Outstanding food... The DT staff was extremely friendly and fast My entire order was hot and fresh I will return read more

Went to McDonald's drive thru around 1750 used mobile app upon pulling up i was about 10 cars at the ordermoc and 2 in the drive thru picking up food. Why are they only taking 2 orders at a time and the drive thru line to order is ridiculous but the pick up to pay at only has 2 card. Whats the point. Everytime you are waiting 10-15 minsjust to place sn order. This location needs to change mana definitely not fast food read more

Absolutely did not listen to order at drive-through and fix the order at the next window either demanded that we rode around again. Food was okayish it's what you would expect from McDonalds. Idk about ambiance we were in the drive through getting the run around. read more

Disappointing Experience at McDonald's Unprofessional Staff I recently visited a McDonald's branch with high hopes of enjoying a quick and satisfying meal. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired, primarily due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff. Upon entering the establishment, it was immediately evident that the employees were more interested in engaging in personal conversations than attending to their job responsibilities. I observed several instances where staff members were engrossed in discussions unrelated to their work, neglecting their duties and causing delays in service. The lack of focus and attention to customers was frustrating, as it resulted in prolonged waiting times and a general sense of disorganization. It seemed as if the employees had forgotten that their primary role was to serve customers efficiently and provide a pleasant dining experience. Moreover, the unprofessional behavior extended beyond their conversations. Several times, I witnessed staff members making inappropriate jokes and using offensive language, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for both customers and fellow employees. It was disheartening to see such a disregard for professionalism and respect in a place that should prioritize customer satisfaction. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was subpar. Tables were left uncleaned, floors were sticky, and garbage bins were overflowing. It was evident that the staff's lack of focus and dedication extended to their cleanliness duties as well. As a customer, it is disheartening to witness such unprofessionalism and lack of regard for their responsibilities at McDonald's. I had expected a higher standard of service and professionalism from a well-known fast-food chain like McDonald's. Unfortunately, this particular branch failed to meet those expectations. I hope that McDonald's management takes these concerns seriously and addresses the issues at hand. Customers deserve a pleasant and efficient experience when dining at any establishment, and it is disappointing when the staff fails to prioritize their responsibilities and instead indulges in personal matters. And to make Matters worse I went in the bathroom DO NOT GO IN THE BATHROOM read more

For what the prices are.... At least it could be HOT!!! Got cheese burger meal and burger and fries were cold!!! Cost almost 10.00 dollars read more

When you order from this location... they have to drive all the way to their warehouse to pickup the cheese burgers and nuggets that you ordered. Then drive all the way back. Then cook it. Then 40 minutes later they'll bag it up and call your number. And the manager will ignore everything you have to say. (Everything with manners and in a polite way) read more

Ordered using my mobile app and it said it would be about 2-5 minutes. Well after sitting there for more than 10 minutes, I decided to go inside only to find about 8 people standing around the counter waiting to order and no one was at the register. I didn't even see any workers from my viewpoint. After finally finding someone they said.. oh yeah..here is your order and it was just sitting on a shelf the whole time behind the register. Got back to my car to old, hard, cold fries with no salt. I found an item missing when I got back to my car so went back inside and waited for another 5 minutes to find an employee again to get my missing items. The floors are very nasty and the soda machine was disgusting. Will never eat here again. Please just go to a different McDonalds or to Cookout right next door as it is so much better. read more

First of all i wanted an entire hour for one drink. The staff incredibly rude. The restaurant is disgusting and unclean.

The service was great (especially the lady working the window with short hair) and so was the food. Everything was so fresh!

This is a terrible McDonald's. It's always dirty it's always understaffed. They never get the orders right. Lately their kiosk have also not been working. Usually if you want to order with a human at the front counter, I had to wait here five or 10 minutes, so the kiosk was kind of a saving grace. That does not save them anymore. read more

Hard brown fries dry. Apple pies. I'm gone down the road by this time driving and still hungry as hell. Bite into the apple pie an it was so hard it crumbled up an the apple part was chewy and rubby an felt like I was eating Carmel. We also didn't get any straws for our drinks. The 10 pc nugget my husband said they was crunchy an hard like they old. The crunchy chicken sandwich was the only thing that was ok considering that was my last option out of my meal. Terrible experience. I deserve better for my money and fresh food. read more

Several bad experiences here. Consistently screwing up orders. Make sure you check your food before you drive off. I also had a situation with a mobile order in which i checked in on the app, parked in a numbered parking space. I waited 20 minutes before i asked about my order. The cashier was rude and told me that they had no record of my order. I showed them the mobile order and email receipt but they said there was nothing they could do to help me. Wasted money. read more

This the slowest macdonolds in SC. Half a dozen employees just hanging out in the kitchen with nobody at the register and a line of cars wrapped around the building at 4pm on a Tuesday. Observed one customer waiting 15 min with a partial order for a large fry. read more

The food was good but the wait was crazy. One side was being super fast and the side I was on was going to slow. It took us almost an hour to actually get our food. read more

I enjoy the speed with which they make my food, but remain unsatisfied with the lack of beets on the menu. If they ever need a beet farmer just call Dwight Schweitzer's with Schrute farms. read more

I know it's fast food, so I have very low expectations , but somehow this McD's found a way to provide a service well below my low expectations. I'm trying to figure out, how they ruined chicken nuggets, tenders, and a fish filet, and take 20 minutes to serve them. Especially, when there where no customers waiting in front of us. read more

This was a quick visit, went through the drive through and received all items in my order. Cashier was very friendly and polite.

Never fast and the order is often wrong. Terrible customer service. Rude and several act as if they hate their job.

The food was terrible, service was terrible, if you won't a really hamburger go to hyw 55,they have really food.

If I could give zero stars I would lol, these fools immediately greet you with an attitude. You order one thing and homegirl is ready to give you your total. Orders could potentially come out correct if the employees listened to the order being given and not just waiting for the voice to stop. Not to mention you wait a ridiculous amount of time for an incomplete order that isn't even fresh. read more

Bone fragments in quarter pounder. Disgusting!!!! Done with fast food for long time!!

I waited 15 minutes for my order because they forgot about it. The front clerks were rude and ignored customers while they carried on with joking around with themselves. And to top it off, I went to wash my hands before leaving the restaurant after eating, and an employee came out of a stall and he walked straight out of the bathroom door and into the kitchen. Tell the Manager of this fine establishment what I saw? After what I saw at the front, I think not. I'll never go to this place again. read more

seriously what asshole put 5 drops of mustard around the ketchup....extra ketchup AND mustard is not that hard. and the kid who brought me the food almost gave it to someone else. can they not read numbers? read more

Sorry service, order is never right, 20 minutes in drive thru line is crazy, to much pepper on hamburgers most of the time and the salt you all put on fries you must be trying to kill someone read more

Had to have a discussion about the difference between a coffee and a latte several times with the drive thru. And IF your food order is correct (which it usually isn't) it's always thrown in the bag where the burger boxes open up and the fries always spill everywhere. Some employees are very nice but most are miserable and grumpy. I only go if I'm broke and sometimes I'd rather just not eat. read more

Do not and I mean DO NOT eat here after day shift leaves and night shift comes in, the food is absolutely terrible and day shift tops them easily at all corners of their food making, I put it on my life that I will never and I do mean never again buy food from this McDonalds after 3pm-5pm, my biscuit was hard as a rock and the egg was just plopped on there along with the cheese falling off of the biscuit, the sausage was disgusting, it tasted like an old sausage was picked up from under the fryer and slapped on there for their enjoyment... never again read more

Terrible service. I decided to go by there before their system magically "goes down" like it always does around 3am. I order a number 4, no pickles, with a Dr. Pepper. They are out of Dr. Pepper, so I order Coke. They are out of Coke too. I settle with Mello Yello. I get up to the window, pay, and get my drink. And wait. Almost 30 minutes go by and finally they get me my food. The fries aren't hot, more on the cold side than anything, and my burger is BURNT. How do you even manage that? Nevertheless, this will be the last time this location gets my money. I'll just go a bit further to the 24 hr Subway; way better service and it's made right in front of you. read more

Saw a lot of people here, thought this place was poppin, I thought wrong. I shouldn't leave a food establishment depressed.

Good place to stop for a midway point. Kids used to really enjoy the playplace, but now it is replaced by more dining area. Managers seem to be negative and loud towards staff. After having a meal, spending about 20 minutes there, we had heard enough negative talk and no positive encouragement or feedback for the staff, more demeaning. read more
