger one said her name was Joe and I understand it's early but her attitude was terrible and she's too pretty to be acting like that. I told her my I need coffee 3 times and she got mad because she kept asking if I wanted two I told her no. Then she started going off with the other girl and not knowing I understand what she says I am mixed and she was being racist the older lady literally called me a nigger they have to be fired if I go there again and see them I will be talking to corporate and my family lawyer about suing them for emotional distress because I never in my life had to deal with that and they are minorities it's sad to see another minority picking on me because of my color when they are also brown and the guy that was working was laughing saying that there are crazy this is not right at all it made me feel less and I thought about hurting myself people like this shouldn't be working in customer service if they don't have the attitude for it thy literally were talking about me in my face thinking I didn't understand then my bagel was done while I was standing right in front of them they didn't tell me or nothing I asked the guy then the girl said it was been done like cmon now this is too much petty stuff they get paid to be ignorant to customers is crazy read more

Dunkin' - Not my order - Donuts Near Me - Vineland, New Jersey

Definitely not pleased with the staff or customer service. The Indian lady rushed us along and seemed very disturbed at the fact we were taking our time ordering. (Where else do you have to be lady? What exactly do you have to be doing?) The fact that she and we had to keep repeating ourselves was ridiculous. If you are not a people person DO NOT be in the front lines serving people. I just could not believe how rude she was. I am visiting from the west coast and this totally left a bad taste in my mouth. Looking to visit another location before I go. read more

Why do I always get an attitude from the workers at this location? The only workers that ever has a smile and will reply to you, is Chyann and the store manager. If you don't want to be friendly, go home! read more

If your lobby is closed because you're short staffed at least take down the "lobby is open" sign so that people don't get out of the drive-through line that extends out of the driveway to try to come into the store just to find out that the door is locked and you're not open which then causes people to not be able to get back into the line to get their coffee!! It's really not rocket science! read more

Meh. The cashiers at this place are weird and hard to communicate with. They don't seem to help you and make the whole process confusing.

New to the area after much anticipation. There has been a WAWA across the street which I have personally never liked. There is something to be said about a smaller, cleaner, less crowded place.. it is more inviting. Not to mention much more convenient when you do not want to leave your car! My favorite is the vanilla chai latte. read more

Fantastic service and such a clean, well kept establishment. Glad they are open 24 hr too!

Idk what happened to their old employees, but the new ones CANNOT get a coffee order right to save their life. I've consistently ordered the same thing forever now and all of a sudden it's a battle to get it right. PLEASE be more attentive or get new employees. read more
