I stopped by this DD at the Buena, NJ location and bought a medium sized Protein coffee. While waiting for my order I used the Men's Room. It was disgusting! There was toilet paper strewn on the floor, the toilet was caked with poop, the toilet brush and holder were laying it their side next to the toilet, the trash basket was almost full and equally as disgusting, the sink was wet & dirty and the oder would take your breath away. If the condition of this restroom represents the standards of this shop then I wouldn't eat or drink anything they serve. It's disgusting and I strongly recommend NOT doing business there. I don't usually do reviews but this is awful. After waiting 5 minutes to get my order taken with no one else in line I was literally SHAMED by the man on register for getting a coffee "on a national holiday" .. Sir it's Presidents' Day, calm down. My boyfriend had to work today too and he is fine, and I know he would never complain to his customers about it. He immediately asked me when I pulled up "why are you smiling and why are you awake" "It's 10am I should be sleeping but nooo I will never understand why people want coffee from dunkin on a national holiday" He proceeded to ask me if I owned a coffee machine and an oven then asked "do you ever use it, why are you here??" This is the light version because I cannot type everything this man said, the summary he was not happy I wanted a coffee from dunkin on a day he shouldn't have to work. I come back at 710 to give them time to open and I was told sorry were closed. The boy said he was working solo and didn't have any help. ordered through the app for drive through pick up. Had two cars ahead of us. Took 28 minutes. The first car handed back a bag TWICE. The second waited 12 minutes for one iced tea. short staffed is one thing, clueless staff is another. I come here a few times a week and they've never got my order right, not even once! I order the simplest things like 'unsweetened iced hazelnut coffee' it comes out with some syrup so thick it's undrinkable, often only after they hand me a hot coffee and correct it (sort of because they correct it and then make it wrong anyhow). Every time I order iced they hand me hot, then they re-make it and it's still wrong but not identifiable by the naked eye - pull away, put a straw in it only to go into diabetic shock because they don't understand what they're doing. Unsweetened means don't put sweetener. Every time I ask for them to fix it, I get a snare from the girl in the back that's picking cups off the floor and putting them back in the stack. Just this location, other locations understand how to enter the order that they JUST read back to you correctly on an intercom. Oh, and I'm not coming back to this one. Ok I updated to 2 stars: they got my order right and told me that I didn't need skim milk because I'm skinny enough. Perhaps they will win their way up to 5 stars one day. read more

I would give a 0! they never have donuts if your so called limited donuts why are they letting anyone buy 3dozen donuts and they still won't open their lobby so you can pick and see for your self what kind you want. This place is going downhill with service & quality. My husband went in today & the cashier named Irma looked bothered that she had to wait on him. Put her head down on the register while he was deciding what he wanted. Last time I was there I asked for a hot latte & it came out cold. I told them it was cold & I asked for a hot 1. The guy making it looked aggravated he had to make another. The lattes here always taste burnt. After today's service we will not be coming back. read more

I used to love this DD. I'm a loyal customer since they opened.. about a year ago they switched out a bunch of employees for new ones and this place is going down hill quick!!! I always order 1 coffee ( Carmel, cream, sugar, turbo shot) real simple right?, not for them. When I get it it's just coffee with cream. Not like I'm going some where where they have all the stuff so I can add to it besides I'm paying extra money fir it to be in there and it never is! They don't listen to your order and they don't communicate with one another.. my suggestion drive past it and find another DD. read more

Stopped at the drive-thru at the Dunkin' Donuts on Harding Highway in Buena New Jersey ordered a hot chai tea was given a cold chai tea young man with the Biggie Smalls sweat Hood and the ponytail remade the order it was nothing but hot water and phone went back to the drive-thru requested refund and he told me he could not give me my money back he would make another tea and that he did put tea in the order I said young man there's no tea and I was just prefer a refund said he could not do it I said well can you give me a store credit or a gift card he said no he was rude he was arrogant and belligerent I have lost to complaint with their corporate office no one seems to know who owns the Dunkin' Donuts but training is definitely needed this is my last time my final time running on Duncan I will definitely just stick with Wawa not that it really matters to them because they have a lot of customers in the area but my money I walked away with 76 and no product and no refund I'm done read more
