Donuts!!! Dunkin are not my favorite but if the other place is nowhere close by this will do. We have stopped here a few times before and this time was exactly the same. Hardly any donuts left. They don't make them at this location which is bad for them because when they run out that's it! I love french crullers and they had none. My next choice was a jelly donut, one raspberry one left! I don't know what location makes these but people like to have some filling inside!!! This had maybe a smear of jelly inside! I was halfway through the donut and had no jelly at all! Then finally a smidge and it was gone. A donut place with a limited number of donuts left and it wasn't that late. No back up racks at all, no extra donuts, nothing! And the shelves were getting pretty bare and limited pickings!! The girl said they go fast. Hello??? Then whoever the owner is they should get some extra for back up!?! I love Dunkin' but this one is not it. Every time I order here my drink is made wrong, they always put granulated sugar instead of liquid sugar. I usually just drink it and get my second coffee at the one in Gastonia because it's always made right (it maybe too sweet or too bitter but I don't have sugar sitting in the bottom of my cup) but today I decided to ask for them to remake it, I even pointed out that I dont like the sugar granules. I waited for the drink and when they handed it to me I looked at the bottom to see if I could see the sugar and I didn't so I drove way but when I stopped to stir, I saw all the granules moving and I realized; they gave me the drink made exactly how it was the first time. I just drove away at this point because the lady was nice and I didn't want to be rude to her but how hard is it to make a drink with the right sugar? Will not be going back. read more

The lady in front of me was owed change and the blue haired supervisor for whatever reason couldnt give the woman change and said it would come out of her paycheck - not sure what happened there but customer service for her was awful. But it continues.. I went to the restroom and came out to her going into detail how the lady "only needed her 42 cents back" and "if you can't let go of 42 cents then you shouldn't be ordering Dunkin' Donuts." To me it's the principl, you're representing a business and making Dunkins look awful while other customers are in the store. If this was my business I would have no place for a supervisor with her mindset. Its sad and just awkward. read more

This is a tale of two experiences. My experience yesterday was excellent. Great service, nice people, very personable. Today, not so much. Called in to order two dozen donuts for students, had the phone set down on the counter to wait. And was there for over half an hour. Tried to call back for another 45 minutes and got a busy signal. Drove to the store, waited (only customer inside the store) and finally was asked what I wanted. Said first please hang up the phone that I had been waiting on and was still off the hook over an hour later. Was told I had an attitude and the employee didn't have to serve me. Got yelled at, repeatedly told I had an attitude and ordered to leave. Waited patiently until one of the other employees finally took my order (so I could pick it up early the next morning). All this time, the first employee is still hollering off to the side about my attitude and how I should just get out. Asked for that employee's name (so I could mention them by name when I talk with the manager tomorrow) and was told no way. I could have the manager's name, but not hers. Shouldn't be working in the service industry if you are so rude and disrespectful to your customers. Sadly, they are the only donut business in town. Have written lengthy email to corporate requesting some service training for the employees. read more

The absolute worst experience I've ever had was at this location. You have to drive around the building to place an order. Today there was a delivery being made and a car at the drive through window so there was no physical way of driving around to place an order. Because there was NO ONE in line I just stayed behind the car paying for their order at the window. I then told the employee how there was no physical way to drive around so I'll just place my order at the window. The manager came and rudely told me that i needed to drive around and place my order at the screen. I said you DO REALIZE it was physically impossible to get to the screen and the only difference is me placing my order face to face rather than taking to your walkie talkie. She was EXTREMELY RUDE and ignorant to the lay of her store. This is my second time dealing with her rudeness. The first experience was her frustrated bc they were trying to charge me full price on a 99 cent coffee promotion. I feel sorry for any employee that works for this woman. Terrible terrible terrible. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. They were out of EVERYTHING we were looking for when we pulled up. No glazed doughnuts of any kind, no blueberry doughnuts, no liquid cane sugar, etc. The only good thing that happened at the business was the apologetic worker taking care of our order. She was very nice and even offered to melt some regular sugar for us to put in our drinks. Besides that, bad stock. We will probably not be returning-- which is disappointing considering this would have been my first time visiting a Dunkin'. Very disappointed :( read more

I stop in at least three times a week to get my coffee, and in the summer to pick up my ice coffee. The coffee is always fresh and tastes good, I will treat myself to a donut every now and then and sometimes, I may even have breakfast there which is pretty good and filling. Ordered 50 ASSORTED Munchkins for a function and only received two kinds in the box and 80% of them were plain cake. Not even close to an assortment and they were stale to top it off. Lazy employee I guess did not feel like getting different ones. That or they can not add different kinds to total 50. read more

For a while there the staff they had was slackin' a bit. Incorrect orders, missing items, etc. The most recent staff is keepin' it tight. Dunkin is a bit pricier for breakfast than McDs or other competitors but that bacon and egg on a croissant is pretty tasty. Coffee is great but the toaster hashbrowns are a bit "oniony". read more

In Chicago, we get boxes of joe any time but then again the dds there are much busier all the time and probably always have plenty of coffee ready for the addicts. We don't go here too much except for coffee, but their coffee rolls are really good too. Service is pretty fast and the only time I ever had a problem was when I was getting a box of coffee for a meeting one morning and they forgot about me! Once they realized it, they worked very fast to get me on my way and gave me a coupon for a free box of coffee next time I needed one. read more

This is my favorite store. All the employees are quick to serve. When we walk in the door they ask if we want the same thing as last time. They remember what we get and get it to us quickly. they all are very friendly. All the donuts are always fresh and have a lot of cream in the managers special, which is our favorite donut.
