Don't get me wrong I do love dunkin but some of these employees aren't aware that they did the order wrong. There is one employee in particular named Davion, curly hair sometimes wears glasses, that gets all of my orders wrong and not just mine several people I know, he's on his phone and has headphones in his ears and isn't actually listening. I or my friends and family would have to come back to get our orders right at least 2-3 times and it does get annoying when that happens and it's only with Davion that I have experienced this. there are other employees who do a wonderful job. I've been going to this Dunkin for years now. The staff is super friendly and kind. Whenever I walk in, they know my order by heart. If there is ever an issue with my order, they are quick to fast it without any problem. The manager is super responsive and has great attitude! I was really surprised that they remained open during the COVID-19 crisis. I'm happy they are only doing drive thru now so they can protect their employees and the consumers. Service is hit or miss. Morning time before work it's jam packed and drive thru window can be a little short. After the morning rush around 10:30, it's a lot more relaxed and drive thru window is good. Afternoon time, is the best time to order munchkins because they give you more. It was a nice surprise after a crappy day and yes I turned to food to console me. I paid for it later mentally. I work at a school and this location has donated multiple boxes of donuts to us and we've also participated in fundraisers here too. Was out doing some odds and ends. I hate Dunkins hot coffee but saw they had cold brew and wanted to try it. I really enjoyed it, now I can stop and get coffee from them. I walked inside since I was at a local place and it was easier to walk in. The inside was pretty dirty. The workers didnt seem to care to clean up either. I would understand if they were really busy but some people were just standing around. The main trash can needed to be replaced and some sweeping should of been done and counters wiped. Yes I said next door, as in right next door sharing the same parking lot can throw a stone and hit it next door. Although I do go here at least once a day and sometimes 2 its only because I am addicted to coffee and there is no other option here in St. Cloud as previous review mentioned. Yes you will have the loyal customers who stay here and the ones who just like dunkin better. I hate to sound like a broken record but maybe that is what the owners need. The staff is rude here. The orders especially if going thru the drive thru are wrong. Line for the drive thru is so long at times its quicker to go inside and place your order. At least that way when they make it wrong, ( and they probably will) you are right there to have it fixed. I have had two coffees on two separate occasions spill on me in the drive thru because the lids were not properly put on. Just when you have the right person making your coffee they leave. Very pleased with the customer service here! They recently have the candy cane filled donut which was delicious but I don't care for all that filling. So I asked if they do special request and they asked what I wanted. I requested a glazed donut topped with candy cane, and the cashier said she will leave a note to the baker and see if he can grant my request for the following morning. The next morning my friend went at 7:45am and they had my special request ready! They made me 3 donuts topped with candy cane!!! Yummy!!! I was so happy and pleased! This place has come a long way and am now a happy camper! They always get my drink orders just right.... - Medium Iced Caramel Latte - Skim Milk - No Sugar - Half extra pump of Caramel - Whipped Cream The last time I went the guy, and the chubby girl (sorry I dont mean to be disrespectful) always make it perfect each and every time I come in. I make it a point to let them know because most times people get it wrong. The either put sugar or put too much expresso and not enough milk, something but not these two. The mix it up for me and put my extra pump of caramel on the bottom like a delicious little treat for me at the end in case I want it a tad sweeter. This is the NASTIEST and most VILE Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to in my life. Floors look like they have not been mopped or deep cleaned in years. Counter tops are disgusting and the walls are so filthy it's insane. There was a wasp on the INSIDE of the restaurant. The amount of visible crust in this restaurant could make someone sick. I can't even imagine what the bathrooms are like! There are better Dunkin' Donuts in Saint Cloud, do NOT come here. Employees are rude as hell. I was shorted $9 by Amber B in the drive though at 7:20am this morning she insisted that she gave me my change. The phone number provided says all circuits are busy. The receipt shows exact change. I have better things to do than complain about $9. If I don't get my change back when I go to pick it up this evening after work the cashier is a thief. I have already informed corporate about this situation. This is not acceptable. This Dunkin has really come a long way since past reviews. I come here every morning for my new favorite- cold brew. This coffee is seriously good enough to drink black. It is smooth and naturally sweet; more gentle on the palate than most coffee. Their bagels never disappoint, and their customer service is wonderful. These employees know my name and coffee when I come in. Especially Alex, he is a gem. He makes sure everything is exactly as I like it! There are several employees here and only 3 that are actually nice and treat you like a human being. (A younger guy with dark hair and glasses, an older woman with dark hair and tall younger dark haired girl). The Only three with any customer service skills whatsoever. Those are the 3 I tip every time. But the girl with glasses is always rude. You will never know your total before you get to the window. I give 2 stars because they actually usually get my coffee right. 1/10 times they'll get it wrong. They never mix it up for you, but they put the right amount of stuff for me to mix up. And no matter how many times you say you want your hash browns extra crispy they will not do it. My fiancé and I come here 1-4 times a week because there aren't many other options and we will continue to do so for that reason, but we will have to live without if the service continues to be so terrible. read more

Alright. It's a pretty well known fact around town that this place is less than stellar. You know when you're out to dinner, casually talking amongst your family about your poor experiences at this location and the server walks by, overhears, and chimes in about HER awful experience... Things are just bad. So, let's talk about why the single star. I moved to the area around 4 years ago (but also spent my teen years here), and I pass the DD daily. I stop probably 2-3 times a month for coffee and occasionally breakfast. First and foremost... The service just sucks. Plain and simple. No one ever seems to smile. The same woman is always running drive thru. She isn't polite or friendly. She's just there. It doesn't feel like anyone is there to actually help you take your order. It always feels like, "what kind do you want?" Not "oh, a xyz, would you like this option?" Or "2 sugars is bitter, 6 is sweet, etc" it's very black and white. If you've not ordered something before they won't make it an easy experience. They won't guide you through the order or make a recommendation. They seem to expect that you will know the menu as well as they do. It's frustrating for someone who visits a few times a month. I can't imagine what it's like for someone that rarely goes. You will likely be asked to pull your car around to the front. They don't like to actually give you your order at the window. I'm assuming they're on a timer because they'll do it when you're the only person in line. Sometimes there will be multiple people waiting in front of the restaurant. I still haven't figured that one out, but it's certainly not so they can make sure your order is hot... Speaking of making sure your order is hot...Your sandwich will be warm on the outside and cold in the middle. I mean, maybe not always, but I can't actually remember a time that I received a hot sandwich. Lukewarm sandwiches with cold centers and unmelted cheese is the status quo. The latte machine (is that a thing? That's what they tell me) is broken. A lot. I would say one out of every 5 visits you can't order a speciality drink. 7 am isn't the best time to have a piece of equipment not working. I've literally never had this situation happen at a Starbucks, so what's up with that DD? So, you would think with the poor service and food and equipment that their coffee must be on point right? Yeah, not so much. It's not uncommon to get drinks without sugar (I keep packets in my car now because they often forget), or sometimes drinks come out crazy sweet. It's like there is no standard for sweetening the drinks. Fear not though! You have options. The DD on Narcoossee is actually really good. Plus, you always have WaWa. read more

Felt like having breakfast for dinner. I went to this Dunkin about 8pm on a Saturday. As with much of the area, this Dunkin could have used some sprucing up. The inside looks a bit run down. However, I ordered a sausage egg and cheese sandwich on a bagel and was rewarded with a fresh bagel and a good sandwich. While they didn't have a full selection of donuts that late in the evening, the Bavarian cream donut I had was fresh and loaded with cream. I should mention the service. I was given a friendly greeting and my order was taken quickly. I personally worked at this one in St. Cloud, and it is deffinitely true what the lady above wrote, the co-managers won't stop yelling, they some how thinks that'll make everyone work better, it DOES NOT. At one point, one of the managers told me, (the Egyptian one, for the regulars) that because a customer saw her yelling at me that she got a $5 tip, and that she must have such a hard time trying to get cooperation. She then tells me she will continue to do that more often. I broke down crying one day because as was also said truthfully, no one was paying attention during the rush of customers, and the donuts were empty, the coffee pots empty, and I was scrambling to get everything filled, because it was totally unorganized, and by the time I get everything to handle a customer, yet again the co-manager screams at me telling me what the hell was I doing, I should be upfront, and I explained the front desk lady wasn't paying attention. The boss had to step in and said he saw everything on cameras, that I was the only attentive worker during the rush, but he couldn't say that for the rest of the drive thru that were just chatting it up. I am very disappointed with this DD's. Have not been there in months because the coffee is constantly watered down and does not even taste like coffee. The hot chocolate is awful I might as well be drinking watered down mud. The muffins, cruisants, and donuts are always stale. One of the employees was at least honest with me and told me that they are frozen and then served to customers when they defrost. I hope that things change because it would be a shame to see this franchise close. I had to call headquarters abut this place. I hate doing that. Maybe women should take over.
