So first of all they were dumb, they never got our order right, they were stingy, and they were always having an attitude for no reason

Went through the drive thru last night and ordered an XL black coffee and a frozen coffee. I waited 15 minutes overall for two drinks. I paid immediately at the window and then didn't see anyone (actually working, saw plenty of people chitchatting and kicking boxes around) until I knocked on the window at the 10 minute mark, when a girl came to the window to rummage through her backpackat, I told her I was still waiting on my order and she was rude. The guy that actually took payment from me gave a very uninterested and unapologetic "sorry". I finally got my drinks 5 mins later. Coffee was luke warm, with creamer and sugar in it. And the frozen coffee had the wrong flavor in it, I asked for mocha. Very disappointed. If the order wasn't for a friend I would've just asked for a refund and went about my day. read more

When it comes to on-the-go coffee, Starbucks got nothing on the Dunkin'. No burnt coffee taste, and the rewards are pretty great with the Perks card (I got a free small cold brew today just because)! And when it comes to their food, it actually is very filling without having to shell out too much money (I suggest the Ham, Egg and Cheese on english muffin if looking at something filling but not uber caloric). The only thing I would say is that it can be hit or miss with who you get at the window--sometimes the cashier is super friendly and then you've got the morning where a grumpy-pants is giving you your food. But if you can look past that, I feel you'll be satisfied! read more

I've gone twice now and this location is out of ice cream due to "cleaning the freezer"........it's 12:30 in the afternoon?!

I don't normally leave reviews but this place took forty minutes to make two drinks and two food items after I had already ordered ahead. They lost the ticket and proceeded to ask my name three times, look at my email, and even ask if I chose the right location. It's the only location in town. After thirty minutes of everyone getting their orders and mine being lost I was asked if I wanted to wait to see if the ticket machine would print out the thirty minute old ticket. Then they asked if I just wanted my order made. I had already paid, I had been waiting for 30 minutes, obviously I just wanted the coffee. Fifteen minutes later I get one drink with inch of space just empty in the cup. The second one was fine and the food came out like it had been squished. It was all mushy and mashed together. Forty minutes for a drink that wasn't even full, food smashed together mushy and soggy, no one trying to fix it until thirty minutes into the wait. The store wasn't even busy. I went earlier to get a iced coffee, and Aaron (the manager) gave me my coffee, and I told him that it tasted off and there wasn't any cream or sugar. He looked at me as if I didn't know what i was talking about and said he can't do anything unless it was "rotten". I pulled around to the front and went inside to ask for cream and sugar and he looked at me and said we can't add it, which isn't what I wanted I wanted to put it in myself since Aaron wasn't wearing any gloves. Then the nicest worker named Elijah asked me what was wrong and i told him and he actually offered to remake my coffee and it actually tasted NORMAL! he was so nice about it. read more

Terrible service! Shift leader Aaron is very rude. I asked for many different things and proceeded to tell me they didn't have it , was said with an attitude.. I then asked for Vanilla ice cream, with chocolate syrup . He did indeed say they had it. Pulled up to the window and he was not at all hospitable. He then told me to pull up and someone will get me my ice cream. Come to find out they didn't have it so he told the worker to just put something in a cup and give it to me. I went to Dunkin Donuts many times a week in Manhattan, Kansas over a four year period. Coffee and food are the best. I try the Tyler DD once a year hoping it would be as good. The Tyler Dunkin Donuts has a lot to improve in atmosphere, food and service. But I have not seen any improvement. If the Manhattan, Kansas DD is a Cadillac, then the Tyler DD is a junk yard car. read more

My first and last DD experience. If all locations are like this I don't know why anyone would speak well of their donuts. They're cold. Not room temperature cool, they're refrigerated cold. I have never gotten a frigid donut before in my life and I don't ever want one again. I've had better, fresher tasting donuts from a box bought at Walmart. The kolache wasn't good, either. The iced coffee was decent. The service was just like the donut, frigid. Very unfriendly and unaccommodating. The worst part? I paid over $9 for this crap. I have been trying to get some type of at least decently good coffee from this Dunkin' for 5 months now, and I have gone no less than 10 times. Each time, I order the same beverage, but it has never tasted the same. Sometimes, it's so sickeningly sweet that I have to physically spit it out of my mouth. However, other times, it is so burnt that, if I did not know what I was drinking, I would think it was fireplace ashes. Additionally, the manager of this Dunkin' is the creepiest server I have ever come into contact with. The first time I ever went, he seemed very nice and had a decent, civil conversation with me at the drive through window. The next time I came, though, he physically stuck his body out of the drive through window to see if the person ordering was me from the last time I had come. Then, he proceeded to tell me once I came to the window that he had looked for me on Facebook. Remember, I had only ever spoken to him for maybe three minutes weeks beforehand. He even said that he struck up a conversation with someone who he thought was me on Facebook, only to realize that it was some random stranger. This made me thoroughly uncomfortable, and I now feel the need to disguise myself every time I come to this location. Today will be my final visit to this Dunkin' because of the low quality and fickle nature of the coffee that I order every time. I have even tried to doctor this coffee at my own house with my own ingredients, but it is truly un drinkable in a different way every time I get this coffee. Thank you. read more

I work at Dunkin Donuts and I remember the manager telling me she didn't know if she was gonna need me today so I called up there several times and nobody answered. So I drove up there and the lights were off and the door was locked like c'mon it's almost 7 am and you guys are supposed to be open at 5 am. I'm pretty ticked off so I don't care I'm not working today. Just saying that's pure laziness. Also I'm fairly new so I'm still learning things and I don't know how to make frozen drinks and stuff and the other girls will disappear into the back and expect me to know what to do. However, the lady taking orders wasn't friendly or helpful when it came to me placing my order or trying to find out how long it would be until they had more. Stopped here this morning on my way to work for some iced coffee. I have been here lots so I really should have already written a review. This morning at the Drive thru the nice young lady was so accommodating. I kindly told her that I would like something with a strong coffee taste, some chocolate or mocha and iced. She said then you want the Iced Macchiato. Of course I thanked her. I have had it before and I love it, but idk which drink has more caffeine or whatever. She explained at the window when I pulled up that the macchiato has two shots of espresso and chocolate flavor, cream and sugar, but it's not stirred for presentation. Then she said she likes it stirred because you don't get all sweet then coffee flavor later. I said ok stir mine. So even though I had this drink before and liked it, now I like it more! Stirred! Please! And a large is only $3.99. I know other chains around here are way more expensive than that. I have tried their donuts and croissants in the past and they were great too. read more

I love Donkin but this was the worst service I have ever received. Took my food order then proceeded to give the food orders to the 3 next guest behind me. Went 5 days ago and the a/c was out. The ice cream was melted. Looked like employees had the covers for the ice cream open to get some cold air. A/c had been out most of the day. Went back today for donuts and they only had like seven trays. Looked like what would be left late at night. The place was still hot. Had to be at least 80. Will not go back anytime soon. read more

I love this place...when they get my order right. I always order the same thing and I get what I ask for maybe half the time. Just this morning I ordered an iced coffee with almond milk and instead I got some syrupy drink with regular milk (which I'm allergic to...hence the almond milk preference). All I can say is yuck ... as soon as you walk in it is super hot almost as if they are saving money by not running the ac, no one was in line or inside and we had to wait five minutes at the counter before anyone helped us, and the donuts are absolutely disgusting and taste as if they have been left out for a days (super dried out)! The service at this location is simply terrible. I tried to call in an order for bagels, muffins and donuts and was simply ignored, hung up on and eventually they took the phone off the hook. So I then drove to the store to place the order there. At that point in time the server told me they don't have bagels, they don't have muffins, as people simply don't buy them. In addition the time to get five dozen donuts I eventually ordered was extremely long as the employee spent more time gossiping than focusing on the customer.
