Went to McDonald's drive thru around 1750 used mobile app upon pulling up i was about 10 cars at the ordermoc and 2 in the drive thru picking up food. Why are they only taking 2 orders at a time and the drive thru line to order is ridiculous but the pick up to pay at only has 2 card. Whats the point. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was subpar. Tables were left uncleaned, floors were sticky, and garbage bins were overflowing. It was evident that the staff's lack of focus and dedication extended to their cleanliness duties as well. As a customer, it is disheartening to witness such unprofessionalism and lack of regard for their responsibilities at McDonald's. Ordered using my mobile app and it said it would be about 2-5 minutes. Well after sitting there for more than 10 minutes, I decided to go inside only to find about 8 people standing around the counter waiting to order and no one was at the register. I didn't even see any workers from my viewpoint. After finally finding someone they said.. oh yeah..here is your order and it was just sitting on a shelf the whole time behind the register. Got back to my car to old, hard, cold fries with no salt. I found an item missing when I got back to my car so went back inside and waited for another 5 minutes to find an employee again to get my missing items. When you order from this location... they have to drive all the way to their warehouse to pickup the cheese burgers and nuggets that you ordered. Then drive all the way back. Then cook it. Then 40 minutes later they'll bag it up and call your number. And the manager will ignore everything you have to say. (Everything with manners and in a polite way) read more

The service was great (especially the lady working the window with short hair) and so was the food. Everything was so fresh!

This is a terrible McDonald's. It's always dirty it's always understaffed. They never get the orders right. Lately their kiosk have also not been working. Usually if you want to order with a human at the front counter, I had to wait here five or 10 minutes, so the kiosk was kind of a saving grace. That does not save them anymore. read more

Hard brown fries dry. Apple pies. I'm gone down the road by this time driving and still hungry as hell. Bite into the apple pie an it was so hard it crumbled up an the apple part was chewy and rubby an felt like I was eating Carmel. We also didn't get any straws for our drinks. The 10 pc nugget my husband said they was crunchy an hard like they old. The crunchy chicken sandwich was the only thing that was ok considering that was my last option out of my meal. Several bad experiences here. Consistently screwing up orders. Make sure you check your food before you drive off. I also had a situation with a mobile order in which i checked in on the app, parked in a numbered parking space. I waited 20 minutes before i asked about my order. The cashier was rude and told me that they had no record of my order. I showed them the mobile order and email receipt but they said there was nothing they could do to help me. Had to have a discussion about the difference between a coffee and a latte several times with the drive thru. And IF your food order is correct (which it usually isn't) it's always thrown in the bag where the burger boxes open up and the fries always spill everywhere. Terrible service. I decided to go by there before their system magically "goes down" like it always does around 3am. I order a number 4, no pickles, with a Dr. Pepper. They are out of Dr. Pepper, so I order Coke. They are out of Coke too. I settle with Mello Yello. I get up to the window, pay, and get my drink. And wait. Almost 30 minutes go by and finally they get me my food. The fries aren't hot, more on the cold side than anything, and my burger is BURNT. How do you even manage that? Nevertheless, this will be the last time this location gets my money. I'll just go a bit further to the 24 hr Subway; way better service and it's made right in front of you. read more

Good place to stop for a midway point. Kids used to really enjoy the playplace, but now it is replaced by more dining area. Managers seem to be negative and loud towards staff.
