Me and my friend were so excited to try the 6 dollar meal deal. We ordered online and were super hype for our bacon egg and cheese sandwich. That was until we pulled up to order and were told the oven was "broken". We expected to at least get our coffee since you don't need an oven to make coffee, but when we got to the window the rude lady working told us if we wanted coffee we'd have to come inside. We should've taken that as our sign to get starbucks instead, but we are naive so we proceeded to go inside anyways. I would give zero stars if I could. The only reason why I am giving two stars is because of the location of this Dunkin' Donuts and the friendly, smiling young lady at the window, that's it. My hope is that the store manager will read this review and take action. All of the employees were very nice. The donuts looked attractive. I haven't eaten them yet; I froze them. Unfortunately, although all of the employees were wearing masks, one employee was not covering her nose with the mask. The person who boxed my donuts did use wax paper to pick up the donuts, but did not wear gloves. They did have a partition up, but the cashier was not behind it. She also was not wearing gloves. This is not the fault of the employees. This is poor training and lax management. Hands should be properly sanitized with either soap and warm water or hand sanitizer. 20 seconds of scrubbing the bank, front, sides of your hands, your fingers, and between each finger. Rinse thoroughly. Do the same scrubbing if you use hand sanitizer. It's the motion of scrubbing that removes the virus. After hand cleaning, food service gloves should be put on to pick donuts for each customer then thrown away. These are cheap and sufficient in this situation. I found myself wondering if I should eat the donuts at all. I did some research and with precautions it is highly unlikely that the virus will be transferred through food. Or, if it is, will survive through the acids in your stomach. But, I felt unsafe inside the store. I'm amazed at how many people do not understand the basics of Coronavirus transmission and the simple steps that can be taken to protect themselves, their family, and their communities. Unfortunately, I will not go back to the store until a manager convinces me that they have retrained their employees and provided the appropriate PPE. Or, until we get control of this virus. When I said something to one of the employees she got Galvin (The Manager) he disagreed. I parked in the lot and went over the receipt. When I went back to show him the receipt he finally decided to refund my card $3.08 plus tax. Which will go back into my account in 2 or 3 days. I love the ice cream at this store but I am a little bit more than disappointed in the advertising communication in this store in conjunction with door dash. I understand that the two things are two separate services but even in the store I have purchased a pint of vanilla ice cream and never been told I could get 2 for 1 pints in store, until today 7/23/23 (I have bought pints in store for $10 before and not been told this). I have been buying $20 pints on door dash with no notice of this in store policy, which may not be door dash's responsibility to communicate any in store offerings because they want to make as much money as they can, but circling back around to my visits to the store I didn't see a sign nor was I told to grab a second pint as they have a 2 for 1 deal UNTIL today, which is 11 months after I started buying ice cream at this store. Maybe the silver lining here is that this is the frustration I need to stop eating the ice cream so I can lose some of the extra weight I have gained, because it is incredibly frustrating to think of all the wasted money and lost product because of poor store signage and communication. read more

Review for the Baskin Robbins at this location. We always hope they get better every time we try it again, but they always fail to please. Tonight, we tried the new tiger milk bubble tea. Ordered three cups. We were so excited for these, but when we tried it, there was a strong flavor of cinnamon. It tasted almost like a diluted horchata or cinnamon chai. Looking at the description of the Tiger milk tea on Baskin's page, there is no mention of cinnamon whatsoever. So we thought to call this location to ask. The lady on the phone did not try to help and stated that it was supposed to have cinnamon, there's nothing she could do, and she didn't know what to tell us. This is a dual service location. It is also a Baskin Robins Ice Cream. I went in on 7/8/2023 at 10:30a to pick up a birthday cake for my daughter. When I walked in an employee named Chelsea was ranting and raving about another co-worker, openly, to where all dine-in customers were turning around. All while I was waiting to pick up an ice cream cake and have "Happy Birthday" written on it. I waited patiently behind the counter, when another worker came to check me out, I asked to have "Happy Birthday" written on it. The worker turned to the ranting Chelsea and she said, NO I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO DO THAT". What a pathetic attitude of a worker.
