When I see a Shipley's nearby I want to stop because I feel they have one of the best donuts I've ever tasted! This day and this store fell short of the Shipley's I remember. I bought four different donuts and no one had the same satisfaction we normally do. I agree with another review, my cream filling did taste different and the donut just wasn't as fresh. just went through and ordered 3 sausage and cheese kolaches. super simple, nothing crazy. employee/owner was on the phone the whole time and i was curious if he actually listened to my order. when i got home, i took a bite out of my kolache to find it filled with one small lethargic piece of ham and barely any cheese. Cream filled donuts are weird.. It tastes like they squeezed an entire can of vanilla frosting in the donut. I can't handle it. I love the donuts here. Small, cute, little place! Has so many donuts to choose from and has breakfast sandwiches and such. My favorites are the twisted frosted donuts and the chocolate frosted donut! They are soft and so good! I don't go often, but I'd definitely recommend them! read more

I go to this donut shop every morning when I have the chance, this morning was extremely different however. I left the shop with my Jalapeño kolaches just to realize that I locked my keys in my car. The amazing service though let me use their phone a couple of times to call my family to help me unlock my car! Great service, great food, and an extremely clean environment!! Love this place.
