It's been a couple of years since I visited and wrote my last review, so I wanted to take a little time to update it. During my visit today I was really impressed with the hard-working ladies here. It was busy with a line of people and one worker went out of her way to make sure everyone felt attended. The other woman who ended up taking my order made polite conversation with me, which I found to be very nice. She was busy and didn't need to, but she did, and it was above and beyond for me. As always, the donuts were delicious, hot and fresh- yes, the LIGHT WAS ON. Don't come here harassing workers for hot and fresh if that light isn't on!! read more

Stopped at this Krispy Kreme to pick up a box for a client staying at Windsor at Westside. If you're heading to the parks or back to your resort, you'll pass right by. Hot Now sign was on. Big difference between a regular Krispy Kreme donut and one fresh off the line. Glaze still warm. Melts when you bite in. Right when the sign came on, a guy walked out with 20 boxes. He was with a youth group heading to the parks. Solid call. Pro tip on the Hot Now sign. Times aren't set in stone since it depends on each store's production run. Download the Krispy Kreme app and turn on notifications. You'll get a push the second this location fires up the line. Mornings and early evenings are usually your best shot. Easy to find. Sits right on US-192 next to the Wawa. If you're coming from the Disney area resorts, head east on 192 and you'll see it on the right. Drive thru works if you're in a hurry. Krispy Kreme is one of those doughnut shops that one has to stop by, while the ready hot light is on. The doughnuts taste so good when they are freshly made. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and provided sample doughnuts to all who came in. The ambiance reminded me of an older doughnut shop. I would say to definitely stop in and get one or a few, while they are hot. The only negative that I did not like, it was that the floors were sticky. read more

Came in for some hot now glazed donuts for Father's Day. Cool to see the donut making process while standing in line to order. The store didn't appear to be busy on the outside however there was a line upon entering. Note to self for next time is to go through drive thru which appears to be a lot quicker. Staff moved slow which didn't help the line. The guys taking the orders and filling the boxes for patrons were doing great but the lady at the register was just making everything back up. The place was decently busy on the inside but the staff moved through the crowd well enough. We drove here multiple times with discounts from the app. We've been buying donuts at Krispy Kreme for a decade, but this location has gone downhill the last year. Both times we went here, we had deals in the app for a free dozen glazed donuts with the purchase of 1 dozen assorted or glazed donuts. Both times, they did not have any glazed donuts available, so they would not honor the deal. I asked both times if I could get a voucher or coupon for the free dozen donuts and was told that I could not. That is horrible customer service. "Come back in 90 minutes. The donuts need to proof." Took 3 people to process a refund in which they did 2 in the span of 10 mins, all because online orders were not accounted for and out of stock upon customers arrivals. Visited through the drive thru. This Krispy Kreme is conveniently located off 192 near Sunset Walk and Island H20. From the outside I would say the ambiance gives a new and well kept vibe. The HOT light was on but it wasn't crowded. I made my selection and ordered. The drive thru attendant didn't give me my total before asking me to pull to the window which would have been nice so I would have known how much I owed. When I got my donuts they were in a bag. The bag would have been fine but I got 2 HOT GLAZED donuts so a lot of the glaze (which is the best part) was on the bag and not the donut so I couldn't enjoy them as I normally would. So I would definitely make sure to ask that HOT DONUTS be boxed and not bagged. I feel that it should make sense to NOT put HOT GLAZED donuts in a bag rather instead put them in a box. read more

Krispy Kreme is a must stop when I see the Hot Light on. We stopped in on a Friday and was pleasantly surprised that the donuts were fully stocked. St. Patrick's Day is coming up and we got some holiday themed donuts in addition to our favorite glazed options. I also got an iced coffee and it was perfectly flavored (I didn't even need creamer) and paired perfectly with my donut. There was no wait so we were inside for just a few minutes. COVID Update: I was extremely disappointed by the service I got today. Donut shops are the definition of NON-ESSENTIAL business, yet I took the ride to get some donuts from KK to get my fix. I got an offer via the KK app for a double dozen. In the offer it says "limit 2 redemption per transaction". I have 2 sisters and my parents. I was planning on getting 4 dozen and dropping them off families houses (social distancing). I ordered at the drive thru and presented the coupon to the attendant. She says it's expired, on the KK app it says valid. She manually gives us a discount after reading the app for 1 of the dozens. I was supposed to pay about $26, but she's charging me $36. I asked her to fix the price and she says it won't let her. The only reason I went to KK during a pandemic was to utilize the offer I was sent via their own app. I then went to redeem it and they couldn't give me the offer and expected me to just pay more. I ended up leaving, giving them $0 and 4 families without your product. Bad business, in a time when NON-ESSENTIAL business needs all the income they can get. With this behavior, many KK people will be out of jobs and store closures. I ended up going down 192, there is another location a little past celebration that accommodated the offer with no problem. Wouldn't recommend this location close to Margaritaville. Take the 5 min drive and get great service. read more

This morning I went to the Krispy Kreme on earl Bronson Highway the one that's on the West End. I was very disappointed in the service. The staff had no idea there was a promotion today and they were offering a dozen donuts and then a second dozen for two dollars they had very bad attitude And I would not recommend them again or go there. We love their donuts and were so happy to see a location near our timeshare. It should be easy to pull up to the drive thru and order 4 glazed, 2 lemon filled and 2 raspberry filled, right? I have been to this location a few times now and I still love their donuts. We went around Thanksgiving to get some of the 3 pie donuts they offered but they only had 2 of them available. We got to try the apple and cherry pie donuts. They were both excellent and we shared with friends. On our most recent visit we stopped late in the day and the 'Hot' sign was lit. They were busy and we decided to go inside to view what was available. I was most looking forward to the gingerbread donuts being offered. By the time it was our turn they had the regular ones but I only saw one of the creme filled gingerbread. I asked if they had any more and they were able to produce 2 more. I took all 3 plus a selection of the christmas designs. It was a great selection and we all enjoyed them. I love that Krispy Kreme does a selection of donuts for various holidays so you get more choices. This location tends to get pretty busy and the employees are friendly and attentive. In the drive thru I usually get through a lot faster but when you go inside you really get to see all they have to offer. My kids really love the regular glazed and the sprinkles. I prefer the filled donuts but they are all good and they have always been fresh. For me they are better than the alternative for a chain donut shop. read more
