I have gone to this location almost every morning. I always leave a 10% tip on the machine and order the same thing so I know what my total will be. The new girl at the drive thru at 5:55am 8-5-26 tapped the 20% tip button before handing me the credit card machine. I saw her do it and it was on purpose. Worst DD ever! Rebranded as Dunkin Drive Thru. But should read drive thru, be told to pull forward, be ignored, wait 30 minutes, park, and go in to get an order. I ordered 1 dozen donuts and 10 wake-up wraps (the pre made, pre-heated heated wraps that are assembled and heated on grill) and waited 30 minutes. Went inside and was given the excuse that they were jam- pack. The store was empty when I entered. Wraps were room temperature, and they got the order wrong. I paid $41 to get poor service, cold rubbery food, and be called Love (preferred DD pronoun) by the employee. The manager offered me a single free donut for my inconvenience, which I declined since I had a dozen donuts that I paid for getting cold waiting on rubbery wraps. I decided to stop by Dunkin' Donuts because I was craving something sweet and I had a coupon. So this was a bonus trip for me! I decided to go through the drive thru because I simply did not feel like getting out of my car. When I pulled up to the drive thru there was no one in line and I was immediately greeted. I asked for a Boston Cream donut and an Original Hot Chocolate and the lady told me that the store was out of the Boston Cream. Although, i was disappointed I asked if the woman could tell me the other donut options. The woman went through the list and patiently waited for my response. I told her that I had a coupon and she told me to drive up. At the second window I handed her the coupon and bank card, she adjusted the price of the items, and handed my card back. Right afterwards I was given my Strawberry Sprinkled donut and my Original Hot Chocolate. So excited to dig into my donut I completely forgot to take a picture so sorry. However the Strawberry Sprinkled donut was a good second option. I only wish that the donut was slightly warmed. Afterwards I grabbed my hot chocolate and took a large sip. Wrong idea! I definitely burned my tongue. The hot chocolate was extremely warm and it took at least 15 minutes to cool down. Nonetheless, I was delightfully surprised that the hot chocolate was filling. The liquid had a thickness that I couldn't quite put my finger on. As you drink the hot chocolate it coated your mouth with a chocolate taste. I wouldn't say the chocolate flavoring was the best quality, however the mix they use to create this drink was amazing and I would definitely get another simply for the texture. Overall the restaurant deserves a B+. The drive thru was quick and easy since this was out of peak time (4:30 pm), the hot chocolate has a thick velvety, smooth texture, and the employees were pretty nice on this trip. Pitfalls, getting to the restaurant is difficult make sure you slow down as you are driving on 17 because you may miss the turn and although the hot chocolate was great I believe the warming temperature should be lower because this could have been bad. read more

Yea! Dunkin Donuts has arrived in Savannah. Really kicks the the others hands down. The coffee was excellent as well as the donuts. The ambiance is different. Has area with stand up tables and chairs as well as leather couch and leather chairs. Free Wi-Fi is solid. Employees were quick and friendly. Two large flat screens (CNN-Yuck, & Jerry Springer- Are you guys Fornicating Under Consent of King? Serious!! and one small one (Fox News) near the walk in/waiting line area My only complaint was they had a ton of house flies in the serving area. Really flies. What a way for a first impression. Not only when We got to the window to pay did I have to repeat my donut order 3 times cause the girls at the window wouldn't take their AirPods out of their ears to be able to hear me but then they gave us the wrong donuts and forgot to give us the wake-up wrap. But it gets worse they put tea in my ice coffee and mixed it up, that was the worse tasting ice coffee I have ever had in my life. So here it is: The coffee is hit (or cold depending on what you order), the donuts are fresh. Three starts because: They are beyond slow and struggle to get the orders right. Hey, I love donuts, Dunkin Donuts has revamped their menu items, bringing you lunch items and cool drinks. The inside atmosphere is laid back. Grab a jelly donut, and ask one of your cop friends to come join you for lunch, cops love donuts. Lots of indoor seating, comfy leather sofa, free wifi. Iced coffee is pretty good, reasonably priced, and so big I couldn't finish it (size medium). The sweetener makes it overly sweet in my opinion, so I skip it. Munchkins were fine and only 50 cents for two. Service was friendly. But I didn't like the random piles of crumbs in several places on the floor where someone started sweeping, then stopped to do something else, and left them on the floor with the dustpan. In any fast food service, it's imperative that the drive through crew does everything in their power to get things 100% correct. On Sunday morning, after waiting in the drive through for nearly 10 minutes to place my order and another 5-10 minutes to receive it, I pulled away and got on the highway. Took a sip of what was supposed to be a medium black coffee. It wasn't. Sugar and cream. As a diabetic, I couldn't enjoy that. (note: it was also a large, which I couldn't tell the difference 'cause I don't patronize them often). I couldn't resolve my issue for several hours until I was on my way home. Went inside and the manager (same one who handed me my order) was very gracious and refunded my purchase as well as provided me with with a replacement coffee. Here's my gripe - the order screen wasn't functioning, the price display at the window wasn't working, and I had to ask for my receipt. In this case, the receipt was correct - I was simply handed someone else's drink. Separate to the poor initial service, the vegetarian flatbread tasted like cardboard and their coffee is WAY over priced. I don't plan to visit them for food in the future, and being diabetic, I don't get to go for their donuts. I thought I was getting a convenient breakfast, but all I really got was late and thirsty. 3* rather than 1 or 2 because of the gracious response by the manager. read more
