What a fun sandwich shop! It was my first time here and I was given a full run-down of the history…read moreof the shop and where they source all their ingredients. The staff is so friendly and made me feel like I already belonged. Fun music too and lots of seating available. For sandwiches, I got Mike's Classic and my partner got The Godfather. When we went to pick up our order from the counter, they threw in some extras since it was our first time. Such an unexpected surprise! The potato salad - wow. I'm not even a big potato salad girlie but the dijon mustard in there was *chefs kiss*. I will definitely be getting that again. The macaroni salad was also good. My hoagie was somehow light and filling at the same time. The melted cheese melted my heart. I will be back again for that ooey gooey deliciousness!

But these guys do make a BIG swing and a BIG hit. First off, customer service. Justin waited on me and asked right away if I was a first-timer, which I was, and at the end of a quest to arrive here. And so he gave me the layout in the menu, the NJ flown in Liscio's bread, and the Cooper American cheese and shaved sliced beef. It's the real deal and it does travel well, at least for 3-4 miles back home. It's a 10 inch sub, there are many options. I went classic. But check the pics of menu items (the Mort looks great, Mortadella coma?!) But the classic will fill. And it is tasty. Simple, authentic, tasty. That's why we are here. And the friendly customer guidance, beyond any expectations, when anyone is at the counter, they are recognized if regulars, acknowledged if first timers and the center of the universe for the counter man, (in this case, Justin). And, a couple of Dum-Dum lollipop treats for the wife who abstained for today. The sandwich was a hit. It's a bit expensive, but I understand we just beat a line out the door crowd at 11:15, so plan accordingly. I'll be back. Must try other items too. Beer and soda available. Worth the trip if authenticity is your bag, baby, if not, there's always Jersey Mikes, but support local, man! Get with the Harry's groovy and tasty vibe.

I'm not sure what I expected going into this. Maybe an old run down industry hang out that reeked…read moreof stale cigarettes and liquor with everything feel sticky from years of grime build up. I have to say it's the complete opposite. It's well kept, clean, welcoming, and family friendly( during the daytime) The menu has ample options with a handful of very non traditional ramen options. There's something for everyone and it's almost hard to decide with out just ordering way too much. I ordered the ricotta with honey and pecans and grilled focaccia. I was tempted to change it to a burger but soooo glad I didn't. The dish was amazing. The perfect creaminess of the cheese and sweetness from the honey, slightly salted and the delicious grilled bread. Omg it was hard to stop eating it. I'd go here and just order this and be happy. Next was the hot chicken ramen. I'll be honest in more of a traditional ramen guy but they make these weird combinations woe. The chicken was crispy and the broth was flavorful. This balance of sweet savory broth that some how balances out just right. The noodles were overcooked for my liking but that's an extremely easy fix considering everything else was good. I'd love to go back when passing through again and try some of the other menu items. They seem to take pride in the food they send out and I can we why people love this place.

I love me a good Jasons salad bar. When visiting the town we decided to stop in. First impression…read moreis the exterior is nice, looks nice when you walk in, then it all goes down from there. The cashier barely spoke and what little she felt required to speak, you couldn't hear her anyways. Very unfriendly, not even a pleasant look on her face let alone a friendly one. I had ordered salad bar and my husband a half sandwich and one time through. My husband was still getting his salad before we had been seated and he hears an employee say "hey" and hold out a plate to him and he said "oh that's my sandwich already"? She responds rudely "uh yeah!" With almost an eye roll. The salad bar was stocked but all the utensils were greasy to the point that I went and washed my hands after. Every booth was dirty with plates, many tables and all that were still clean were tables in the middle and no one out cleaning off tables. Someone finally did come start cleaning tables after we had been seated. It was around 3 pm so not even during a lunch rush. So bottom line is that the food is Jason's but the service and upkeep are not.
