I wanted to try this new location and pick up some of their holiday donuts for my family. They didn't have a huge selection but I ordered a dozen, some chocolate, some glazed, a crueler and a jelly donut. These were not what I was expecting from Dunkin's. I couldn't tell if they were stale or dense or both but all of the donuts were like this. I was expecting a light fluffy, soft donut, but instead got something that was the total opposite. The service also definitely lacked. I probably won't be back spending my hard earn money here. read more

This one is a small location. The donut rack is limited and not as extensive as the larger stores. The donuts are just as good as other areas, they all pretty much come from the same bakery for these small locations. This one didn't appear to have its own kitchen other than an area to reheat items. Not sure how long the location has been here, but it looks a bit worse for the wear inside on the inside. It's not so much lack of cleaning, as the tables were clear. All the plastic tables and chairs get so scuffed up and dirty looking, makes it not look so good. New location on Troup Hwy, Tyler. First of all I sat at the drive through for 10 minutes without anyone noticing. then I go inside and it takes about 5 minutes to be asked if I need help. Poor customer service everytime, but especially today. The person who took our order/payment told us to pull up from the drive through to wait for our order, but there was no one behind us in the drive through. As we explained we'd prefer to wait at the window like normal, she replied "well, it affects our drive time". We would have literally been pulling up to wait by a back door. They're normally good when it comes to drinks but when it comes to food, no. If I have the location already selected and I am ordering through the app, they should make note of what they do not have. I found out about one thing that they did not have that I had ordered and then when two of my donuts were replaced with other ones, and I said something about it, they offered to replace it with other donuts, but I don't want other ones. I also got told that they could replace it with a snack but then got told they could not because of the price difference which was fine but due to the trouble, I chose not to get anything at all, and just stick with what I had already received. When it comes to coffee, the Dunkin Donuts brand has to have some of the best in the country. Better than Starbucks (yeah, I said it), better than most Mom & Pop blends out there, and almost as good as Caribou Coffee. This location turned out to be no exception. Since Dunkin Donuts is a massive chain venue that would make even Homer Simpson drool on any given day, I expected a ho-hum 3-stars experience upon handing over my money. Not today. I asked for a triple expresso, or in this case, 3 turbo shots. Out of the many Dunkin Donuts I've been to across the land, I finally found the one that got it right. FINALLY!!! And it was done correctly by a 20-year old male college student who actually listened to my request, no less. I was so impressed with the correct quantity size and so forth that I even thanked him. along with his manager for getting it right. The strength of expresso was absolutely perfect. For those that aren't expresso drinkers, you would think that this would be an easy request. Far from it. I would get my expresso request in Grande or Venti-sized quantities that had enough caffeine to kill an elephant. Not only that, I the expresso would taste a bit runny as a result of the over-kill of water. I never understood how franchises would mess this up, since the turbo shots take the click of one button on the machine. I've even received 3 tall-sized cups of each turbo shot separately, which made no sense. Just pour it in one tall-sized cup, Einstein! After drinking weak coffee at my hotel, this Dunkin Donuts was a welcome sight. Although there is a Starbucks further down Loop 323, c'mon now. Dunkin, in my opinion, rates a bit stronger in their taste of expressos and coffees versus Starbucks. Of course, you'll have your choice of doughnuts, croissants and ice cream (thank you, Baskin Robbins). This location's drive-thru seems to move promptly, and the place is clean. Definitely will get my coffee fix upon returning to Tyler. read more

My family and I order about a $100 ( (9 of us ordering ) worth of ice cream and coffee On a Saturday night. The DoorDash message and said he was waiting on our order. About 10 minutes later the DoorDash message us back and told us they were out a of 99 percent of our order. I work in a small retail store so I understand being out items. My problem is how The store handle the situation. Not contacting us and asking if we wanted something else before DoorDash got there wasting his time. Just moved to this area and was so excited they had a Dunkin' , cause it's my favorite spot for coffee. It's been a good experience except for my last visit a few days ago. Me and my boyfriends iced coffees were barely even filled over half the cup. They also add so much ice that you can finish the drink in about 5 sips. I got hired on as an assistant manager and had to quit only a few days in because of how dirty and gross their location was. Not only do that not clean their steams wands for their hot drinks (I have three years barista experience and am well aware steam wands are suppose to be cleaned between each use) I also never saw a single coworker was their hands. The put no effort into making their drinks and just care about doing everything as fast as possible. I would encourage you to get your coffee and donuts from somewhere else. read more

I have worked there for three days and know that the ac leaks into the icing, the glaze, and on the food. Doughnuts are still cold and some still being frozen after coming out of the oven with a boss telling me "It's fine" and reassuring me that we will still get customers even if everyone knew because we are the only dunkins around. there is a lot of cross contamination with coconut getting on non-coconut items and glaze that drips off doughnuts being drained into a bucket for later use. read more

I've gone to this Dunkin Donuts about a dozen times since moving to Tyler. I've always noticed that they were kinda rude. Like I was bothering them at the drive-thru. The last 3 times, each time, My coffee was made incorrectly, one visit I saw the workers not using gloves while getting bags of donuts for other customers. This last time was the last straw... I noticed my mocha latte was mostly foam, I said something and the drive-thru person didn't apologize, didn't say anything just took it back and "fixed it" or so I thought. I got to work only to find out that the mocha was mostly milk, not even warm at all. I was super furious. I definitely won't be going back, I'd rather go to Starbucks and pay a few dollars more. I cannot begin to express my deep disappointment with this location of Dunkin'. I have heard from people who live elsewhere that Dunkin' is a wonderful place to get reasonably priced coffee that still tastes similar to the high quality a person would expect from a place like Starbucks. However, this has not been my experience. I have been to this location several times and each time I remember why I swore to myself that I would never return. From the creepy staff to the unimaginably nasty coffee, this Dunkin' has never failed to baffle me at its appalling experience. The lack of consistency at this location is so great that I have never drunk a coffee that tasted remotely similar to one I had drunk before. The coffee itself is the best, better than Starbucks. The staff is friendly but this location is the slowest location I have ever been to. The staff has zero sense of urgency when helping customers they have one in the lobby and one in the drive thru and it is a 10-15 min wait in the drive thru every time without fail. You wait 10 min to get to the ordering speaker, then when you pull up, the employee says they will be right with you, ultimately waiting at least 5 more minutes to even order. Management needs to hire more employees or train on efficiency. They also never have bagel minis I'm always offered something else because they are always frozen. Ordering ahead on the mobile app does absolutely nothing for efficiency or speediness of your order. Please do better I love this place. read more
