Two stars for a Dunkin' Donuts in Lake Nona that can't seem to get it together. I spend a great deal of money in this place, and they still don't seem to care. When I stop by in the morning, the lady that works the window is not very nice and she gets exasperated if you don't have your money ready to go quickly. The girl on the voice over is very nice though, which is the only reason they are getting a star. Whenever I order keto friendly foods, they can't seem to get it right. I request the egg patties instead of the croissant, and I still end up with a croissant or bagel. If I had other options for breakfast nearby, I would certainly replace them. The line is usually pretty long, but they tend to work quickly, which is a plus. Do not bother to go inside. They seem to think that the drive thru is more important and completely neglect the line inside, which is so frustrating. All in all, you can get your usual Dunkin items, but don't expect extraordinary service. read more

I ordered bagel bites and as soon as I took a bite I immediately noticed a strong rancid smell and taste. When I checked inside the cream cheese was visibly yellow and chunky. Clearly spoiled. So disgusting that something like this was served. read more

They always have amazing service and you get your food/drink very quickly. There was a bad storm and I was on a motorcycle and they let me wait out the storm inside. The inside is pretty clean and well managed. The staff were very kind and patient. Will definitely continue to come here. read more

I'm leaving a bad review in hopes that someone who's responsible for this store sees it and cares enough to make a change because it's the closest Dunkin to my house. They NEVER have at least 50% of the things I try to order from the menu in stock. I get my order prepared wrong 50% of the time. The store needs TLC, new paint job and revamp in the drive thru section. Today we waited 15 minutes literally in front of the ordering speaker with no cars in front of us but a huge line behind us; once cars started beeping behind us the Dunkin employee came on the mic and said he was the only one who had a headset working so we had to wait and then when we finally got to put in our order, again, they didn't have any of the items I wanted so we drove off and left. Horrible - always out of products and never consistently have your mobile / walk-in order ready when you get there (have had to remind them to make it on numerous occasions). No one seems to care when your order is not accurate and even when they don't have something, they ask what else you would like and can't seem to get that right (ex. They were out of caramel, I asked for sweet cold foam and they instead topped my coffee with whip cream). The worst Dunkin I've even been to, stopped coming for a while due to these exact reasons but hopeful it had changed gave it a try again. Very disappointed with the service at this location. More like the lack there of. The associates in the drive thru have been constantly rude and act as if their customers are nothing more than an inconvenience to them. One star is far too high of a rating for this location. The only reason i gave this two stars and not 1 is because some of the workers are great and very friendly. Other than that this place is horrible. The management is rude and it seems like you're a disturbance right when they see you come in. The kitchen looks dirty and they throw away all their food/donuts 30 minutes before closing??? I drove across town to another Dunkin, got there 5 minutes before closing and ended up leaving with 2 dozen FREE donuts. I'm not one to complain but the service has increasingly declined at this location and everytime we've ventured out to this location it's always a new face...this particular time the young man handed us 2 out of 3 drinks and gave us a broken lid ..30 seconds into taking a sip my drink spilled all over my beautiful dress. I just ordered a frozen mocha Carmel frozen coffee and I got a chunk of some kind of meat maybe a sausage I hope and not some kind of dirty slime coming out of a dirty machine.
