Ordered a small macchiato with skim milk with butter pecan and they gave me a large and she yelled at the employee and told me she only charged me for a small but I got a large. I took my first sip of coffee in the morning and it was sour milk! It smelled horrible too at first I thought it was the flavoring but it was DISGUSTING. I should have taken pics of the croissant, with the hard cheese, but I did get the hashbrowns that were loaded with grease so much they stuck to the package and wouldn't come out. We were greeted as soon as we came in with happy faces, excited workers, and the warm smell of donuts, is what I would have said if this place was 5 stars. Instead, this rundown shack was the home of grumpy workers everywhere. The place had a distinct smell of depression and minimum wage. The workers were extremely rude, and repeated our orders back to us at least 10 times. How hard is it to get a croissant with egg and cheese without cheese correct? Thankfully, this was a one time thing, so we could go the Dunkin near our house, which is slightly better. The food was a poor excuse for edible. They might as well have dipped the croissant into black paint, because you couldn't tell the difference. It was as crispy as those fake crunch sound effects on YouTube cooking channels. I stopped at a dunkin in Lawrenceville recently and tried the sweet pepper breakfast sandwich twice and LOVED it. This Sugar Hill location is closest to my house so I ordered it this morning. They put regular bacon on it, I returned it and asked for the sweet pepper bacon. They put regular bacon on the second sandwich. They were also skimpy on the hash browns which were soggy and not very warm. I won't go back. What a disappointment. read more

We stopped by to pick up some mid afternoon coffee drinks and snacks for a group. There were a lot of new menu items so we weren't sure what to get. One of the employees, Esther was very kind and didn't hesitate to offer up some great food suggestions when we asked. We came at a busy time and even with a lot of orders, and customers, the time we waited was very minimal. The staff were working very hard to get all of the orders out and everyone treated all of the customers with respect. Friendly reminder to tip your baristas! They work hard to make sure you get your liquid caffeine, food and snacks. We ended up trying a grilled cheese sandwich, sausage egg cheese wane jp wraps, maple sugar bacon croissant, bagel minis, a bagel, and a 1/2 dozen donuts. For beverages we had a Peach Passionfruit refresher, hazelnut frozen coffee, iced coffee. The food and drinks were a hit and we were surprised with how tasty the food actually was. This is the worst Dunkin location by far. Not only is the coffee gross and gives my stomach aches, I made the mistake of ordering a cake from here. We have been ordering cakes from other Dunkin's since I was a kid. It's nostalgic. I really like this Dunkin Donuts. The staff is always nice, my donuts are fresh and tasty. I love enjoying the occasional maple donut on Sundays and this is my first stop. I like to pair my donuts with an iced latte from Starbucks but next time I'm here I am going to try one of their iced lattes. They have a huge selection of donuts and bagels. Last time I went I had a bacon, egg and cheese croissant with a maple donut and hash browns and it was really good. My sandwich was warm and toasty, and the hash browns had some kind of herb in them which was pretty good. Next time you want a sugary treat for breakfast give this place a try. read more

Horrible customer service. Came around 2pm on a Saturday, it was relatively slow. My mom and I waited at the register for well over 5 minutes and no one tended to us. Finally we saw someone rushing past and said "hey when you get a chance we're ready to order." He nods okay and continues on onward. He FINALLY comes back and when I ask for ice cream on a waffle cone, he tells me they have no more. I waited 15 minutes just to be told they had no more. The employees here are the rudest I've come across and don't come in late expecting fresh doughnuts like you would find at Krispy Kreme. We arrived about 30 minutes prior to closing. By the time we got to the cashier she informed us we had 5 minutes to eat and that the lobby was closing! Ahhhhh NO! I love Dunkin Donuts but the quality of this location is lacking tremendously. I hate writing a bad review, but I have come here several times hoping for better results only to find the same problems. The donuts have tasted blah. The frosted glazed tasted old and even my kids commented on different visits how bad they were. Also the iced coffee does not taste right... It has a different taste than I am use to having at different locations. This spot is a convenient location but the help has had me repeat my orders several times and there seems to be a little confusion regarding the orders. There are lots of Dunkin' Donuts in the area pretty much serving the same thing but I think it's easily to see when one is run better than another and I'd say this one is missing a little bit of the quality... read more
