Riley and the crew on April 14th at 11am is killing it ! This location has done a major turn around in the past few years and I will be switching over from Starbucks to this location now. Hope someone from management reads these reviews to get a better understanding of what is going on at this Dunkin' Shop. There were two staff members and the third one who was on break. Then one employee left to speak to patron at the car which left the guy all by himself managing the counter and making the drinks. He even said he just started this job. He got overwhelmed and confused. He got our order wrong. Made the wrong drink and asked to see the receipt which other staff never gave us a copy. Service was way slow. The guy then serviced the customer behind us while picking donuts without making drinks for us. Customer in front of us still waiting for her sandwich. Not good. All in all we waited over 25+ minutes. While we waited to place order, we both were able to take turns going to the bathroom. Another customer walked in and walked out after waiting for a while. Will not be back here again. They too slow. One staff disappears. Leaving the other stranded. Issues flies were buzzing around the donuts. Definitely, will not get the donuts here either. read more

We purchased 2 iced cold brews today. The order was correct, service was good BUT the coffee was horrible. It tasted burnt and bitter. It wasn't drinkable. $9.75 down the drain, literally. This is the closest DD to our home but they often disappoint. Will have to drive out of our way to another location or switch to Starbucks. read more

The staff is sooo rude. So their sign on the front door says they're open for ordering inside, but they locked the door and wouldn't answer the door. Mask Shaming: So I was out shopping in Greer, SC Yesterday. Went to Kohl's on Wade Hampton. They were great. Went into Lowes for some building materials, They were great - No Mask needed. Stopped at Dunkin Donuts on Wade Hampton to get a box of donuts to take home. Manager had a fit that we had walked in with out a mask (Area is covered with Plexiglas!) I explained "I had a health condition" while my husband went back out to vehicle and got a mask! Manager refused to sell us a box of donuts to go..... she embarrassed me totally - and refused my husband whom was wearing a mask! I have reported this to corporate! So the only reason they get 3 stars is because my food is usually hot when I get it. This is the slowest location I have been to. Normal wait is about 15-20 min in line. Poor Customer Service I don't know if the staff is having a bad morning or what because I have been here before but in the afternoon with a different staff. Customer Service was not up to standards of any restaurant. I ordered a sandwich at the drive thru and added a coffee at the window. When I asked the price, the person may have been one of the managers or she was thee manager, she walked away as she was telling me the price. Therefore I did not know what she was saying and I had to get the very young lady at the window to tell me. I was given no receipts at all (2 trans.). I got to my office and my small hot coffee was a kids cup of hot milk. I called on the phone but to my surprise no one answered. I drove back over there, the drive thru line was too long so I went in and asked them if I can have some coffee this was milk. Upon pouring the coffee I noticed it was very lite and weak looking not dark, so I asked for dark roast. "Thee" assumed managed said they have black coffee it was darker. I said yes I will take that, prior to this the younger lady had poured the regular lite/weak coffee in a cup. The manager poured the darker coffee in another cup and was about to give it to me when she noticed the other cup sitting there, opened the lid, poured the black coffee out (which I wanted) and told her to give that cup to me. Of course I mentioned I wanted the darker coffee and she said that was the black darker coffee (all while I am looking at them do this). The coffee was hot so I needed some extra cooling source to hold the cup, (they had given me a larger styroform cup earlier). The younger lady reached to give me the broken cup that the manager broke upon returning the "milk coffee" and I had to tell her "if you don't mind, can you give me a descent cup" thanked her and left. It was a very unpleasant customer service experience. They need better management and get it together. read more

The staff here is very rude. The food/drinks are just about what you would find at any Dunkin' chain (the only thing giving them a 2 star). My wife worked in fast food during college and in her words, "it's not that hard to just be polite and put on a smile." They handed us an iced drink with the lid not fully on which caused it to spill all the way from the drivers door to the cup holders. Very sticky mess. Then when we asked for napkins the employee rolled her eyes and tossed some napkins at us. This wasn't just a one time occurrence, after about the 4th time of their poor service we haven't been back. Something has to give this Sunday was the worst Sunday ever, only one girl working knows what she is doing as she works during the weekday mornings also. Wait in drive thru was 20 min, ordered and still waited 10 min so when I get my order I get a large instead of an extra large decafe after having to give my order again at the window, coffee was cold, I also ordered a Boston cream and got a vanilla cream, and 25 count munchkins at this point she rings me up for $3.85 total? Had breakfast there today and very disappointed. They had hardly any muffins and the one I got was not good. The maple frosted donut is my fav, but so much better when I can slightly warm it at home. PLEASE SEE UPDATE BELOW AS WELL: The service here is not good. The employees are not friendly, they don't speak or say thank you! They recently got my order wrong multiple times in one visit! The management is terrible! And this is very bad because I love this place , but I probably won't be returning if this is what I have to deal with! UPDATE: So I was contacted by the DM and given a generic apology for the bad service. I responded back to him letting him know I didn't care for the generic apology. He never responded back. Then I get an email from the GM at the store who helped cause the most recent unpleasant experience that I had at the location, saying she wanted to offer me a gift card and to come pick it up at the same location I had the bad experience at. I had previously advised that I didn't plan to visit that location anymore so why would I wish to come back there. I then advised her to mail the gift card. I never received a response back or a gift card. This company is showing that it does not care for its customers. WORST customer service I've ever had at Dunkin' Donuts. We were on the way home from our vacation in Myrtle Beach and stopped here for breakfast. After ordering, we were waiting for our iced coffees and asked the black lady for a water. She gave us some serious attitude, told us it costs $0.31 and then turned around and ignored us so I had to ask one of the other employees. The toasted coconut is my favorite. We love Dunkin Doughnuts. Pros....reasonable, great taste, nice staff and great hours. Cons....I like my doughnuts hot and have to ask them to heat them up and lots of times they have run out of my favorite. read more
