Just like all dunkin's, this can be hit or miss. I will say that it is better than the Dunkin on Turnersburg. I went through the drive-thru and the employee was super kind. My wife just got home from Statesville and told me that she waited over 20 minutes as the only customer in the store as 3 teens working did not know how to make an Iced Matcha Latte. This Dunkin isn't too bad but my coffee seems to taste different every time, even though I get the same thing every time (iced caramel macchicato). Sometimes the coffee is stronger, sometimes the sugar is stronger. Sometimes I get lucky with extra caramel. Not bad, just wish it was more consistent. I've always bragged about Dunkin's coffee, it's cheaper and taste better than Starbucks in my opinion. I mostly go inside to order but have occasionally gone through the drive thru without any problems. You can't really dislike this place unless you experience bad customer service which isn't a problem here. It can use a little bit more sweeping in the dinning room. I would give it a ZERO, but the coffee and donuts were good. I have never had such poor service. There were 3 of us ordering 3 coffee drinks & 3 donuts. There were 2 customers seated and eating and 2 counter workers. The workers talked to each other nonstop as our order came out one item at a time, in no particular order. My coworker and I went on 8/29 @12:33 and got an iced pumpkin spice latte. We didn't get asked for no whip cream or what not .. but it didn't come on it! We got back to work and started to drink it, it was burnt coffee and disgusting. I tried to call the number listed and it just rings and you get a random voicemail box trying to get in touch with someone to fix the problem. I don't have time to go back there today to try to talk to someone. We are highly disappointed and wont be back to that location. read more

I've never given a 1 Star before but this place deserves it. I honestly don't know why I keep on going back but it's on my way to work and very convenient. Every single time, and I mean every time without fail something is wrong with my order. Either they don't toast my bagel (after I say extra toasted) or barely put any cream cheese on it. I've never seen anything like it. I mean when you're putting cream cheese on a bagel you would think you would put it on the whole thing... literally two little dots. Kid you not! The last time I went they completely gave me another persons order. I went back in and had to wait another 5ish minutes so they could make a new one for me because they gave my order to the wrong person as well. It's just become kind of a joke now. If you want bad coffee this is the place to go! Their coffee taste like it's a day old and they're refreshers are watered down. I wish I could give this place zero stars! Most rude cashiers I have ever seen in the drive-through. When you pull up to order they say WHAT YOU WANT...And pretty much threw my food at me without even a looking at me at the window. When I mentioned how rude she was she gave me a very passive aggressive smile and said to have a nice day and slammed the window. I had somewhere to be or I would've gone inside. Just horrible. I agree with Carly! To add to that...This place is awful and I would never have gone as often as I did if it weren't so convenient. It finally got to the point that I would only order a black coffee. My husband and I would play a game of Dunkin Roulette at this location...what's going to be wrong this time? Burnt bagel? Burnt iced coffee? (it's real and it's nasty!) Heavy cream in your BLACK coffee and then they deny it? It always seems like a mixture of poor listening skills, lack of communication, and no one caring. Forget about placing an order in the app unless you want to waste time rather than saving it! They always act surprised when you say you're there to pick your order up. Somehow, it manages to add 10 minutes to the entire process than just ordering it when you get there. Now we drive across town to the other Dunkin' in Statesville. They'll actually listen to you and their coffee is significantly better!
