We've been here a few times on the weekend and have always had a pleasant experience. The service is always quick and the workers have been friendly! The food and coffee have been consistent, and the orders have been correct each time. The only downside to this location that we've seen is the size of the parking lot/drive thru. We have been there when they are getting deliveries and the truck takes up about a third of the space, making it hard to find parking or get into the drive thru line. read more

Every employee in this establishment is generally nice and good at what they do except for one. He's a somewhat tall light skinned skinny guy w/ curly hair and tattoos with a face that makes him look like he's always mad and has an extremely awful attitude and energy working here. he is exceptionally rude and in my opinion should be fired. Every time I go to this location, it takes twice as long as any other Dunkin. Today, I was the only car in line and after I ordered and paid, it took me 7 minutes to get a cup of coffee. Apparently they were still out of Splenda and took it upon themselves to substitute sugar, which my mom can't have. It would have been nice if they asked us, but apparently their service does not extend to communicating to the customers. I have been to this location at least 20 times and am rarely satisfied when I leave. I don't know if they are just understaffed or just do not care about their customers. I'm done. I come here for ease of location, it's on the way to work and literally across the street. The last 3 times I've gone they've messed up part of our order. I don't see how it's so hard to make snackin' bacon. Our order is always a combination of medium mocha iced coffee with almond milk, snackin' bacon, Turkey sausage/egg (normal)/cheese on a croissant, hash-browns & an orange juice. Like I mentioned above, the last 3/3 times, the so called snackin' bacon that's supposed to have special seasoning that resembles maple .. has been straight up bacon. Well that's disappointing. $2.49 for (sometimes) 8 strips of the bacon is a bit steep. They make our croissant sandwich correct but the past 2 times, the cheese isn't even melted and is still cool. Occasionally we'll order donuts and don't get me started, they never have anything - no matter what time you go. The one thing there good at, is making iced coffee with almond milk. That, I don't think this location has ever messed up or said they were out of. read more

I have been going to this location on a regular basis and found that they simply never have anything available. I just stopped here on 09/01/2022 at approximately 10:45 am- 11;15 am. I was on my way home from work this morning. I was craving the bacon egg and cheese wake-up wrap. So I decided to call my family to see if they would like something as well. In the end, I pull up to the speaker and proceeded to order the wake-up wrap I was stopped mid-sentence and told they are not selling any food items at this moment. I asked for 3 donuts the girl taking my order give me the price and I pulled up to the window. I then went to the 1st window and was greeted by a very nice young man who was pleasant. I asked him so when I was told they are not selling food items why is that what about the hashbrowns? He looked at me amazed by what I stated. Asked me to excuse him closed the window and told another person. That this is the second person that was told by that female worker that they were not serving food. He came back and asked me what I would like. I told him and he straightened it all out for me. I wish I would have gotten the names but the Young man at that first window and the one who gave me my order at 2nd window were both very nice and helpful. I'm not sure who that female worker was but that was so wrong and I will be contacting the owner or Franchise to let them know about this young lady. I am giving them a 3 for the two young men if it was them that took my order would definitely be a 5. But for the young woman who was hired and seems from my experience and the reviews I read that this establishment does not have the items the customers are going there to purchase.
