Riley and the crew on April 14th at 11am is killing it ! This location has done a major turn around in the past few years and I will be switching over from Starbucks to this location now. I would recommend that you do the same. Upon walking in I was energetically greeted by Riley behind the counter and it made me feel nice! They work fast too! Even though the drive through line was long they had my order out way before I could even start writing my review. I hope a manager sees this and gives him a raise or a paid day off or something for what he contributes to this store! read more

Dunkin' - Arctic Cherry refresher with green tea - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Spartanburg, South Carolina

My ice coffee was cold. Too much ice in my ice coffee. White guy behind the counter was sweating on my strawberry glazed donut. The short Asian girl dropped my straw on the floor at least 5 times. I will not be coming back to this Krispy Kreme. read more

Hope someone from management reads these reviews to get a better understanding of what is going on at this Dunkin' Shop. There were two staff members and the third one who was on break. Then one employee left to speak to patron at the car which left the guy all by himself managing the counter and making the drinks. He even said he just started this job. He got overwhelmed and confused. He got our order wrong. Made the wrong drink and asked to see the receipt which other staff never gave us a copy. Service was way slow. The guy then serviced the customer behind us while picking donuts without making drinks for us. Customer in front of us still waiting for her sandwich. Not good. All in all we waited over 25+ minutes. While we waited to place order, we both were able to take turns going to the bathroom. Another customer walked in and walked out after waiting for a while. Will not be back here again. They too slow. One staff disappears. Leaving the other stranded. Issues flies were buzzing around the donuts. Definitely, will not get the donuts here either. read more

We purchased 2 iced cold brews today. The order was correct, service was good BUT the coffee was horrible. It tasted burnt and bitter. It wasn't drinkable. $9.75 down the drain, literally. This is the closest DD to our home but they often disappoint. Will have to drive out of our way to another location or switch to Starbucks. read more

This place will ruin your day! !! We wanted to order four, they only put three in the order. After they gave us two of them(one of drink is just like the pic , it looks like the staff already drank some of them) they stopped. After I noticed them we are still waiting for the last one , they just realized they forgot. Anyway, will not come here again!!! read more

Dunkin' - Angry drink - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Spartanburg, South Carolina

By far, the rudest, slowest, least motivated staff I've encountered in a while. The first time, I assumed it was just an off day. 2 weeks later I realized this just must be the usual. read more

Less than impressed. Order has been wrong 5/6 times at this location. Long line in drive through and lobby closed despite competitors lobbies being open. read more

1. they forgot my straw 2. i asked for a iced caramel coffee and they gave me a regular iced coffee.... read more

The staff is sooo rude. So their sign on the front door says they're open for ordering inside, but they locked the door and wouldn't answer the door. The employees, when they finally made eye contact with us, pointed us towards the drive thru! They refused to help us in store. They were very short tempered with us in the drive thru as well. read more

Mask Shaming: So I was out shopping in Greer, SC Yesterday. Went to Kohl's on Wade Hampton. They were great. Went into Lowes for some building materials, They were great - No Mask needed. Stopped at Dunkin Donuts on Wade Hampton to get a box of donuts to take home. Manager had a fit that we had walked in with out a mask (Area is covered with Plexiglas!) I explained "I had a health condition" while my husband went back out to vehicle and got a mask! Manager refused to sell us a box of donuts to go..... she embarrassed me totally - and refused my husband whom was wearing a mask! I have reported this to corporate! But will Never go to Dunkin Donuts Again! Left in tears! read more

They need to bring the guy back with the dreads. Service has been horrible since he left. I won't be back. I'll go to Starbucks and pay the higher price. This DD SUCKS!!!!!! read more

can you even imagine going to a dunkin doughnuts and being told we are out of doughnuts??? well, this one was!!!! this is horrible!

I have went two days in a row and they got my order completely wrong and said they did not have time to fix the order. Normally I would drink it but I have allergies so I could not even drink the coffee, I had to pour it out both days. A big waste of time and the service was terrible. read more

How are you out of all iced drinks in the month of June?!?! Of course we don't find this out until we have waited 15 minutes in the drive through line. It sucks the the afternoon crew didn't do their job before leaving but at least put a sign up so people aren't waiting unnecessarily. read more

We stopped at this Dunkin's on the way home from the beach. We went in close to closing and the employees were nothing short of AWESOME!!!! Ours coffees were excellent and so were our Munchkins!!! I would def recommend the DD!! read more

This location needs to close if they cant find more employees. It makes no sense to wait 30 minutes for coffee. This is everyday. I mean, its JUST Dunkin, its not McDonalds.. Love the coffee , but they need to get it together read more

So the only reason they get 3 stars is because my food is usually hot when I get it. This is the slowest location I have been to. Normal wait is about 15-20 min in line. Don't go here if you're in a hurry, this wasn't a fluke, it's a norm. Been here several times same problem, on a Tuesday morning rush it took almost 25 min. read more

15 minutes for an iced coffee and munchkins..... staff was unapologetic and slightly rude. Only one car was in front and the inside was empty so it definitely wasn't crowded. The only reason I'm giving a two is because the munchkins were good. read more

The worst Dunkin in history of Dunkin! Would give zero stars if I could. Waited almost an hour and no one ever even took our order. No one was even at the window! Tons of cars behind us but no one in front of us. Workers here must have a horrible work ethic. Don't recommend ever going here. The coffee probably is ass just like their workers. Just shut down this location read more

This is the SLOWEST Dunkin I have ever been to in my life. Both times have been insanely slow. First time: I waited 30 minutes (there were only 3 cars in front of me.) Today, I waited 45 minutes with 4 cars in front of me. They need new management ASAP. read more

I can't believe this place is still up and running! We stopped today before 3pm and they were closed due to short staffing. This is the second time we've been there and this has happened. Very disappointing!!! I've been a fan of DD for years but either get enough staff or close the place!! read more

Poor Customer Service I don't know if the staff is having a bad morning or what because I have been here before but in the afternoon with a different staff. Customer Service was not up to standards of any restaurant. I ordered a sandwich at the drive thru and added a coffee at the window. When I asked the price, the person may have been one of the managers or she was thee manager, she walked away as she was telling me the price. Therefore I did not know what she was saying and I had to get the very young lady at the window to tell me. I was given no receipts at all (2 trans.). I got to my office and my small hot coffee was a kids cup of hot milk. I called on the phone but to my surprise no one answered. I drove back over there, the drive thru line was too long so I went in and asked them if I can have some coffee this was milk. Upon pouring the coffee I noticed it was very lite and weak looking not dark, so I asked for dark roast. "Thee" assumed managed said they have black coffee it was darker. I said yes I will take that, prior to this the younger lady had poured the regular lite/weak coffee in a cup. The manager poured the darker coffee in another cup and was about to give it to me when she noticed the other cup sitting there, opened the lid, poured the black coffee out (which I wanted) and told her to give that cup to me. Of course I mentioned I wanted the darker coffee and she said that was the black darker coffee (all while I am looking at them do this). The coffee was hot so I needed some extra cooling source to hold the cup, (they had given me a larger styroform cup earlier). The younger lady reached to give me the broken cup that the manager broke upon returning the "milk coffee" and I had to tell her "if you don't mind, can you give me a descent cup" thanked her and left. It was a very unpleasant customer service experience. They need better management and get it together. read more

I'm guessing they hired new staff she is slow as hell. She got my order mixed up. The pretzel bites was so hard and dry. They burned my bagel. I usually go here every morning before work for breakfast. The only thing I buy here is the coffee now. A very big dissatisfaction. read more

I love Dunk. But this location is chronically understaffed. They just don't have enough people working at any given time to handle both the drive-thru and the interior of the store. You can end up waiting in line forever. read more

Dunkin is usually good but this location sucks. The employees are rude and have 0 customer service. They move super slow and have no sense of urgency. This place sucks. read more

The hours on here say 10pm. We arrive at 9:02pm. The employee points out that they closed at 9pm. She could care less that we drove the distance considering they were supposed to be closing at 10pm. Complete lack of customer service. read more

This is the second Sunday in a row that I have come in here in been treated badly by the management team here last week it was by the new asst manager this week by the manager him self I am in this Dunkin donuts every day until the couple weeks now I have to order 8 black ice coffees with no ice 3 splendas not a real hard order but yet I have to wait forever to get them waited 20 mins today last week had asst manager as soon as I came in called someone else from the back to wait on me so sick and tired of this store need to revamp the management staff here before it goes under read more

The staff at this Dunkin' is extremely rude for no particular reason at all. I had to practically argue with the girl who was running the drive through just to get the drink I wanted. Coffee was fine, but definitely won't be returning to this location anytime soon. read more

The staff here is very rude. The food/drinks are just about what you would find at any Dunkin' chain (the only thing giving them a 2 star). My wife worked in fast food during college and in her words, "it's not that hard to just be polite and put on a smile." They handed us an iced drink with the lid not fully on which caused it to spill all the way from the drivers door to the cup holders. Very sticky mess. Then when we asked for napkins the employee rolled her eyes and tossed some napkins at us. This wasn't just a one time occurrence, after about the 4th time of their poor service we haven't been back. You literally get better service at a McDonalds. read more

Poor customer service, they're always out of something and you're lucky to get what you order.

Had breakfast there today and very disappointed. They had hardly any muffins and the one I got was not good. The maple frosted donut is my fav, but so much better when I can slightly warm it at home. What's so hard about having a microwave available? Atmosphere is lacking and space is really small. I guess pick-up is the best option. They just really need to consider their competition - you'll usually find me at Panera! read more

Something has to give this Sunday was the worst Sunday ever, only one girl working knows what she is doing as she works during the weekday mornings also. Wait in drive thru was 20 min, ordered and still waited 10 min so when I get my order I get a large instead of an extra large decafe after having to give my order again at the window, coffee was cold, I also ordered a Boston cream and got a vanilla cream, and 25 count munchkins at this point she rings me up for $3.85 total? Ok good for me bad for the store, this girl doesn't know the product, prices, or quality. I truly feel sorry for the one that knows how it is supposed to go, cause she has to work with ones who don't care. I truly wish I could give no stars for this store visit read more

Slowest DD ever!!!! Literally have waited over 20 mins and counting. Need to hire more employees ASAP

this is unbelievable! i have been sitting here, in the drive thru for literally one hour!! and then i sat at the window for literally a half an hour & no one had even spoken to me yet. & they filled my drink two thirds of the way! what is this??? next time-Starbucks it is! read more

WORST customer service I've ever had at Dunkin' Donuts. We were on the way home from our vacation in Myrtle Beach and stopped here for breakfast. After ordering, we were waiting for our iced coffees and asked the black lady for a water. She gave us some serious attitude, told us it costs $0.31 and then turned around and ignored us so I had to ask one of the other employees. Then we were watching her talk about us to the other workers as if asking for a water is a crime. This situation was ridiculous and I'll never be back. read more

PLEASE SEE UPDATE BELOW AS WELL: The service here is not good. The employees are not friendly, they don't speak or say thank you! They recently got my order wrong multiple times in one visit! The management is terrible! And this is very bad because I love this place , but I probably won't be returning if this is what I have to deal with! UPDATE: So I was contacted by the DM and given a generic apology for the bad service. I responded back to him letting him know I didn't care for the generic apology. He never responded back. Then I get an email from the GM at the store who helped cause the most recent unpleasant experience that I had at the location, saying she wanted to offer me a gift card and to come pick it up at the same location I had the bad experience at. I had previously advised that I didn't plan to visit that location anymore so why would I wish to come back there. I then advised her to mail the gift card. I never received a response back or a gift card. This company is showing that it does not care for its customers. I thought it was just that location but from this experience, its appearing that it is the company as a whole. read more

Staff are not friendly and they can't count money correctly. I made complaints to the manager and she got upset because I was complaining about her staff giving incorrect change. Please count your money before you leave, people! Negative atmosphere and there was hardly anything there I requested. Worst DD I've encountered! I have also made contact to corporate. read more
