I love Dunkin Donuts but the quality of this location is lacking tremendously. I hate writing a bad review, but I have come here several times hoping for better results only to find the same problems. The donuts have tasted blah. The frosted glazed tasted old and even my kids commented on different visits how bad they were. Also the iced coffee does not taste right... It has a different taste than I am use to having at different locations. This spot is a convenient location but the help has had me repeat my orders several times and there seems to be a little confusion regarding the orders. There are lots of Dunkin' Donuts in the area pretty much serving the same thing but I think it's easily to see when one is run better than another and I'd say this one is missing a little bit of the quality... read more

Worst experience ever. I just wasted 15 minutes of my life arguing with the staff member because of their mess up. I ordered three simple lattes, and got none. They rang in the wrong price, didn't give me my price and took off way more from my card than what it should have been. They could not get the drinks correct, it took three staff members to try and figure out what was going on. And when I asked for my whole refund she wouldn't put it on my card. When asked to have contact information for the owner they gave me a number for the store. This is the second day in a row that my order was messed up. Service here is normally not star worthy at all, but I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly, courteous woman who served me this time around - maybe she's new?? Since my fam lives nearby I end up stopping here a few times a year simply because there's nothing much else around there...and they certainly know it, hence the typically atrocious service. If you love consistently wrong orders, coffee that tastes different every time you order it and hard bagels....this is your place. Always pick your donuts if ordering a half dozen or dozen. If you ask for an assortment they pull a pre-packaged box from the back that seem to be older. I've submitted multiple app orders to this location only for them to screw up the order or claim it never claim through even though I was charged for it. Avoid this place. read more

I'm going to jump in and give some props because all of the prior reviews were dead on for when they were written. But in the last couple months I have to admit this location has at least been trying rather hard to turn things around. I noticed a lot of staff changes in the last few months and people appear to be getting the hang of it. So I want to give them a break. Out of the 3 locations I usually go to this one has moved up on my list. Seeing where they are now compared to before it's a huge improvement. And now that the newer one has opened up near the Kroger/Publix up the road I've definitely come to appreciate this location more (yes the new one is awful they don't know what they are doing at ALL and mess up every time I go, which I won't be any longer) read more

Donuts and bagels are great - the coffee here tastes like dirty dogs bathe in it! I just got my refillable iced coffee cup and tried a 5th time the coffee here and it tasted so bad I almost threw up. I come here EVERY WEEKDAY. As in EVERY.WEEKDAY. I order the same thing. A sliced turkey, egg & American cheese croissant with a medium coffee.And every morning they screw it up. I either get turkey sausage, or provolone cheese, or no egg in it at all, ham, etc. the combination of how they're able to screw up my order every time is phenomenal. And just to spice it up, sometimes they double charge my card. Only place a person can go to nowadays and NEVER have to double check their order before leaving is Starbucks and Chikfila. Just went here for "National Donut Day". My sister and I each ordered one coffee and one donut {which were free} and then my sister tried to order and pay for an additional blueberry cake donut. The cashier {Eden} kept telling us she already gave us the donuts and that there was no charge and we kept trying to tell her we wanted to PAY for an additional donut. Needless to say, after 5 minutes of getting NOWHERE with our order, we paid for our coffee and took our two free donuts and forgot about trying to purchase an additional donut. there's only about two cashiers there who are actually sweet to me.. but other than that, it's awful. im treated as if im a burden to be there and they act like its your fault if they mess up your order. i go there quite often to get my coworkers and i some coffee before a long day but i always go in prepared for them to mess up. the only reason i still go is because it's close and cheap. read more

I ordered an ice cream cake with chocolate cake. When I cut into it,bI found white cake. Chocolate cake was written down when I ordered in person. I have to say that the cake did not look that good on outside either. I wanted white icing with yellow trim and orange or yellow roses. It came with bright yellow icing with orange trim on top and gold??? ( undefinable ) on bottom, with white roses. Can't figure out how it turned out so wrong. It wasn't that good either. read more

So rude here!!! Everyday I go here, since they opened, and EVERYDAY I am treated so horrible. I am NEVER told my total...NEVER said hello to, Never Thanked ....always hand out and always "tossing" my coffee and/or food to me. The lady, I wish I knew her name, has done me in finally. I have had enough. She finally yelled at me, over her mistake of doughnuts, in front of my children and husband. I've never seen such incompetency... Yesterday, I asked for a sweet tea at the drive-thru and the woman asked me THREE times if I wanted cream n sugar. No biggie, so I went back today with a coupon for a bagel twist and a sweet tea for $1.99. I got to the window and the Asst. Mgr. smarted off to me and told me it would've been much better had I told him I had a coupon earlier. After taking his cocky attitude, I sat at the window for EIGHT minutes (no one in front of me), just to learn they were out of sweet tea. I no longer wanted the order since I came for the sweet tea, and he tried giving me back 50 cents and my coupon trying to get me to pay for the food. Meanwhile, I heard him say, "Keep whining, I can't help you yet" about the customer behind me trying to order! The cashier let out this sigh and rolled his eyes at me while handing me my money back.
