Delicious $6 meal deal that was prepared quickly. Loved my medium iced coffee with pumpkin and hazelnut & bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. The staff was so friendly and got my order out very fast. Cons: unfortunately, the location of this Dunkin is very dangerous- it is right off a highway and if you want to go through the drive through, you might not be able to if there's a line extending into the highway. I wanted to use the drive through but was forced to park and go inside. The parking lot has many pot holes, which makes it difficult to even pull in. Service is good, but location not so much. read more

I am a state worker that begins work at 6:00 am. I went through the driveway and came inside to use the restroom. It was out of order. Now I have to find another location before I get back on the road. I won't be returning read more

It is currently 10:30 pm at night and I decided I wanted to get coffee I sat in the drive thru for about 5 minutes the third car in line to get to the speaker and after 5 minutes of nobody moving or answering I decided to go inside. I went inside to order my coffee and I was 2nd in line to order and 5 minutes later nothing had happened. They didn't acknowledge that I was even in the store. Very unprofessional workplace the only two workers were in the back not even taking drive thru people. I understand working in food business is stressful but not acknowledging any customers from drive thru and inside is unacceptable. It's almost 11pm why on earth is it takes forever for anything to be done. read more

Went through drive their for a large milkshake. Which is not cheap. I even tipped them two dollars. The milkshake tasted more like milk than the actual flavor. So disappointing. I won't be back for an ice cream item. read more

So apparently you can buy a cake but they can't write happy birthday on it. Why? As per the young lady behind the counter "oh, they don't order the stuff to do it". What in the actually heck?? read more

this dunkin is one of the closer ones to my work so i went here after a shift with my sister and the coffee was terrible. i ordered it slowly and nicely and we each got pretty common drinks, a french vanilla iced coffee with cream and a caramel iced coffee with cream and sugar, but that is not what we received. The french vanilla iced coffee did not have any vanilla swirl in it at all but instead it had the vanilla shot... which is not the same. Additionally, the caramel iced coffee had no cream even tho it clearly reads regular cream and sugar on the label. The drinks were just really watery after taking a sip we threw them out and headed over to the nearest starbucks. Safe to say we won't be back. read more

Prize for worst Dunkin ever goes to.. On the bright side, it's a good thing I had a free drink saved up so I didn't pay for all of this experience. That's the most positive statement I can put together. read more

I used to prefer this Dunkin' Donuts years ago but it went downhill the last few years like their donuts sometimes don't have filling in them or things just are missing entirely. The staff at the drive through isn't aware they should replace their speaker either which makes it hard to hear them. read more

This is by far the best Dunkin donuts location in the Totowa area. Even though the drive-through line can be long at times they do a great job of making sure that no customer is waiting more than they should. The staff is very friendly and welcoming but once you become a regular you really get to experience that. The store was remodeled like 2 years ago and is now state of the art. The bathrooms are the cleanest of any Dunkin I have been to as the staff is on top of store cleanings. Sofu (manager) is always pleasant and welcoming. He works his tail off for this store but he also makes sure our order is done right every day. Him and his staff also never hesitate to give the kids free munchkins or donuts to thank us for being good customers. Prices are in line with all of the Dunkins in the area but (as any DD addict would tell you) the main reason why we drive the extra mile to go here is because they make our coffee RIGHT the same time everyday and THAT is worth it's weight in gold!!!! read more

Your one stop shop for donuts, coffee and ice cream. This branch of Dunkin is your run of the mill typical coffee/dessert shop. The store interior recently underwent renovation and is nicely decorated. Granted the walls are pink and there are giant cups of coffee on the wall; it could be worse. The store is relatively clean, but the sugar/straw stand looks like it was invaded by a horde of Mongols (Genghis needs his coffee too, apparently). The staff works very quickly to get you your order, and are somewhat competent; however, they are rude and not courteous to their customers. The coffee is on par with other Dunkin chains, and the donuts are just as good. Drive thru is convenient, when it is not mobbed. Average wait time in drive thru (during rush hour) is about 5-7 minutes. Average time (not rush hour) 2-4 minutes. Not a bad place to go to especially if you need a caffeine fix. read more

My go to. Fast, efficient and without a doubt 99% of the time my orders are spot on. Customer service is also very consistent

Horrible drive thru service . Made us wait 5 minutes to order we throught he was backed up , we turn around building no one was in front of us . read more

This is the WORST Dunkin I have ever been to. We frequent Dunkin and have never had an experience as bad as the one today. The employees were unorganized, the food was not made correctly and tasted terrible, & our drinks had to be made three times before we gave up on them ever being made correctly. Cleanliness: the bathrooms were horrible the tables were dirty. Save yourself some time and go to a different Dunkin read more

This is one of the worst Dunkin' Donuts!!! Every time I order a coffee I have to have them to fix it no matter how I ask or place the order. Today I ordered a veggie egg white, cheese, & bacon wrap and it had a half a piece a cheese that was burnt and a half piece of bacon! That is ridiculous! Only reason I bother going to this dunking is for drive thru. Management is rude and they obviously don't train the staff properly. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Drive thru service is SO DAMN SLOW. Whoever runs this business is clueless on customer service

Just went through the drive through got a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant and as soon as I opened it the whole bottom part was rock hard and kinda tasted like chemicals . Disgusting. read more

Service is terrible everyone is confused , made me a shitty latte tasted horrible no idea how to make a decent drink yuck just awful.

A standard Dunkin. Nothing fancy or special about the Totowa Dunking. When I order ahead on the Dunkin app the order is ready and accurate. I only go into the store for pick up because the drive thru line is usually around the entire building. read more

Garbage. Donuts always stale and coffee always tastes burnt. They get your order wrong most of the time. Do yourself a favor and go to a different one. read more

Why even have Baskin menu when store can't get a single order made correctly!!! Been there multiple times and product is done wrong!!

Have came here a few times and there is always a problem with either the food or coffee. I can't understand why this place can't get their act together. Meanwhile, if you go the smaller Dunkin' Donuts by the diner, they always get your order right. Last time I came here the coffee tasted like chemical. I gave it back to them and they redid it and the same thing. I know my coffee but apparently they don't drink their own products. Won't come back here again. read more

I love and hate this location at the same time. I hate that the drive-thru line backs up on to Minnisink Road every morning. It really makes it difficult for me to get to work some days. This is at an extremely busy intersection where having cars waiting on the road to pull into the drive-thru line can be really dangerous. But alas, people are lazy and don't want to take the time to park the car and walk in for their morning caffeine fix. No, that I got rid of all of that hatred, I love the Chicken Salad on Croissant lunch sandwiches. The croissants are so soft and flaky, and the chicken salad is flavorful. Man are those jelly donuts addicting. I love that this location is also a Baskin-Robbins. They have 31 delicious flavors of traditional hard ice cream available as well as soft-serve. Very Berry Strawberry is just delightful. I love that it has real pieces of strawberry in it. It's probably one of the best strawberry ice creams I've had. Make sure to sign up for their e-mail club for free ice cream on your birthday! read more

Absolutely terrible experience just now.. so I placed my order for a large coffee and a couple of donuts. Once I get to the table to pay. I'm asked again if my coffee has a flavor and what donuts did I order... I thought you had a machine to take care of that... But, the biggest kicker was is the order came out to $5.97 and I gave them $6. When to change was only just 3 cents, the man put it into his tip jar... Not that it wasn't a big deal but at the same time there's a principal and a respect of giving the person back their change, if I wanted to give you the three cents, I would respectfully give it to you... I will definitely not be coming back to this location due to that incident regardless of that.. What if it was $10 that I was supposed to get back and he put it in his tip jar, there's a principal to the situation and I am very unhappy with that service from that location I will go to another Dunkin' Donuts for the future and not recommend this place to be checked out by anybody.... read more

This place is either a hit or a miss. One day they get it right, another they don't. Most of the time my lattes are incorrect and instead taste like an espresso shot. read more

They did a refresh on the decor recently, there are a few armchairs which is a nice touch. But it isn't Starbucks. I stopped in for breakfast; I tried the chicken apple sausage sandwich - just OK. Coffee is always decent but never as good as McDonalds. Not in the same league (or price point) as Starbucks. Staff here is good - fast if not friendly. No real complaints - a better than average Dunkin. read more

Whyyyyy is this Dunkin so cold? It's pretty and has comfy booths and chairs, but it's freezing every time I come here. In addition, the employees are always super loud and cursing. For someone like me who likes places with free WiFi so that I can get homework done, this is a bit of an inconvenience. As I said, the setup is cute. Their restroom is usually clean however their soap dispenser is broken and has been for over two weeks. I'm sure they have a sink in the back where employees can wash their hands but how many things must they touch to get back there? I've ordered simple things like iced coffee and ice cream from here before. They didn't have the flavor ice cream I really wanted though it was advertised. The coffee was fine. Nothing to write home about. read more

* This review is strictly based on my morning experience as that is the only time I have ever been here but for over 2 years. This is making me re-examine my mornings. The only thing positive about it is that it's close to my job. The morning crew here is incredibly slow. They have 4 or 5 people working, three of which are doing the drive-thru and 2 making sandwiches. Well what happens when you walk inside because the drive-thru line is all the way out in the street? Well you wait, of course. Many times I've gone in and waited for a good bit at the counter for someone to even acknowledge me. I get a no-frills black coffee. Literally under 20 seconds to make, when I'm running late for work, it can be frustrating just waiting for someone to finally come up. All that said, I was dealing with this for a few years now. Now I went inside on my last visit and I think I'm done for good. There were about 6 people in front of me and no one was at the counter taking orders. three more people walk in and finally someone comes up. He says hello to the lady behind me and makes her coffee first? Really? 6 people in front of me and the first person served is the one behind me? I just walked out and was forced to drink the office swill. read more

I don't think it's too hard to make 2 lattes, one hot and one iced. I was proven wrong. Went through the drive through and said my order 4 times only to drive up to the window and have to give the order again. Then they asked me to park and wait and brought it out and they still messed it up. How hard is a "hot caramel latte" and an "iced caramel latte with an extra turbo shot"? I even made it easy by asking for both in the same size. very frustrated! never again! read more

Customer service is lousy at this location. Numerous employees walked past counter and nobody took my order. I guess the only way to get coffee here is to use the drive thru. read more

I've given this Dunkin too many chances. They always mess up my food and drinks. The coffee tastes like chemicals - it's disgusting. It tastes like they never clean any of the machines that you get the frozen coffee from. They always manage to burn my croissant and then the cheese is never melted. The worst part is the management and employees-- you can tell they just don't care. Today I got a medium hot chocolate and they didn't even fill it up. I would always tip when I went-- but I stopped in the recent year because why should I tip people who don't even listen to what you want. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts isn't bad it's 24/7 which is great the management some are nice their is a heavy set manager lady idk her name she's never in uniform looks like she's in charge doesn't seem like this Dunkin' Donuts cares to comments on customers reviews they should be on top of there game and also be open to fixing situations also my coffee always looks like there is white stuff floating in the coffee it's always old coffee and yet again it looks like there is something white floating in coffee please brew new coffee if I could i call and inspector to check the taste of there coffee would be great thanks jets image read more

There isn't a time where I am not dissapointed with the coffee at this location. They literally always get it wrong and I don't think it's me, other places usually get it right. Even after asking them to fix it up a bit (ex: more milk or sugar) it is still gross. The store itself is fairly clean and the staff is friendly. read more

Extremely slow drive through. I ordered 6 donuts. After I pulled away realized they gave me the wrong donuts. I wait in the drive through again to find out that they didn't have the donuts I ordered and substituted a Boston cream for a chocolate cream and a plain donut for a glazed stick. When I originally ordered the woman on the microphone saying ok my friend no problem my friend. By the time I got that straight and got back home the 4 medium coolatas were melted and no good. Horrible customer service. read more
