Staff was inattentive to the order at the drive through and had us pull through to the window. When she finally understood our drink order she immediately closed the window and later came back with the total. Never asked us if we wanted any food items (we were going to get something). They didn't give us a receipt. And we tried waving them down, we even honked. Husband went inside to get a receipt and they didn't know how to print one out and needed to call someone for help. ‍ What an experience. We won't be back to this location. read more

When 13 people of a family vacation to Orlando, Florida together, they rent a house nearby.  It made more sense.  Thankfully, there was a Dunkin' nearby for our morning breakfast run.  This Dunkin' location was clean and quick!  The restaurant was decorated with some Florida dazzle and was bright and welcoming.  The donut wall was plentiful.  We were on vacation, so we opted for some of their seasonal fun drinks - Iced Banana Split. Yes please!! It was sweet and chocolately and just as you think, "where's the banana?" It hits you and your coffee drink now tastes like a divine banana split milkshake. horrible service, very very rude employees. first waited 18 minutes in the drive through, I finally said "hello?" in the speakers and they're like "hiii" I'm like "we've been waiting 10 minutes at the speaker and you don't say anything?" they proceed to answer with attitude saying "yea, we're busy." I've only used the drive thru here, but my order is always correct. The drive thru line seems to move quickly and efficiently. I've never been in the drive thru line for more than 3-4 minutes. Staff and service is not good. The cashier that assisted me today at around 6 PM had a lot of attitude and was not helpful when suggesting items on the menu or even describing what the options were. It is common sense that if you know that you don't do good with people, you should not work in a place where you deal with people. She had a disagreeable face and was not nice in the slightest. This DD used be great at one time, but now it has fallen flat. In the mornings, they don't have enough food to sell you like donuts, sandwiches or bread for those sandwiches. When you order from the app, they will not have what you ordered. I ordered from the app one day and as I went to go pick up the items, non of them were available, but the coffee itself. I left disappointed and pissed off. If you're near by this DD, don't even bother the time or day since they may not have the foods you're looking for. The WORST Dunkin' Donuts. Everyone here always has a bad attitude. They are not very professional. This location is always out of basic ingredients (whipped cream, cheese, etc). If you do a mobile order 9 times out of 10, it will either be wrong or not prepared and they'll say they never got it. Take your money elsewhere. read more

I've been going to DD on the weekends for the past 3 years. It was so uncomfortably cold, even with sweatshirts on, that I could actually see my breath. The cashier said it's because they are running around in back. I understand that, however your customers will not want to go back if they ( the people supporting the location) are uncomfortable. I only conversed with the cashier when I asked them to microwave my coffee that I received being only slightly warm. She just made me a new one, and told me it was not hot because I asked for milk in my coffee. Well, that's a first in 3 years, I always order it the same and it's always hot. Really?? I'm confused with this specific Dunkin location. You walk into any Mcdonalds, every Big Mac always tastes the same. Dairy Queen, every Blizzard, exactly the same. For instance, with drinks it's add this much mix, this much water, this much ice, simple. I imagine the charts in Dunkin Donuts look something like this: Step 1: Add as much coffee as you feel like they want Step 2: If your name starts with A-M add more flavoring than anyone would ever want in the customers drink If your name starts with N-Z, add no flavor. Step 3: If customer requests so many creams, or sugars, DO NOT listen to what they want. Decide what kind of day you're having. If you're having a tough day and don't feel like pressing the creamer button more than once or twice, then they'll just have to deal with it. If you drank too much coffee this morning, and need to burn off some extra energy, just go crazy and pump their coffee full of cream and sugar. Step 4: Tell them to have a nice day, even though you know they're gonna be really mad at you as soon as they pull away and take a sip. Point of this review, just go to the Starbucks right across the street. They have never once screwed up my order. read more

I frequent this DD and the one on John Young Parkway, the service and people in both are excellent. My complaint is not with the store or the employees... it is with the On the Go app, it is terrible! I have written to customer service three times over the last several months about the lack of choices and the inability of the app to assign perk rewards to the proper items. So far nothing has been done. Hopefully someone at corporate will read this and fix the problem. read more

I stopped by this drive thru on my way to work and while the woman taking the order was great, the woman at the window was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. I come to this location all the time because I live close. Saturday morning on May 16th around 7:30am was my final time at this location. I accidentally mispronounced a menu item and was mocked by the workers there. I have a speech impediment so mispronouncing words happens a lot but I don't ever get made fun of. I felt horrible and it set the tone for the day. I hope the people working there felt better about themselves after this. read more

This Dunkin' is usually very good. Unfortunately, today was absolutely bad. To begin with, they didn't have any of what I wanted in stock, but that is not the stores fault, it gets busy, it's understandable. The service that was provided was horrible, I went in the drive through and the attendant helping me out had such an ignorant attitude. He was clearly not paying attention to what I was saying, he asked me a repeated question, and when I got to the window he asked me for the size, which I told him to begin with, and then asked me if I wanted any flavors, I did not. He kept going back and forth through the window. After I receive my drink I wait for my next item and he asks me if I was waiting for something and I told him I was missing the ham and cheese roll ups. When he comes back to the window he says "oh we don't have any ham, sorry, I forgot to tell you." I let it slide and leave since I was not charged for the snacks. Almost halfway back to my job I turn around because I was given the wrong drink. When I show up I tell the attendant what I received was incorrect. I received black coffee instead of my drink. He proceeded to tell me it's not black coffee it's espresso. That is still not what I ordered, he looks at me like I'm dumb, I hand over my receipt for what I paid for and he looks at it like he doesn't know what he's doing. I asked for a refund, yes he offered to make me a brand new drink and explained that it was no problem, but that is not the point and I didn't want it. He went to go look for whoever was in charge and even they could not hand me a refund, told me to come back tomorrow before 2pm to catch a store manager. I'm glad they offered me that option of making a new drink and I don't mean to be a pain in the butt customer, but I'm trying to make a point, the service was just all around bad, very ignorant attitude. read more
