Great experience here after a huge wait at Waffle House and Keke's. My order took two minutes to prepare after arriving. There's a pickup line, so don't stand in the regular line if you used the app. They even accept gift cards through the app.
It's been a couple of years since I visited and wrote my last review, so I wanted to take a little time to update it. During my visit today I was really impressed with the hard-working ladies here. It was busy with a line of people and one worker went out of her way to make sure everyone felt attended. The other woman who ended up taking my order made polite conversation with me, which I found to be very nice. She was busy and didn't need to, but she did, and it was above and beyond for me. As always, the donuts were delicious, hot and fresh- yes, the LIGHT WAS ON. Don't come here harassing workers for hot and fresh if that light isn't on!!
If you love Krispy Kreme, and you do not want to pay full prize for a dozen then I highly recommend you download the "too good to go" app and pick up a dozen for 1/3 of the price at the end of the day. They stay fresh for a few days so even the next day they were good and the day after even as it takes me a while to finish them. I have done this now a few times and I love this deal.
I ordered via the app for donuts. But we went in anyway. The kids loved seeing the mini donuts going thru the conveyer belt. The manager was very engaging with the kids and also gave them a fresh mini. It was a laid back atmosphere and the donuts were fresh! Highly recommend if in the area.
This place is amazing!!!!! Didn't know about the Hot sign on!!! Ohhhhhh what a pleasant surprise ‼ simple pleasure of life to eat one of this donuts right off the belt Service was so interactive!!! Such a nice guy made the experience different. Ambiance what could I say!!! It was perfect

Came in for some hot now glazed donuts for Father's Day. Cool to see the donut making process while standing in line to order. The store didn't appear to be busy on the outside however there was a line upon entering. Note to self for next time is to go through drive thru which appears to be a lot quicker. Staff moved slow which didn't help the line. The guys taking the orders and filling the boxes for patrons were doing great but the lady at the register was just making everything back up. Then when the guy came over to another register she yelled at him something and he walked away. Eventually another guy walked over and logged into the register to help get the line moving. They had a few tables where you could eat but really a grab and go type place.
Caught that hot and fresh light on vacation, had to pull up . We don't have Krispy back home so always a treat catching here when visiting. The place was decently busy on the inside but the staff moved through the crowd well enough. I'm not sure if all locations are this way, but super cool having visibility to the production line for glazed donuts as they come through. Speaking of those glazed, had one in the car, melted in my mouth on bite contact , can't beat that experience. Other noteworthy call out, did the cake batter Scooby Doo donut, also amazing.
I have been to this Krispy Kreme many times and the donuts are always stocked and delicious and the employees are all very nice, helpful, and patient. The store always looks clean and usually very quiet except the machines. The the donuts are always excellent The Irish themed donuts are delicious The only reason this is getting 4 stars is because there is no lock on the women's labeled bathroom. They could definitely clean the bathroom better.
We drove here multiple times with discounts from the app. We've been buying donuts at Krispy Kreme for a decade, but this location has gone downhill the last year. Both times we went here, we had deals in the app for a free dozen glazed donuts with the purchase of 1 dozen assorted or glazed donuts. Both times, they did not have any glazed donuts available, so they would not honor the deal. I asked both times if I could get a voucher or coupon for the free dozen donuts and was told that I could not. That is horrible customer service. "Come back in 90 minutes. The donuts need to proof." Is what we were told. I live almost 30 minutes away. I'm not going to wait around for 90 minutes for donuts. I left feedback on the Krispy Kreme website both times, with my phone number and email, and never heard back from anyone, so they obviously don't care about customer service.
Visited through the drive thru. This Krispy Kreme is conveniently located off 192 near Sunset Walk and Island H20. From the outside I would say the ambiance gives a new and well kept vibe. The HOT light was on but it wasn't crowded. I made my selection and ordered. The drive thru attendant didn't give me my total before asking me to pull to the window which would have been nice so I would have known how much I owed. When I got my donuts they were in a bag. The bag would have been fine but I got 2 HOT GLAZED donuts so a lot of the glaze (which is the best part) was on the bag and not the donut so I couldn't enjoy them as I normally would. So I would definitely make sure to ask that HOT DONUTS be boxed and not bagged. I feel that it should make sense to NOT put HOT GLAZED donuts in a bag rather instead put them in a box.
As we were leaving Kissimmee we stoped here to get a box of fresh doughnuts right off their conveyor belt for our ride home. They were busy and Alan Salem one of their employees stepped in from making doughnuts to give everyone a fresh doughnut as we were waiting and thanked us for being there. I was surprised and thankful by his gesture. The location had plenty of parking and was very organized and clean inside. They had a nice layout of their different doughnut selections and their bathroom were clean. They even provided fun Krispy Kream hats that we took for a fun photo opportunity. I would definitely look forward to returning here when I am in the area. read more

Stopped at this Krispy Kreme to pick up a box for a client staying at Windsor at Westside. If you're heading to the parks or back to your resort, you'll pass right by. Hot Now sign was on. Big difference between a regular Krispy Kreme donut and one fresh off the line. Glaze still warm. Melts when you bite in. Right when the sign came on, a guy walked out with 20 boxes. He was with a youth group heading to the parks. Solid call. Pro tip on the Hot Now sign. Times aren't set in stone since it depends on each store's production run. Download the Krispy Kreme app and turn on notifications. You'll get a push the second this location fires up the line. Mornings and early evenings are usually your best shot. Easy to find. Sits right on US-192 next to the Wawa. If you're coming from the Disney area resorts, head east on 192 and you'll see it on the right. Drive thru works if you're in a hurry. Original glazed is the move when Hot Now is lit. read more

I ordered for pickup and the order was not ready. Ordered at 8am for 845 pickup. Got there at 850 and order still not pulled. It was only doughnuts. Ordered the limited Peanuts edition. They were expensive for the poor quality and service. The Snoopy's were warped. read more

Krispy Kreme is a must stop when I see the Hot Light on. We stopped in on a Friday and was pleasantly surprised that the donuts were fully stocked. St. Patrick's Day is coming up and we got some holiday themed donuts in addition to our favorite glazed options. I also got an iced coffee and it was perfectly flavored (I didn't even need creamer) and paired perfectly with my donut. There was no wait so we were inside for just a few minutes. There is plenty of seating if you want to sit and enjoy your donuts instead of taking them to go. read more

COVID Update: I was extremely disappointed by the service I got today. Donut shops are the definition of NON-ESSENTIAL business, yet I took the ride to get some donuts from KK to get my fix. I got an offer via the KK app for a double dozen. In the offer it says "limit 2 redemption per transaction". I have 2 sisters and my parents. I was planning on getting 4 dozen and dropping them off families houses (social distancing). I ordered at the drive thru and presented the coupon to the attendant. She says it's expired, on the KK app it says valid. She manually gives us a discount after reading the app for 1 of the dozens. I was supposed to pay about $26, but she's charging me $36. I asked her to fix the price and she says it won't let her. The only reason I went to KK during a pandemic was to utilize the offer I was sent via their own app. I then went to redeem it and they couldn't give me the offer and expected me to just pay more. I ended up leaving, giving them $0 and 4 families without your product. Bad business, in a time when NON-ESSENTIAL business needs all the income they can get. With this behavior, many KK people will be out of jobs and store closures. I ended up going down 192, there is another location a little past celebration that accommodated the offer with no problem. Wouldn't recommend this location close to Margaritaville. Take the 5 min drive and get great service. read more

THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING -- fresh donuts were made and they literally melted on my hand and every bite felt like heaven. Highly recommend coming back if your craving some sweet treats and I highly recommend drinking some milk with your donuts, too! read more

I can adjust the rating based on the hours. However the lack of customer service and lack of acknowledgement that someone is knocking in your window. I just drove 40 minutes out of my way to get donuts. To see that your drive thru is not acknowledged when it says 24h. Additionally, I went to knock on your window to get informed, nothing. Your delivery driver was outside and he informed me. Thank you. Never coming here again read more
This establishment is offering ice Creme truck dozen donuts. Limited time there are (4) different flavors firecracker bullet, drum stick, dream cycle, another flavor) there's are sold in a dozen & extra sweet. They make these donuts on site which are fresh & extremely sweet. The staff was attentive & friendly. read more

What's not to love about a hot, fresh, Krispy Kreme donut? Nothing. There's your answer. And need I say more? This review speaks for itself. Hot, fresh, glazed, donuts are the way to my heart. This location wins bonus points too since you can stand by the window and watch the donuts being made. I don't know what it is about that but it always brings out the kid in me. I could stand and watch that for far too long.. read more
Came in for of course delicious donuts, that is the only reason for the second star! But god forbid I have a place to sit... with not a soul in the store and with 4-5 people behind the register you would think someone could clean up. Every single table and chair was dirty, as you can see in my photos. Props to Alex for helping out and nice customer service. read more

Whoever was working the drive through today on St. paddy's days at 8:45 is doing a GREAT job. Young man, your customer service is amazing!! Thanks for doing a good job, especially on an extremely busy day, like today. I drove over 20 mins from the other Krispy Kreme location because they were out of original glaze and this store not only had my order ready but great customer service. Thanks The red light on upon arrival made it even better. read more
