Several customers were skipped over even though they had arrived first, but they simply didn't know where to place their order. Several cashiers were jumping back and forth from the drive-thru to the lobby too, which made it feel chaotic. Lots of various donuts, breakfast sandwiches, coffees, etc. are available. The menu was larger than we expected. The donuts are terrific. They aren't super unique in their creativity or recipes, but they are crafted well and are brioche style, not cake like at all. Very light! They are a real treat and worth the cost. Despite the hiccup in the lobby ordering system and its chaos, we will definitely return to try other donuts we didn't try this first time in.

Most Krispy Kremes have those cup full of donut holes but these are different. They are bigger, fluffier and super tasty. When I visit home, I make it my business to stop here and grab some.
