This is the WORST Dunkin I've ever been to! No matter what time of year or which year I've came to this location, they have always dropped the ball. I haven't been to a DD in a while, but This is some bait and switch crap! So I ordered the avocado Toast for $3.19 which only has a light smear on it...and I get only 1, but I see 2 on the menu. Because it doesn't say 2...I only get one! Who in their right mind would pay that? Not me...I told them to take it back..There was no way I was going to pay for only 1 with a smear when I see 2. I just had to acknowledge the wonderful woman who manages there early evening till closing.Regretful her name escapes me at the moment,but she is among the nicest,most accommodating,friendly,warm person who I've ever had the pleasure to run across at a DD.She is also an extremely hard worker and the place is always clean when she is on & the donuts & coffee fresh.Not much more I can say,other than it's a pleasure to go to that location whenever she is there.Also,pretty good all day as well.If your in that area & need a pick-me-up,it's on the corner of Kenner Hwy & US1 in Stuart/Jensen....enjoy! read more

Just got home from this Dunkin' Donuts where I got a coffee from the drive-through. I live about seven minutes away, and by the time I got home my coffee was cold, and it was basically just cream with a little coffee. It is a different kind of cup that they gave me and it was warm on the outside, so I thought it was fine, but this is clearly old coffee, and the dude who handed it to me was high off his ass. read more

As far as DD goes this location has the friendliest staff anywhere. I have never ever had positive experiences at the 3 other local locations. The drive thru is laid out strangely. Be careful, I drove very trepidaciously. read more

The cappuccino's we ordered were horrible. One was half the size of the other one even though we ordered two the same size. Employees don't care. What a waste of almost $8.00. Should have gone to Starbucks. They at least are consistent with their quality. Won't be back. read more

So I went through there drive-Thru to get coffee for the family this morning and a donuts for my little ones at the house and the female working the window I've recharged me forgot to give me my donuts and all my coffees were wrong ..... smh and when I asked for my missing donut they just looked at me and stated that I never ordered any food items. read more

This is the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to... I've only given them so many chances out of convenience, I will not be stopping here again. My coffee is typically okay, a handful of times has been burnt tasting. However the food is where the problem lies. Ice cold egg sandwiches on multiple occasions, and today hash browns so soggy that my finger went right through them like pudding. Not to mention the sever freezer taste they had when I attempted eating one before spitting it back out. Disappointment from this location is too consistent. read more

Love everything about this Dunkin. But when Theresa is working she always finds a way to mess things up, every time she's working the front my on the go app order gets forgotten. Never fails instead of skipping the line I get to the very end. I expect my order to be ready for pick up but I'm still waiting for Theresa to look at the print out receipts. read more

I honestly do not know where to begin. I am never one to make reviews, call corporate, nor do I EVER complain. Although, this Dunkin has the utmost rude, unpleasant, and the most unorganized employees I've ever seen. I go to Dunkin EVERY morning and lately this has been the one I stop at because I drop my boyfriend off at work right down the road. The past two mornings our coffees are NO where near correct, missing sugar AND cream when asked for extra, wrong flavoring, etc! I am extremely disappointed and when you ask them to change it or tell them it is incorrectly made, there is constant attitude and you are made about to be bothersome! This is the worst Dublin donuts I have ever been to. I went through the drive thru and the young girl was very very rude and I gave her a $20 bill and my total was $9 and change and she gave me $1 back. I told her that I gave her a $20 and she argued with me and said she was certain i gave her a $10. I know for a fact that I gave her a $20 because all I had in my wallet was $20 bills. Wish I could give zero stars. I spend a lot of money at Dunkin' Donuts but this located has to be one of the worst. The night shift employees are too busy playing around to treat customers I waited at the drive thru for 20 mins after saying hello a few times drove up to the window where I was stared at like an idiot, a very rude girl with a lip piercing came to the window and said oh were you at the speaker I said yea is it broken and she said no what do you want I looked at her because I didn't know that Dunkin' Donuts let there employees speak to customers in such a manner. She proceeded to tell me that I needed to drive around I wouldn't of had a problem but there wasn't anyone behind me and the store inside wasn't that busy... I will never go back to this location and neither will my family and friends. Starbucks has just gained a few more loyal customers because they are taught that good customer service is how you keep business. read more
