Hire people who will actually work. There were 2 boys and a girl behind the counter. The boy with the curly hair is the one who burnt the food then got the other sandwich completely wrong, but I was the only one waiting for food at that time! And he took forever! read more

they had a buy 6 donuts, get 6 free. me and my boyfriend saw the promotion on a piece of paper at the front counter. we ordered six donuts, noticed the promotion, and asked the worker if we were eligible to receive the 6 free donuts. the worker at the front said no, in which me and my partner were confused, and pointed out how we just purchased 6 donuts, and questioned why we weren't eligible for the 6 free donuts. the worker didnt seem to know, brushed us off, and said "they not going to finesse me" on the headset to their coworker. i work at a different dunkin location, and me and my boyfriend just found it extremely rude. we refused to go back to that location. the workers are generally unfriendly, and often forget parts of our order. read more

I only ever go to this Dunkin' if I need to go to Dollar Tree. I prefer the one on Narcoossee Rd because of their nice staff and extremely fast service. This specific Dunkin takes really long to make order for some reason over the course of two years I've come here. I ordered delivery once from here and the Sweet Bacon Black Pepper Sandwich was so gross looking I couldn't finish it. The cheese was strangely gray looking and the bacon was painful to chew. I tried to stop here since it was on the way before work and I was in line for 20 minutes. As for the inside, it has nice booths and is relatively clean. read more

This location I frequent only a handful of times and by far today is a visit that I would just like not to repeat. I ordered my food a medium mocha iced coffee with almond milk and snackin' bacon. I was drive thru so I did not really pay much attention other than a quick glance of what was in my bag and saw two packages and I saw that I did have a mocha iced coffee so I drove off. The bacon was cold, there was absolutely no grease in the bag whatsoever and there was white film on more than half of the pieces. It literally looked like the bacon had been sitting there for hours and what the white stuff was I have no idea. I am done with this Dunkin. It is always small stuff, but it is every time. They don't greet you when you pull up. They make mistakes with orders. They ask you to pull in front of the store and forget to bring your food out to you. Today I forgot to order a drink for my son. It was not busy at all. They required me to go through the drive thru another time even though my original order was not ready. Then I get home and realize I got the wrong drink. The sticker on it says the right thing but the taste and color are wrong. I'll go to Starbucks from now on. It might be little stuff but when it happens all the time, they don't need my business. read more

New location. Opened only a few month ago. New a new shopping plaza with a dollar tree. On a main road in St. Cloud on US 192. Large inside and it was not at all crowded. Plenty of outlets, and free WiFi. My iced coffee was good. Owned by the person who ones the other one in St. Cloud. Most of the workers transferred to this location which was a lose for the other location. Nice new and modern Extremely clean. Worth the drive. read more

This past Sunday, I went to the Dunkin' Donuts St. Cloud location to grab some lunch on the way to run some errands. Normally, fast food is actually fast, and it usually is at this location, but in this case, it wasn't. Each car took about five minutes to order, and even though this might not have been the employees' fault, they could have been faster. Once we got to the speaker to place our order (I recommend the turkey sausage wake up wrap) everything was going fine. When we got to the window, we paid, and everything was going smoothly until they gave somebody in our group the completely wrong coffee, and when we asked for a refund, they asked if we wanted a refund for the sandwiches too, because they hadn't even started to cook them yet. After this, we left which was very disappointing. I love Dunkin' Donuts, and I am hoping that perhaps they just had a bunch of new employees that day because I do not want to have to stop going to this convenient location because the employees can't do their jobs. I live by the Dunkin' Donuts in St. Cloud. It's only been open for a short time and every time I go in there it's a disappointment. They are always out of donuts and don't seem to care this is been this way since day one. There is no organization it takes forever to be served on the inside. I hope someone takes charge of this place. The whole community talks about how bad it is. I know I'm not the only one who has given a bad rating. This place is awful.
