I don't understand why this location does not allow you to get the refill price on a cup that you purchased from a Dunkin' Donuts. Yes, this was stopped during Covid and now it has been re-implemented in every surrounding Dunkin' Donuts in the area. Why is this location any different? I find it highly offensive one. I've purchased a Dunkin' Donuts cup for the exclusive reason of getting a refill each day when I am on my way to work only to find out that it does me no good to save some money. One of the times I went in they put such a sparingly amount of oat milk. It is currently Monday March 29th at 8:20 PM and I pulled up to get a drink when I got to the cashier, I don't know if she was manager for the night or what but she is screaming at the other girls who are making drinks. One of the girls spilled a little of my drink on the floor and she is now screaming at this poor girl and telling her to not even look her way or speak to her anymore. This review is tough for me because I am a fan of Dunkin Donuts. I was in the mood for my Daily D&D coffee and thought man a jelly donut would go really well with it. I ordered 2 jelly donuts and was excited to eat one now and one later. Got home and took my first big bite(half the donut) and nothing! Not a damn drop of jelly! I just got 2 iced coffees through curbside and normally we'd see the mocha at the bottom so Justina the young lady helping us was apologetic and offered to either remake it or bring mocha on the side so my wife asked if we can get more on the side she was so nice and apologetic she went and got more mocha and came back and apologized again and wished us a great day. This Dunkin has a Baskin Robins in it. I took my 2 kids in for ice cream and had the WORST service. I counted 7 employees, 2 of which were standing, talking and drinking their coffees. I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes with no acknowledgement. When I finally got someone's attention, the employee seemed high because he couldn't remember a single order. Other customers started vocalizing their frustration as well. Crickets. The employees seemed to punish the customers with more neglect. On monday August 16th at approximately 12:50 p.m. I ordered inside at dunkin. I ordered a chocolate frosted doughnut and the worker (Sarah G.) immediately gave it to me like she is supposed to then i go through the rest of my order including coffee, muffin (which she immediately grabs), and a blue raspberry coolatta. She then goes onto say "I'm busy i was gonna get to it" and she said it in a real nasty tone, but in reality she was doing absolutely nothing just standing there waking back and forth. then when she finally gets to my doughnuts she puts them in the bag and throw the bag at the counter under the plexiglass screen for no other reason then her being rude and disrespectful. I just leave with my food and don't say anything to her, but when i made it into the car i looked at my what was supposed to me a strawberry frosted doughnut with sprinkles and it look like that (Look at the picture provided) I was very disappointed so i when back inside and asked for a new one because it looked naked and had nothing on it. The same lady Named Sarah didn't speak any words to me at all and then aggressively grabbed a new bag and opened it and grabbed a doughnut all the way from the back of the rack. she threw it into the bag and threw the bag even harder this time under the plexiglass without even saying anything. I went through the drive thru before the store opened and ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee. I was asked to move forward and the food would be brought out to me. When the girl brought it out I asked if there was ketchup inside, she said no. I said it was ok but she insisted that she go get some. She came out with a bag full of ketchup, salt and pepper. Mixed reviews. Love DD. their ice coffee literally saves my day. Depending on the day the service and food varries. Some times my coffee is so horrible I have to throw it away. Sometimes I want to go back for more. On days the drive though is such a mess they ask you to park upfront and they will bring the food to you when it's ready. Drive thru or walk in at this DD on Route 37 in Tom's River. It is a combination Baskin Robbins and Dunkin'. It was easy in and out at this location. The service was good. The quality of the coffee was same as most as drinks were made within the realm of the recipe not spot on. It was good say over Starbuck's or Wawa or 7-eleven but not truely so good you can't stand it delicious. Most people won't notice the difference. I am a huge Dunkin Donut coffee drinker and I have been to many Dunkin Donuts in and out of the area for the last twenty years. This Dunkin Donuts is the worse. You can't just drive up to order a coffee without the service trying to push donuts, sandwiches, a shot of expresso etc on you. Very pushy.....Coffee is fresh between the hours of 7 and 9 am, otherwise it is very likely that the coffee has been sitting for a very long time....coffee is very bitter. I have had no issues with service, staff, or quality. HOWEVER, I despise the drive thru. It is convenient but no one knows how to properly go through a drive thru. Those who come on the side of CVS want to hop in line cause grid lock for those coming off 37 and want to go to CVS. No one can back out of the parking spaces because the line is blocking them, no one can go forward because of the cars merging into the line and it's a complete turn off. There needs to be a sign that makes those coming from the CVS side drive around DD to get on the drive thru line the correct way. If you have no patience, avoid the drive thru and park (unfortunately, you have to ignore do not enter sign and go park because gridlock won't let you go around) in the lot at the front of the store or across from the up and coming pizza spot because you won't be able to back out in the other spots. read more
