Ordered a small macchiato with skim milk with butter pecan and they gave me a large and she yelled at the employee and told me she only charged me for a small but I got a large. I took my first sip of coffee in the morning and it was sour milk! It smelled horrible too at first I thought it was the flavoring but it was DISGUSTING. Instead, this rundown shack was the home of grumpy workers everywhere. The place had a distinct smell of depression and minimum wage. The workers were extremely rude, and repeated our orders back to us at least 10 times. How hard is it to get a croissant with egg and cheese without cheese correct? Thankfully, this was a one time thing, so we could go the Dunkin near our house, which is slightly better. The food was a poor excuse for edible. They might as well have dipped the croissant into black paint, because you couldn't tell the difference. It was as crispy as those fake crunch sound effects on YouTube cooking channels. We stopped by to pick up some mid afternoon coffee drinks and snacks for a group. There were a lot of new menu items so we weren't sure what to get. One of the employees, Esther was very kind and didn't hesitate to offer up some great food suggestions when we asked. We came at a busy time and even with a lot of orders, and customers, the time we waited was very minimal. The staff were working very hard to get all of the orders out and everyone treated all of the customers with respect. Friendly reminder to tip your baristas! They work hard to make sure you get your liquid caffeine, food and snacks. We ended up trying a grilled cheese sandwich, sausage egg cheese wane jp wraps, maple sugar bacon croissant, bagel minis, a bagel, and a 1/2 dozen donuts. For beverages we had a Peach Passionfruit refresher, hazelnut frozen coffee, iced coffee. The food and drinks were a hit and we were surprised with how tasty the food actually was. I stopped at a dunkin in Lawrenceville recently and tried the sweet pepper breakfast sandwich twice and LOVED it. This Sugar Hill location is closest to my house so I ordered it this morning. They put regular bacon on it, I returned it and asked for the sweet pepper bacon. They put regular bacon on the second sandwich. They were also skimpy on the hash browns which were soggy and not very warm. I won't go back. What a disappointment. read more

I really like this Dunkin Donuts. The staff is always nice, my donuts are fresh and tasty. I love enjoying the occasional maple donut on Sundays and this is my first stop. I like to pair my donuts with an iced latte from Starbucks but next time I'm here I am going to try one of their iced lattes. They have a huge selection of donuts and bagels. Last time I went I had a bacon, egg and cheese croissant with a maple donut and hash browns and it was really good. My sandwich was warm and toasty, and the hash browns had some kind of herb in them which was pretty good. Next time you want a sugary treat for breakfast give this place a try. read more

The employees here are the rudest I've come across and don't come in late expecting fresh doughnuts like you would find at Krispy Kreme. We arrived about 30 minutes prior to closing. By the time we got to the cashier she informed us we had 5 minutes to eat and that the lobby was closing! Ahhhhh NO!
