Just plain dirty n slow Where do I start with....was on our way back from myrtle beach hungry as cld be, took exit 92on I20 since Hardee's is our preferred fast food followed by chick fil a .....entered this place ordered chicken tenders big chicken fillet sandwich and jelepeno cheese pops.... In the mean time used the rest room ...out of the 2 one was out of order n the other was leaking n dirty....surely didn't feel like any Hardee's I've been to. We fill up our drinks Dr pepper was all watery even the color didn't loo right Then the fun part begins First comes the tenders asked with buffalo sauce ...came with honey mustard.....ok nothing big......but no tray the lady got it to our table in her hand I reminded her there was more to our order she didn't acknowledge....10 min later the poppers came....great crunch cold cheese ....again sandwich missing we ate those waited for the sandwich .....the manager who was practically confused n looking at the screen as if some order was messed up looked stall the people seated.....I indicated with my hand raised I had not got the sandwich as yet ....she walks to the back of the cook post and makes my sandwich on burnt buns....and sends it over a full ......25min late...no apologies no tray and no smiles ........at this point I'm running out of patience and pick up a review card to complete to my dismay it was a used card with the bad review erased off it.....so then how would my review reach the people who can take action ..... Really clean, super nice staff; Lashaunda was the nicest lady to my kids too! Next time we are driving through, we will stop by again. I'm impressed with the kindness and cleanliness! Hardee's in Lugoff is the worst Hardee's I have been to. On a good day it's fair, but this trip was horrible. Went through the drive thru to order, after the every item the person taking the order kept saying "does that complete your order?" Just rushing me. They were pulling every car forward, and when I paid, I was asked to pull forward. I wouldn't have minded if the food were fresh. I'd give this location half of a star if I could. The restaurant is dirty and employees are loud and disrespectful. I took my grandmother and mother to get a quick bite to eat before finishing our journey back to ohio from Myrtle beach, we came in and immediately a strange odor filled the air. Hesitant to leave we decided to go ahead and place a order since we had never had Hardee's before. The only pleasant thing about this visit was the ONE employee actually doing his job asking if everything was correct and even brought our order to our table and kept checking up on us. He was a caucasian male with long hair in a pony tail, just as nice as can be! After sitting down and getting our order we started to eat. My tinders were literally burnt and my mother and grandmothers sliders where just sloppy and thrown into the box. While attempting to enjoy our meal employees also stood all around the front cashier throwing stuff at one another and being loud.flys are everywhere, pop machines are broken, no napkins at any tables and just over all a dirty place to eat. What a disappointment. We stopped for dinner, hoping to have a great Hardee's Thickburger. Didn't happen: hamburger was old, onion rings cold, sweet tea undrinkable. The drink self serve area was dirty and several tables needed to be cleaned. Bathroom needed attention. The only saving grace here was the polite and professional cashier. I wish I would have had a better experience here, but I didn't. The staff was unprofessional and the wait time was over 20 minutes in the drive through. I had a small order for two and when I received my order, it was incorrect. I opted to leave with the wrong order versus waiting there any longer to receive the correct order. Sorry, but I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone unless you needed food desperately! read more
