Everything! Got an online order, never received my money back from items I didn't receive because every is ALWAYS DOWN or broken. Reach out the management online and the bastards kept asking the same question including a receipt the receptionist didn't even know how to give me. I never received my money back, an apology or my food I paid for. The people there always seem to be clueless when I go there. I've gone to the location on three occasions and they are always nice but no one ever comprehends or get my order right and it's not complicated just the things that are advertised! If you're the manager and wondering it's Friday May 5th at 11:51 am. There are 4 females working. I waited 20 minutes for my mobile order. I stood at the counter for a full, awkward 2 minutes before any one of the employees looked at, spoke to or even acknowledged my presence. The brunette was posting to social media pictures of the coffee beans When I FINALLY got someone to talk to me they HADN'T EVEN MADE OUR ORDER. Very slow service due to being understaffed. I waited 20 mins for my mobile order last week and today, I had to wait as well. They don't even fill up your cup all the way. Their doughnut selection is lackluster. You definitely do not get quality food/drinks. Not worth it to come here. The store is clean and well decorated but that's about it. They were out of ingredients for multiple drinks, one of the drinks they did make was wrong. When we pointed out it was wrong we had to wait for them to serve everyone else in line before they finally made our drink again. The battery in the smoke detector needs to be changed, so we had to listen to the constant chirping. One of the young girls working there was very apologetic; if she had not been there, this would have been a "zero star" review. Where is the manager or owner? Being Southern I have a hard time recommending DD over KK, but some of their donuts (eg cake) are just so damn good! But the hot light is hard to ignore, so since we only have this place and Murray's, it's a solid toss up. Still can recommend them for donuts at least. read more

I usually do mobile order and my drinks are usually ready to go unless they are out of stock of something then they'll notify me once i arrive. I have been at this location a few weeks ago and the woman that took our order apologized for the wait and I got it. I realized that it can get overwhelming working in food service and having to deal with an influx of customers. BUT today??? A totally different experience. As someone who has lived in Ma and RI, where Dunkin is headquartered and there's one on almost every corner, I think corporate would be extremely unhappy with this store. I've been absolutely appalled by this store. Believe me, I've been to MANY Dunkins (you can't live in New England and not have it be a part of your daily routine). This one is the worst one I have ever seen--BY FAR. The service is glacially slow and horribly rude. The food is often extremely questionable. This place is just awful. DO NOT GO HERE. The costumer service is terrible. They are always incredibly rude. I ordered a number 15 and she said "okay chicken sandwich with french fries." Confused I asked, does that come with the hash browns? She said " chicken sandwich with French fries is that all?" So rude! By the time I got my food there were 4 little hash browns and the bacon was burnt. The other day I ordered an iced caramel latte. I got a thick layer of caramel, a layer of milk and a layer of coffee. Really? They can't mix it up? I tried my best with the straw but still ended up getting a huge drink of caramel. Then there's the incredibly slow pace that they work at. It takes about 20 minutes for me to get my order if there are 2 cars in front of me. I then drove to the location and tried to walk in and make my order and was told to go through the drive-in. I did as I was told and went to the drive-through. I had to sit in line for about 10min. I despise having to stop at this store. I absolutely love Dunkin' Donuts, but the staff that run this restaurant are ALWAYS rude. If they hire anyone that isn't, that person won't work long. It's very disheartening. I went in there a while back for what will be my last time tolerating them. I young man apparently forgot to lock the door when he came in to work. I came in behind him. There's no sign on the door saying anything like, "Due to COVID, drive through only" so I didn't think much of walking in. The lady saw me and chewed him out as soon as I turned to leave. She gave me a nasty look the entire time I was in there. I know that sounds benign, but it's about the 6th or 7th time I've been there and the management staff has never even once been nice. I went through the drive through one morning while it was still dark, and asked if they were aware if their sign wasn't lit. I got an immediate nasty reply, "It's on a timer!" First visit was great, Frozen Dunkin Caramel Coffee was delicious! However the second visit they were out of caramel so I resorted to a Mocha Frozen Dunkin Coffee and it just has a really strange flavor... I would not recommend. Really awful. I love DD but this was a horrible, horrible location. When we walked in, 1 employee was behind the counter, doing nothing, and the other was sitting down drinking iced tea. The floors were filthy and the bathroom was dirty. It took over 10 minutes to order 4 wake up wraps, a flatbread and 2 coffees. The employee fixing the wraps rolled her eyes constantly, every time we added another item. The employee fixing our coffee had to ask twice what we wanted in our coffee, even though she had personally just taken our order, immediately before walking over to fix our coffee. Another customer walked in behind us (sorry, man) and had to wait until they competed our order before they took his order. He stood there for most of that time without even an acknowledgement that he was waiting. Not up to usual DD standards in any way. Find somewhere else to eat. read more

This dunkin donuts in Sumter is very good at using equal opportunity to find employees. There are good at ignoring you, while they chat with their coworkers. The person that does the ordering is obviously proficient with smoke signals, because they always seem to be out of everything. I would definitely recommend this place, if you have absolutely nothing to do, prefer wasting half a day getting breakfast, or are looking to lose your job because you were 45 minutes late. Also, please don't be surprised if it takes 30 minutes for them to acknowledge your presence. Or maybe everyone dresses like the inside of the shop, and they just can't see us.
