This was my first time inside a Krispy Kreme... If you've not been, you should go. Seeing all those donuts, hot out of the oven being glazed is magical. We got one fresh off the rack, it was light, airy, warm, and delicious. And I highly recommend joining their rewards program--I got 3 free glazed (with purchase) for my birthday. Went through the drive thru and service was fast, ordered 3 donuts, one being an original glazed. All the donuts were super cold, I was expecting the glazed to be hot :( disappointed because I haven't been in a long time and just wanted to have a hot donut. I like Krispy Kreme because they always remember me for my birthday. I came to pick up my free 3 pack original glaze for bday, and saw that there is a $12 original glazed dozen special on Tuesday-Thursday. I ordered online through my Krispy Kreme app and got there at designated time. I had to wait a few minutes but they were Hot and Fresh at 6:20 pm, which is worth the wait! After running the Walt Disney World 10k, I stopped in here to get some breakfast. The moment I went inside, an employee offered me a free sample of their hot glazed donut. I ordered a 3 pack with raspberry cheesecake, chocolate truffle, and NY cheesecake as my choices. Since they weren't standard donuts, there was a 40 cent surcharge each. Krispy Kreme is a long-standing brand and this particular location is a pretty solid representation of this brand. Walking in, the ambiance is cheerful and bright. The service here was friendly and professional and also added to my overall experience. I picked up doughnuts here for an early morning meeting and the doughnuts were a hit with everyone involved. I have always found that a bit of a culinary bribe goes a long way in making an early morning meeting start off a bit better. I would definitely recommend this particular location of Krispy Kreme if you are in the Kissimmee, Florida area and craving a doughnut or two. read more

Kind of far drive from my house and the location has poor signage. But once you arrive you are greeted with the best donuts in the state. When I walked in the lady literally shoved a fresh donut off the conveyor belt into my mouth. It was the second best thing I've had in my mouth. Very delicious and warm. Opened 24 hours a day. Make sure you look for the "HOT NOW" lit up sign for fresh hot glazed donuts in the making at the current time. Super cool place to the the kids and show them how the doughnuts are made. Got lucky and arrived to Krispy Kreme when the red light was on. Inside the restaurant seems nice and clean and so did the bathroom. This is by far the worst location I've been to. Rude staff and they make sure you notice they don't give a f*** about you. Not happy? Whatever, go somewhere else. It blows my mind that a company spends 1M + to open a location like this and then just put a bunch of people that are clearly angry about working there. I'm convinced they treat their customers like that on purpose so it's less and less busy each time. And it's working, this store is always empty, only a handful of people in and out. Go somewhere else like Starbucks or something. The donuts are not as good but the atmosphere and customer service is so worth it. read more

Who doesn't love some good ol' Krispy Kreme?! I'm a huge fan of the original glazed donuts myself. This location sits right in the middle of a tourist area and gets a lot of traffic for its small size. Fortunately they do have a drive thru which makes things a little easier. As with any Krispy Kreme their products taste amazing, particularly when they're fresh out of the oven. As of my last visit a few weeks ago, they are only doing take out orders. read more

Upon entering this Krispy Kreme location in Kissimmee I was warmly greeted by Brittany. She was very friendly and cordial. She helped decide on the classic assorted doughnuts. I was really craving lemon filled, Strawberry sprinkled, and the classic Krispy Kreme Donut. The classic always melts in your mouth. The Strawberry sprinkled reminded me of the Simpsons Donut from Springfield. I love the Strawberry frosting paired with the Donut. The lemon Donut was best. It was filled with lemon creme almost like a Custard. Brittany even gave me a 10% military discount as well as a cup of ice water. To tell you the truth this is the best Krispy Kreme in which I experienced the Supreme customer service! I recommend all my military veterans,locals to support this Krispy Kreme location! Very hard to drive by with the HOT sign on and the hot glazed melted in your mouth. We were only going to order a half dozen hot glazed but ended up with a dozen glazed and a dozen of all other varieties as there was a special if ordering a dozen. Every once is a while someone is over the top kind and has amazing customer service. It truly makes your day! My recent experience at the Drive Through at Krispy Kreme was one such experience. They have a customer for life! My mom was down visiting from metro NYC and was eager to get a hot and crispy donut. We stopped to get a donut for each of us with our Covid vaccine cards. My mom forgot her vaccine card. I told the women and pulled out my credit card, she was delightful & gave us two extra free donuts! What a wonderful way to start our day! There are literally millions of stores and shops where they merely hand you what you're buying and don't expect a tip. Because, let's be honest here, that's the most basic form of commerce... I pay you for something and you hand it to me. Period. You didn't even walk it out to a table, you didn't do anything else other than hand me what I paid for. That doesn't warrant a tip! How is it that millions of other shops selling millions of other products understand that yet some shops selling food related items feel entitled to a tip for merely handing you what you've bought???

I got the raspberries and blackberries cheesecake for $35. It costs a bit more that I wanted to pay, but it looked so beautiful. When it comes to taste, I thought it was going to have some of the fruits inside but it was just on top. So I was a bit disappointed since it was just regular cheesecake. It was very sweet for me so not my favorite. Overall, a good option for some cafecito and quick small bite.
