Doughnuts are not fresh. I've ordered doughnuts several times and they are always cold and not fresh

Drove to meet wife's 93 year old aunt and wife's 70 year old cousin. Very pleasant drive down and we went to the Swan Lake Iris Gardens nearby. Just a regular Starbucks, clean, roomy and excellent service. We are loving int pistachio lattes. Located close to the old downtown. read more

As a night shift nurse, I come here for my coffee stop before shift. It's the only Starbucks on the way to work so I kinda HAVE to stop here for Starbucks if that's what I want..... why am I ALWAYS in the drive through for 10+ minutes? I'm literally writing this review while I wait because this is a CONSTANT thing with this Starbucks. My old Starbucks where I used to live had me in and out in 2 minutes tops. Super clean space and sweet staff. Loved the holiday decir here. I ordered a latte and they used my cup cleaning it first. Really kind and patient staff. Excellent drink. Tons of parking and clean bathrooms. Not a lot of working space but all the tables were nicely organized. read more

I have waited for this Starbucks to open. The baristas are knowledgeable & personable. Love my Honey Lavender Latté! I just wish they would put this Starbucks's on the GPS maps and the interstate road signs so that it shows up for others who are traveling I-20 to see. If you know me, yoi know that I know all of the Starbucks between SC and VA. I am their posterchild and used ro work at the Cafe at Barnes &Noble servicing Starbucks products. This specific Starbucks is my ALL TIME FAVORITE! Their drinks whether coffe, tea, or something else are always consistently good and their staff is super friendly. One thing that has solidified my business at this location is that they really care about their customers. We got a kids coffee and ham and cheese croissant for our dog the day he was being put down after a long road of options. It was so hard. He loved coffee (which we did not let him have normally but on this particular day, he could have had anything he wanted). I teared up and the cashier came.out and hugged and comforted me. She also told me not to worry about it and that it was on the house. That was such a kind an compassionate thing to do. I will never forget the empathy she showed as we were on our way to one of the worst moments of our life. The product is important but is the service that makes it unforgettable and that was achieved here. read more

Slowest location on planet earth, it wasn't even that busy... it just seemed like they were more concerned with the drive through and pushing them customers out t than the 10+ people in the lobby area. Then I asked for no whip cream and guess what was inside my cup, damn whip cream!!!! read more

Been a loyal fan of most Starbucks, but getting a little tired of heading out to get a drink and finding out they have no regular hours any more and the store is closed. This would be halfway acceptable if when you look at the app and it shows the actual time they do close and it was accurate. That would eliminate a trip to that store only to find out they closed prior to said time. read more

Ordered through the app and picked up in the drive through. Once I got to go the window they only handed me one of two items. When I asked for my coffee they handed it to me and it was cold and full of coffee grounds. Not pleased. read more

No stars if it would let me, 0 earned during all 3 visits...I do believe this is the worst of all the Star Bucks yet. Not only service but first time I came I ordered a Mocha Latte extra hot. Not only was it lukewarm it was not Mocha either. Second time was just so so, but I got a Mocha Latte again, this time at least it was almost hot. The last time i visited was Wednesday Oct 16 at about 3:40 pm I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte omgoodness what are y'all doing so wrong that this coffee never resembled coffee or Pumpkin Spice so what is the deal??? This location is really great! I order so much from them that some of the baristas actually recognize me and comes to hand me my drink when I come in. Even when something is wrong they will rectify quickly.. so I have no complaints at all! read more

I'm not sure of her name but the barista with tattoos on one upper arm and black rimmed glasses is awesome. She is so so kind and her spirit carries through the entire establishment. She greets every customer as if they are her friends and makes the experience so incredibly warm. She even brought my bagel out to me! All of the other baristas I have had great experiences with as well. Over all the staff is fast and friendly! My favorite Starbucks to sit at for sure. read more
