Worst Dunkin's ever!!! after urgent care due to my broken foot get my driver stop by dunkin get me some drink and donuts & mini bagels fir my dogs... so get home and donuts are missing! Now I am upset on crutches in pain and not able to drive, driver gone so called the store talk to the so-called general manager ask him he needs to send me my donuts I can't go back and get the donuts they messed up so they need to fix their mess up. He said he can't, I need to go over there and get it. I said I can't I'm on crutches can't drive my driver gone... I asked him to credit my card, he said he can't I have to go in there with my receipt! I'm sorry he need to get fired period No customer service skills. No explanation to what happened no sorry we messed up your order. Just nothing. He did not know anything but yet there he is the general manager of the Dunkins in San Jacinto. How do they get the title? How can you guys mess up EVERY TIME? Went through the drive through got parked immediately after paying didn't ask us once if we wanted any condiments the strawberry banana smoothies tasted pre made for weeks definitely not fresh and extremely frozen we ordered 3 orders of hash browns and every single one was soggy as hell unenjoyable to say the least I ordered the bacon pepper breakfast sandwich and all I tasted was bread the entire sandwich it wasn't even worth calling it in to get it fixed it was that bad of customer service then my wife calls in to let them know how bad this food was and the girl on the other end of the phone refuses to put the manager on and is arguing back and forth with her smart ass mouth and at the end of it all Hangs up On the customer just stating that the food was shit ! Dunkin' Donuts please understand how unacceptable this is. I stopped in through the drive thru this morning and this is what I was served. Plain destroyed bagel and vegetable cream cheese i didnt ask for? Is this quality for what you guys charge? Management should get your crew together show the young employees this isnt cool and shouldnt have been served to the paying public just so you guys can get a paycheck. We pay your high prices give us what we pay for. This isn't it. I ordered an everything bagel and did not request vegetable cream cheese why would that be acceptable to give if I didn't request that? If you guys were out of stock on the regular kind should've said something I wouldn't have ordered anything at all. Now I have to sit in your drive through at the window and check my entire order and waste my time bc you guys don't have quality control. Come on you guys get it together. Quality and freshness of the food is less then satisfactory. Donuts are stale and taste like chemicals. Sandwiche bread is hard, and stale. Sandwhich cheese was all over box and not on the sandwich. Visited this store today and let's just say I won't be returning. Being from New England, Dunkin' Donuts is something I've known my entire life. Back east they all have kitchens where the donuts are made. In CA they get them from somewhere, not sure where because none are made on site. (Maybe day old Krispy Kreme? I don't know.) They aren't fresh, they are not good. The coffee tastes like it was run through the same grounds twice. All of the counter staff have the Drive Thru headsets on so when I was ordering in the store it seemed I was more of a nuisance than a customer. Somehow my order of blueberry donuts turned into Bavarian cream. I wasted almost $30 on a dozen donuts, a coffee, and bag of ground coffee. I could have gone to any local donut shop and gotten a much better product cheaper. I'm exceptionally disappointed that this seems to be the new franchise model for Dunkin' Donuts and even more disappointed in this store. Good product and customer service really isn't that hard. read more

This place is a joke. Everytime me and my fiance order from there they never give us the right donuts. Then today they gave us 5 donut holes when it was an 8 piece. It's ridiculous how much money they are stealing by doing this. This place either needs to shut down or get new management. read more

Went through the drive through, on my way to another appointment, I realized the order was wrong. One sandwich, no big deal. Stopped on my way back. Was told that I needed to wait because they were too busy. Waited 35 minutes for one grilled ham and cheese. That's not the problem the problem is when the employee told me it was NOT her fault that the other girl had forgotten. I get that it happens, she proceeded to argue that the girl was going to make the sandwich after she was done with one order. I said " I literally watched her fulfill ten others" she again said, " it's not my fault, that's!" I said all I'm saying is it's poor practice to have a customer wait 35 minutes to correct an mistake after I already waited in drive thru. A simple apology would have sufficed. She rolled her eyes and walked away ," I'm not arguing" . Poor poor poor customer service!! Do better Duncan !!!! My sister and I pulled up and indicated that we had two separate orders and the person, I would say young man or gentleman but he was far from it, didn't respond to confirm that was okay or he heard us. My sister then ask if the Dunkin refresher was sweetened and he responded "I mean it's a concentrate so..." but that's why she asked, very nicely by the way, because WE DONT WORK THERE! We have no way of knowing what the individual items are. The customer service was horrible and we just drove away without another word. It's unacceptable and I'm sick of this treatment. If you hate your job stay tf home like everyone else. I'll be calling corporate as well. People need to speak up when they are treated this poorly. Absolutely awful service and time management.I wish I could leave ZERO stars. My boyfriend and I spent 40 minutes in line tonight we got here at 10:20pm and left by 11:00pm. First , we order our order and we ordered some drinks and donuts . The first thing we order are the donuts and the girl taking our order forgets to add the donuts to our order and we had to correct her when we reviewed the ordering screen. There was only 1 car ahead of us , and it took us about 10 minutes to reach the window, once we got to the window it took ANOTHER 10 MINUTES just for someone to open the window to take our card. They had us repeat to them our entire order again , and then proceeded to hand us our donuts . We had 3 Charlie cold foams , and there was little to no foam in the drinks, and when we asked why there was hardly any foam the girl says "oh the foam melts into the drink and we made these a while ago so the foam melted" which goes to tell you that we had been there long enough for our drinks to melt . We asked for them to put more foam and they still put a tiny amount then normal . After they give us our drinks , we were still missing our snackin bacon which took another 10 minutes to be brought out to us . This is also not our first horrible experience with this Dunkin location . EVERY SINGLE TIME we are here , it's nothing but incorrect orders , unprofessional service with girls laughing and playing around , and horrid time management. After we drove off , the car behind us drove off too , without receiving their food or paying because of how ridiculous of a wait it was for simple orders. There is not even a phone number to call this place and ask for a manger because this is just outrageous and clearly others feel the same if they are straight up driving off . San Jacinto Dunkin has lost 2 more customers for good. Management, please fix your employees ASAP . We love Dunkin and go to other locations and never have issues but this one just has god awful employees. There WILL be a cooperate compliant. read more
