Clean and modern shop with nice seating. Gentleman working the counter was pleasant and professional. What I would typically call a "pour over", they call a "hand pour". They can call it whatever they want, it was fantastic! They extracted maximum flavor and served it at optimal temperature. Bonus points for the classy vessel it was served in.
