Ordered breakfast sandwiches when we received them they were burnt and not edible. The fact that you would even wrap this up and give it to a customer is pathetic. We will not go back to this location.

I like to start my mornings with a nice cup of coffee. At times a good Caramel Latte with Oats Milk. This morning hubby and I went through the drive-thru and had to go back inside with our drinks. His coffee had cream and water but no coffee and my Caramel Latte tasted like only cream. They made them over, unfortunately they still was not good. The bagel was hard. They young lady at drive-thru was very nice however. Just wish our orders tasted better.

Can't comment on the coffee, but I can attest to the lack of customer service and professionalism on the Baskin-Robbins side of this equation. Ordered an ice cream birthday cake for my son's 8th (per his request). Not only was it not made as ordered, the preparer doubled down on her blunder while also shifting blame to the district mgr. We arrived after the scheduled pickup time, thinking we had allotted additional time for the unforeseen. She said that had we arrived by 4pm, the cake could have been made correctly. ?? A cake we had ordered and paid a premium for more than 24 hours prior, the time BR says they need for cake prep on their site. She then offers to have a properly made cake the NEXT day (after the party and sons bday). She even went as far as to say that the district mgr told her to make that monstrosity, and that either we accepted the cake or a full refund. I've never seen unlicked oreos without creme filling, so forgive me if I was a little unappetized by 7 single oreo wafers atop this eyesore. No discount was offered, only two quarts of ice cream we didn't have freezer space for. Ironically, Publix had erred on a special order cake the day before for my older son. They remade him a smaller version of the original as well as gave a partial refund. They apologized and never tried to shift the blame elsewhere. We appreciate that and will continue to patronize. As far as ice cream cakes, this family of 8 will be going to Coldstone instead. I'm sure they'll APPRECIATE the extra business that comes with 6 children that love ice cream cake.

When the desire for coffee hits, which is pretty much after I finish the previous cup its good to know that there's always a dunkin near by even when driving down the Highway. We stopped in to grab a couple donuts and of course a cup of coffee or two and some how we left with some ice cream as well at 10am. They were pretty busy not only through the drive thru but also inside yet the wait was minimal and the taste of everything was on par. Oh did I mention they have a putting green just outside and golf clubs to borrow for a chance at a hole in one! So stop in for a bite.

Stopped by for a quick coffee and snack. A typical DD with Baskin Robins inside. I do love glazed blueberry cake doughnut! Cold brew was average, regular coffee was better. Good for quick stop of in a hurry, not very personal. They have putting green outside but looks like the ball would go in the road.

Bad customer service. Had to wait almost 10 minutes after getting our ice cream to check out. Girl was sort of rude also.

The drive through takes precedent. Don't go inside. It took 20 minutes to get a medium coffee and I was second in line.

Just recently they only had one vanilla frosted donut left and both my kids wanted one. Of course one wanted sprinkles and the other didn't. Without me even asking they offered to cut it in half and sprinkle half and then cut a different type of donut in half so they both had one full donut. It was hilarious and sweet all at the same time and saved me from a toddler melt down. We will continue to come back often and are so excited for the new location with the drive thru!

The staff was very nice, but that's the only good thing I've got to say. Two stars are for the…read morestaff. I ordered 2 scoops in a cup. No toppings, just ice cream. The cost was $7.50 for two scoops, $3.75 a scoop. My favorite ice cream store in NYC isn't even this expensive. I paid and told myself it must be made with really good ingredients for that price. I ordered the strawberry and banana crème brûlée flavors. Got to my car, tasted the ice cream. What a disappointment. The strawberry had NO FLAVOR and It had NO STRAWBERRIES. There was not one piece of strawberry in the scoop not even any seeds. It was barely even pink in color. Not sure if somebody messed up the recipe but there was no sign that this was strawberry ice cream. The banana ice cream also had no flavor and definitely no bananas or brûlée (caramelized sugar) for that matter. It was also supposed to have toffee chips which it did not. Clearly this place is lacking in quality. It's insulting to pay $7.50 for ice cream that wasn't what it was supposed to be. I had two scoops of ice cream base with no additional flavor. If the owners are ok with putting out product that is far from what they claim it to be, it's a one and done for me. My guess is they hope people order the sundaes etc loaded up with Reese's or other toppings and won't notice the flavorless ice cream. Good luck to them. UPDATE: OWNER RESPONDED saying I had the wrong business because they don't offer Reese's as a topping and that "isn't their pricing." I double checked and THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE RIGHT BUSINESS that I wrote about. My Reese's comment was a hypothetical thought. I didn't say I had it there. If the price I was charged isn't the right price, I suggest doing some research into your employees. There were 3 young kids working when I went in on Sunday evening. I WAS DEFINITELY CHARGED $7.50 FOR A CUP OF ICE CREAM WITH 2 SCOOPS. Personally I think this is not an appropriate response from the owner. How many ice cream stores offer banana crème brûlée ice cream? You know it was your store. My concern about the fact that there was no fruit or even flavor in the ice cream was not addressed. You try to write it off as my mistake and that I'm reviewing the wrong store. I'm in the food industry. This is no way to do business. Take some responsibility and or accountability. Perhaps an explanation as to why the ice cream had no fruit? Was it a bad batch? These things happen. I can understand that. Making excuses and not taking accountability, I can't deal with. If you want to have a successful business, I highly suggest you DO BETTER!

Colombian spots like this are my jam & it's been on my list to visit for a minute now. The breakfast Sammy definitely set this place apart from the rest. I'd never heard of this before and honestly it's quite genius. I went on a Saturday morning and boy was it busy busy! I placed my order with the friendly attendant the wait was a bit long but there was plenty of seating inside (i didn't realize how big this place was inside!) so i sat with my book and before i knew it i was walking out with my order! Thankfully i don't live far so i was home with my order in no time. The breakfast waffle Sammy was delicious i ordered mine with sausage and split half of it with my husband. It was soft and cheesy and I'd definitely get it again next time. I also ordered 3 regular pan de Bonos, an arepa con queso, alfajores, and i heard the guava and cheese muffins were a must so i grabbed one too. Oh yeah and two cafe con leches. I see they have lunch as well so I'm gonna have to go back for a lunch Sammy and maybe some empanadas. I love that they have all the tables inside. It's a cute spot to meet with friends for cafecito and treats.

Honestly, I don't usually write reviews for Krispy Kreme because I've always thought of them as being the same everywhere--but this location has really stood out to me. The staff here are consistently kind and welcoming. I also learned something new during one of my visits: when the hot light is on, you get an extra donut--something I didn't know before! I typically stop by in the mornings on my way to work, and I'm usually in and out within three to five minutes. On the few occasions when the drive-thru line was long, I went inside instead and still received excellent service. The location itself is convenient, with both a drive-thru and a walk-in option. The drive-thru is on the smaller side, but it works perfectly fine for a donut shop. Parking is also adequate, with enough spaces to accommodate customers. If I had to note one area for improvement, I'd say the dining area could be a little cleaner at times, though in fairness it often seems to be the result of customers leaving right before me. Staffing also appears to vary depending on the time of day, but overall, I think they manage customer flow well. Overall, this Krispy Kreme has been a great stop for me. The service is fast, the staff are friendly, and the experience is consistently positive. I continue to come back regularly and will happily keep doing so.
