Let me start off by saying these are by far the BEST DOUGHNUTS in my humble opinion they are hot soft and delicious I'm from Houston so we have these all over the city so it's nice to have a little taste of home here in Tyler I will definitely be back....

When I see a Shipley's nearby I want to stop because I feel they have one of the best donuts I've ever tasted! This day and this store fell short of the Shipley's I remember. I bought four different donuts and no one had the same satisfaction we normally do. I agree with another review, my cream filling did taste different and the donut just wasn't as fresh. These do-nuts are not the wonderful melt in your mouth Shipley recipe I've experienced at every other Shipley shop I've ever visited. I was very disappointed in the flavor and texture of these donuts. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is the sausage cheese kolache was acceptable. read more

just went through and ordered 3 sausage and cheese kolaches. super simple, nothing crazy. employee/owner was on the phone the whole time and i was curious if he actually listened to my order. when i got home, i took a bite out of my kolache to find it filled with one small lethargic piece of ham and barely any cheese. Not only was the order wrong, but I got charged for sausage only for it to be filled with one half-slice of ham read more

Cream filled donuts are weird.. It tastes like they squeezed an entire can of vanilla frosting in the donut. I can't handle it. The other donuts I had were nothing to write home about either. sad:/ The lady at the drive thru wasn't friendly. I would like to start off with customer service is a huge thing for many people.His sucked,whenever I go anywhere where I'm paying MY MONEY and I ask for a receipt,I should be getting it with no question!I simply asked for a receipt and his response was "what do you need a receipt for"?With an attitude of course,im putting money into your business.You mean to tell me I can't ask for a receiptHe's been rude the last two times I've been,that was the last straw!Will never be back read more

Best damn apple fritter in the universe. It was a tastebud explosion and my buds may never recover. Put one in my casket when you bury me so I'll be in heaven forever. I want a little bit of fritter on my lips to be in a happy moment forever when I'm 6 feet under. Ermagod it was was so good that I got a food boner and had to stay seated until it passed. read more

Sign says 4:30 - 2:00 showed up at 1:45 and no one came to the window. Cars in the lot lights on but no service. Change your signs if those aren't your hours. One very disappointed little girl with me. read more

I love the donuts here. Small, cute, little place! Has so many donuts to choose from and has breakfast sandwiches and such. My favorites are the twisted frosted donuts and the chocolate frosted donut! They are soft and so good! I don't go often, but I'd definitely recommend them! read more

I go to this donut shop every morning when I have the chance, this morning was extremely different however. I left the shop with my Jalapeño kolaches just to realize that I locked my keys in my car. The amazing service though let me use their phone a couple of times to call my family to help me unlock my car! Great service, great food, and an extremely clean environment!! Love this place.
