Quick, friendly, always get my food and drink order right! Haven't really been inside accept once, but it was very clean!

You don't argue with customers on how something tastes! Today 2 drinks were ordered as 2 frozen Carmel coffee with whip and 2 extra shots of Carmel. They made 2 Carmel cream drinks. It was brought to their attention, but I was argued with saying it's the same thing. That they didn't add in the vanilla. I told them it doesn't taste right and it isn't what I ordered. They argued with me and refused to remake them. It's does not taste the same. We do not like the Carmel cream. So we paid for 2 coffee we couldn't drink after they refused to do anything to correct it and argued about it. What about the guarantee they promise? This isn't the first time this store has done something like this, but it is the worst when it comes to attitude and rudeness! Today cost this store 2 customers!!!! read more

Came to get coffee through the drive thru and the older woman behind the counter taking the orders was very rude and impolite. We ordered 1 medium iced coffee with 4 and 4 and cold foam on one order and my friends ordered two of the same thing for their order behind me. We drive around paid for the first with a sweeter young girl with braids. She gave the wrong drink with 3 pumps of vanilla swirl in it so we gave it back. The older woman took it and held it next to the correct one and said "They are literally the same so what do you mean they're different?" In the most arrogant tone. Arguing with customers. She never apologized after she was CLEARLY in the wrong. I'm not one to complain about poor customer service but this was so bad I had to. read more

This girl working the drive through was so rude to my mom and I. She said if we wanted donuts we'd have to come inside because she didn't feel like walking back and forth to window. Are you joking? That's your job. Not to mention they always have the most stale donuts. Disgusting. read more

Sat in the drive through for ten minutes because the car at the speaker was there talking about how someone's baby daddy was shit instead of ordering and going about their business. I would recommend driving to literally any other location. read more

Horrible service. They made me pay for 3 donuts I didn't ask for. My grandsonson is a child and when he asked for the free donut Friday she made him pay for three without giving him his free one. when I confronted her about it she was very rude and uncooperative. So I recommend going somewhere else. read more

Went to get my son breakfast this morning and the lady taking the order was very rude from the beginning. I ignore it and then she gives me the total for $2.43 and we i asked about it she told me that's how much a coffee is. I asked about the breakfast sandwich I ordered and she stated I didn't tell her that and it was the first thing I ordered. I pull around and asked for the manager and she was at the window while the women that took my order was as in the background still being smart and rude. I want to be fair here... I used to work in the food service industry when I was in college years ago and I know it's challenging but this place, honestly! slow, slow, slow. I am a nurse and I would occasionally stop early in the morning for coffee and maybe to pick up a breakfast sandwich or two. nothing big, nothing challenging. when Tony was there he would always be extremely friendly and pleasant and work to get my order out but I haven't seen him for a while period now, you never know how long it's going to take and if there's even one car in front of you you might as well back out and take a chance on scraping your car against the concrete wall as I did today. the other day there was exactly one customer in the store, because I checked, and one car in line in front of me, five employees working inside. I still waited 10 minutes for coffee and a breakfast sandwich that they had to microwave. I finally gave up and went inside at which point a young man was already coming out holding a bag for me. he moved as though his feet had lit in them. no one there gets in a hurry or tries to make anything right. I've given up on stopping there anymore, decided that today is my last day. I asked how long it would take to get a cup of coffee and a mini Bagel at the drive-thru and there was a big pause and then she said... well, I don't know... there are two orders in front of you... good lord, it's donuts, coffee, and breakfast sandwiches, people. how long does that take? just consider me a very dissatisfied former customer read more

So tired of attitude. Go into the store and ask for 2 dozen to go. I asked if I could call them out, she said no problem. Last three and asked for powdered donuts. She said all we have is jelly filled powdered donuts. I said that I see that. I said, what I'd like to do is take an old fashion and roll it around in powdered sugar. She looked at me like I said something bad about her cat. Said, "oh" rolled the eyes and walked off. Didn't realize that was such a monumental task. Customer service is apparently too much trouble. Horrible customer service. The server was very rude. We ordered 3 frozen hot chocolates and the server did not put cream on it. When we ask if she could put cream on it, she rolled her eyes and said "Oh lord". Most Dunkin' Donuts we went to either put cream on it without us needing to ask them or asked us if we want cream on it when we ordered. When we asked when they didn't put cream on it, other Dunkin' Donuts never did something rude and just put the cream on it. She was rude during the entire order. read more

OH Wow! I sat down, no greeting. The server never left the drive-through counter, so I went to Shell counter and bought a bagged Donut instead. As I walked back past the Dunkin Donut counter, I thought..OH, well, I could get a small coffee..she is right there. So I called to her, "may I have a small dark roast coffee please". She looked around and while filling a drive through order said to me, "I can't hear you", but went right back to what she was doing. No smile, no, "one moment please". As I'm sitting here doing an hrs work on my computer, an older gentleman parks and walks in, stands at the Dunkin Counter, to also not be served. He waited patiently for a bit, but then walked over to the Shell part and bought himself an ice cream drumstick and left the location. He did not stop for gas. AMAZING incompetence. read more

ABSOLUTELY the WORSE customer service!!! I repeatedly have made the mistake of coming here because my love of donuts yet I always leave irritated and disappointed! The same cashier is working most mornings and I honestly can't believe she can keep a job with her horrible attitude and non-ability to handle a simple order. Chocolate covered Donuts just tossed upside in bags so by the time you try to get one out, all the chocolate is stuck in the bags, constant confusion and having to repeat yourself over and over again, and you better watch her put your donuts in the bag because she will give you the wrong ones if not. I've even asked to put paper between them so they don't stick to eachother in a small bag like MOST donut places do (without asking to do so) and they act like I'm asking them to shine my shoes! I am a huge donut person and after moving to the area a year ago, I am limited to my donut options but I honestly rather go buy prepackaged gas station donuts then to deal with this stores horrible service anymore! read more
