Love this Dunkin!! The area might not be the best but the friendliness of the staff make it so much better. Sometimes it can be super busy, but I've gone when there was no one in the shop. Tip- Use the Dunkin apps or the T-Mobile Tuesday's to get free drinks! read more

Dunkin' - New cosmic coolatta!! - Donuts Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

I remember the good ole days when there would be a Dunkin Donuts on just about every corner in S.A. Sad how those days are long gone. Nowadays a crappy knock off called River City Donuts took over former DD stores. However you can still find two here in Taco Town, Texas. One here on the far West side and the other at the airport. My favorites are the original cake donuts, the chocolate glazed, maple glazed, jelly, apple fritter and the Boston Kream or any cream filled donuts. And the best part: they are dirt cheap! Hell, donuts are less than a dollar a pop so they are much cheaper than tacos, beer or even gas! It boggles the mind as to why people would rather pay more cash for tacos than donuts but to each his/her own. read more

Came here after work and the donuts still felt and tasted fresh. Plus they have every DD K-Cup ever made for purchase. Wish these were more around town. read more

This location is my go to DD! The outside is clean and well kept, there is tons of parking as well. The drive thru line every now and then is long but goes by quick! Chantell is almost ALWAYS working and you know this because you'll hear her positive, genuine voice on the intercom! She is always so friendly if your having a not so great day hearing her voice and pulling up to the window sure will turn your day around! She has a great smile and always asks if theres anything else she can get me. She truly does her job awesome! Team Military is very luck to have her, she really shapes yalls team! I even wanted to recruit her to work for me, so if she isn't a manger already, you all should definitely make her one! I also rave about Chantell on yelp! I'm a yelp elite member and chantell's attitude it something amazing yelpers look for! Keep up the great work Chantell, your customer service skills can take you high places! Side note: My iced coffee is always made to perfection! read more

Welp! How bout this place, I remember this DD when it was the old school original look and it was a classic. Never came as much when I was a child but I began coming more and more frequently when I started getting older. The place always serves fresh coffee and beverages but the only down side is that the donuts are not fresh, yes they do come from the back but on some days you can maybe get the donuts fresh when they come in from another location. BUT I usually go for the coffee, it is always good with me and always gives me bubblies cause I'm lactose but I always go for the almond milk replacement which is good. It still tastes the same and the staff is always friendly! Anyways they're open 24hrs and it's astounding, you can come late at night and get some good stuff. read more

This IS yer average donut shop. Plenty of parking. Interior was a bit messy. Staff less than impressive. Donuts: meh. "Espresso" okay. read more

This is for the Dunkin Donuts on Military Dr. closest to Lackland. You are, by far, the worst and rudest I have been to. I stood in your establishment for 10 minutes while your workers passed by me and said nothing. When I first walked in I thought a gentlemen was talking to me so I walked up and gave my order, he said he wasn't talking to me and he'd take my order at the other end. IT NEVER HAPPENED. I got so frustrated I walked out. Do better. For the record I had to give 1 star to post this, but they deserved none!! read more

Very unprofessional went to the drive thru just wanted a breakfast sandwich and a mocha lady on the other end rude and yelling about the mocha so pull up to window thinking maybe she can't hear but no she gets someone else to take my order the other girl just standing staring blankly ahead then starts laughing.Sorry experience never going back don't blame them for hating their minimum wage job get what u pay for I guess read more

Dunkin' - a bagel and a bagel on a table - Donuts Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

Today we came in to get donuts and they were semi- busy and very unorganized. Trays were empty and there were to many people behind the counter 5 to be exact. The girl that was helping me had to go to the back to get my donuts then another worker walked up and was trying to ring me up when I was trying to look for a drink. Also today I saw flies, and the girl threw the donuts in the box. a little pissed with DD tonight. read more

ordered 2 dozen donuts. donuts are ole and stale! called to complain and person that answered phone was rude and didn't care! never again

Great great great I love everything about Dunkin' my favorite donuts in this world!!!!!!!!!!!!! Highly recommend

The employee that answered at the drive thru was rude asf and after I ordered a couple items she had said they were cleaning the oven instead of telling me that when I ordered the first 2 food items she waited till I had ordered more. Every time I come to this one location it's super slow and the employees are very unprofessional and rude also they never give no napkins or anything and they always hand out the drinks with spillage all over the sides this is by far the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've gone to read more

Two for five breakfast sandwich. Bacon egg and cheese croissant. Espresso shot this 50 cents!

It is a guilty pleasure. I don't do it often, but would love to do it everyday! And this donut shop is great too! Seriously, early in the morning the staff gets you in and out. This location is clean and very well run. The pastries/donuts are tasty and fresh. There are a wide variety from which to choose along with the seasonal faves. Great coffee and hot breakfast sandwiches round out a nice commute intermission. read more

Dunkin' - wow, lunch too? - Donuts Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

Pros: pretty good for a "fast food" donut; good selection; good service Cons: only one location thus far; few healthy options (though I understand this is a donut shop) My earliest memories of Dunkin' Donuts go back to when I was a kid in middle school, working at my dad's business in the summertime. As unhealthy as it might have been, there were times I ate at Dunkin' both breakfast and lunch. In the mornings, I would gobble down two donuts. At lunch, I would always, always get the roast beef melt on croissant! A few years down the road, Dunkin' Donuts began closing down all over town, being replaced by a local chain called River City Donuts. Imagine how sad I was! Eventually, San Antonio was left with only the Military Drive location and, more recently, a location inside the San Antonio International Airport. A year or two ago, I read articles that Dunkin' Donuts would be expanding its national empire back into the San Antonio market, but that has yet to come to fruition. Dunkin' has a good selection of donuts, all the way from French crullers to cinnamon rolls to bagels to regular donuts to cake donuts. I am partial to the unhealthier cake offerings, but their regular glazed donuts are very good too. Dunkin' Donuts are different from the other big chain that we have in town, Krispy Kreme. They are also far superior, in my opinion. Dunkin' Donuts offers breakfast and lunch sandwiches with a dizzying array of options including on toast, bagel, flatbread, croissant, tortilla, biscuit, and rolls. Sandwich options also include cheese, eggs, egg whites, bacon, sausage, ham, chicken salad, and turkey. To round things out, DD also has hash browns, oatmeal (don't know how truly healthy this oatmeal is in terms of sugar though), cookies, danishes, muffins, and brownies. As far as beverages go, DD has decent coffee. Aside from the regular brewed coffee, DD also features hot coffee beverages like cappuccinos, lattes, chai, espresso, and hot chocolate. DD also has iced or frozen coffee options and iced or frozen non-coffee options such as iced tea and fruity slushes. Obviously, DD tries to appeal to a wide variety of tastes. One thing I do wish, however, is that Dunkin' Donuts had a few more healthy options. Maybe a "light" donut. More egg-white or whole wheat options would also be a good thing if DD is attempting to attract a diverse clientele. Though this is a busy location, the service is usually fast and fairly courteous. I have never been through their drive-thru so I do not know the quality or speed of service there. For good donuts in San Antonio, Dunkin' Donuts is one of the two that I would recommend. read more

Dunkin' - Coffee and donuts in DD - Donuts Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

Should not have to wait 15min inside for a breakfast sandwich. Apparently drive thru orders are more important.

I always go there and never have a problem till tonight when the girl on the window and the one making my order had an ugly attitude. The girl making my drink got mad and rolled her eyes. Asked for light ice and they ignored it. Then the girl on window slammed the window while the other one walked away. They should really change those two girls. read more

Usually have a good experience here, we live around the corner. But I absolutely don't understand how a 24hr open business will say "oh we don't have anymore of those donuts right now" hello your open all day & night how can u run out of a certain flavor. When I asked will you be making some soon or within the next hour they said no. Don't understand that, hope management can read these reviews. read more

Dunkin' - Half dozen donuts with hot chocolates! - Donuts Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

Asked for a small was expecting to pay for a small. They gave me a large and charged me for one too. They had no knowledge on coffee making. Had no donuts at 10 am. Ordered hash browns tasted extremely awful with a radioactive microwave taste. I wouldn't even feed it to my worst enemy. Horrible experience do NOT ask for half and half because apparently they only have cream . NEVER come here. read more

Some of employees have a bad attitude, when you ask a question about what is available, since no one is allowed inside the store!

If you question the incorrect menu pricing the owner will come at you aggressively and over talk you and will be super confrontational instead of serving the customer. He will also throw the bag with the incorrect order at you after you pay and let him know how rude he is. It's all documented on video. read more

Originally hailing from Connecticut, you have no idea how overjoyed I was when I discovered there was a Dunkin within driving distance from my new condo. I came to visit on a Sunday morning and the parking lot was packed! When I entered I was served almost immediately, the cashier was really nice and even made me a coffee I requested that was no longer on the menu (I was dying to try the white chocolate pumpkin too, so big bonus points to her!). The donuts were delicious and fresh, the shop was clean. It's a bit of a drive for me, but I will definitely swing by for a taste of home once in a while. PS I was also really happy that it was so cheap! Four donuts and a coffee for five dollars. NICE! read more

Dunkin' - Donuts Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

This is probably the best Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. The customer service is outstanding and the staff is friendly. But they have the biggest selection of donuts and bagels that I've ever seen. And they are open 24/7, which used to be a staple for Dunkin' Donuts, but most of them close early now. Dunkin' should model their franchises after this store. read more

So this place says it's open 24hrs!! Wrong!! I got there at 1am and could see one employee at the counter and three sitting at the tables. Ok so the interior closed at 12 from what the hours said. But it said drive thru was open 24 hours. After having to maneuver past a delivery truck that was pretty much blocking the drive thru, I sat in my car in front of the drive thru ordering thing for about ten minutes waiting for someone to take my order. I could faintly hear them talking through the intercom. I backed up and pulled forward a few times and nothing. I guess all the dunkin donuts employees at this establishment take a break at the same time. Being excited to try dunkin donuts for the first time, because there are no dunkin donuts in California I was really excited to try them out here in San Antonio!! What a disappointment!! read more

I think every restaurant should be open 24 hours, but that is just wishful thinking. Thankfully, Dunkin Donuts has a 24 hour drive-thru and they also have free wi-fi, all pluses because my addiction to log into facebook every minute and do it faster then what 3g can offer must be met. The donuts here are very tasty and fresh. My favorites are the creme filled donuts, but there are quite a few other types of donuts to choose from. I especially like their coffee as well. Some places leave the coffee on too hot and it will taste burnt but not here. Their coffee is very smooth. There are plenty of seats inside the store to accommodate a lot of guests for a donut shop and with free wi-fi you would want to sit comfortably and surf the web while you refresh your coffee a few times. read more
