There is a good selection to choose from and my kids are always trying something different. The staff are friendly and keep it feeling very inviting. It's a cool looking place and the inside is never crowded, despite how busy they often are. The parking lot can be chaotic, but that's nothing too off putting. My only gripe (if I had to have one) would be that the coffee is not at the same level as everything else here. It's good, especially compared to other donut places I've been in the past, but it's nothing special. My wife usually has me drive through the dunkin nearby for coffee, but Ms Murphy's are the only donuts that matter to her and the kids.

I had just seen Donut Dip pop up in an online article as the best donut place in Massachusetts and so I had to stop. Donut Dip is an old school donut shop, a large selection of a wide variety of flavors are on display. The short line moved quickly and I ordered an Apple Fritter and a Chocolate topped custard stick for the road. The price was a bit higher than I expected but the donuts were big and looked great and I wanted some food for the road so I didn't have to stop. The Apple Fritter was good, however it seemed to be a bit light on actual apple piece and while tasty it just wasn't anything special. The Custard stick was excellent, the custard was rich and luscious which nicely balanced the perfectly fried donut, the topping was thick and chocolaty giving the donut an old school feel. Although I didn't have a long visit I would say that overall Donut Dip has very good to great donuts. The shop feels classic and if I was nearby I would love to try some of the other flavors. On our last visit, I watched as 4 employees from the pizza company park in the handicap spots. (No handicap placard) and there was PLENTY of open spots just past the handicap spots. I pleasantly spoke with the young workers to explain that some people need those spots- the response? "Well, we are working". Noted. I did send an email to Red Apple a few weeks ago, but no response While living with someone who relies on the handicap spots, I now understand using these spots give people a way to go out and live life.
