I waited about 25 minutes in the drive-through line to get a drink. The girls working the drive-through were very nice and definitely working quick to get everyone's order. When I got to the pick up window, my drink was ready to go. I got a golden eagle with a soft top. The flavor was OK I could definitely taste vanilla and the caramel sauce but the coffee itself was lacking. It wasn't strong at all which was unfortunate but they are still pretty new so I'll give them a retry in a few months.

The parking is located in front of the building so you do need to drive around the chipotle to find the parking. There is no in door option at any of the locations, which make it a quick service place. The staff is very helpful if you have any questions about the menu and they are always energetic. They play really good music while working which keeps them motivated. Don't forget to take a look at the secret menu, they have some really good flavors. I like the Protein Mocha with banana and coconut with a soft top and drizzle!!

The theme is still cute, and they have some really creative and fun donut ideas. The problem is that the donuts no longer taste good or look nearly as appealing as they used to. Yes, you get giant donuts, but they're often hard, dry, and clearly not fresh. It's especially disappointing because these used to be much prettier and more enjoyable. As I mentioned in my original review, I was previously told that the donuts are stale because they aren't made on-site. The donuts are sent to this location premade, with the frosting, toppings, and other finishing touches added here. While I understand the logistics of doing it this way, the end result is a donut that just doesn't taste fresh. What's also telling is how often the shop is now empty. This location used to sell out, whereas now it's not unusual to see very few customers. The only reason we returned recently was because I had a gift card to use. Unfortunately, I wouldn't spend my own money here again. Cute concept, huge donuts, and some great ideas--but unfortunately, they're no longer worth the cost when the donuts are consistently hard, dry, and stale.

She helped ring us up for everything we ordered and while I was waiting I saw a window sticker that said free ice cream for kids who got on a roll and I mentioned that my son did and was able to show his report card for a free ice cream. It was our first time trying the lemon bar and I have to say it was really good. Nice chunks of the lemon bar throughout and had a nice lemon flavor. Really amazing service and I'm not sure if her coworker was being funny but the first woman at the window was not so friendly to her so I'm glad I was able to get her to help us.

Items do not come out with any quality control- very poor customer experience I've never been to a Andy's before and I am not at all familiar with a single menu item. I ordered 2 large concrete ooeey gooey butter cakes. When I received the first one, I sat down and took a few bites and was extremely confused by why it was plain vanilla with little to none of the other items listed on the menu, it was very plain vanilla custard. I've ordered items like that before to be very disappointed with the amount of mix but this was the worst by far I've ever ordered. This was my first experience and I didn't know what to expect so I turned it to its side and noticed there is a bunch of caramel looking syrup and cookie like bites at the very bottom all smooshed down there. I then precede to stab the plastic spoon through the thick custard, which was lovely, only to find that the bottom mix of caramel and cookie is literally glued to the bottom like a suction cup. Now I'm sitting on the bench in 80+ degree weather, the sun is blaring and I'm aggressively stabbing the ice to get to the very bottom, barely with enough spoon to be able to grab any because the large is extremely tall and the spoon is...not at all. Now this concrete looks like a mess on top with the custard starting to melt and giant hole where I smooshed the custard down to try to get the topping but failing miserably. Then the second concrete comes out and its a completely different item on the menu, or so it seems because my first one was astronomically different. I try the second concrete and its delicious so I brought my large concrete back and told them it wasn't mixed and I couldn't stir it and that I stabbed a large hole in there trying to rectify that. It was pretty melted on the top now from the heat of my labors as well as the sun and temperature outside. The girl just looked at me for a second and I said I don't know if they can mix it because my spoon wasn't working and don't know how anything is made in the back. She then asked if I wanted another one and went to walk away I think, it was hard to tell because the sun was blaring in my eyes and It wasn't even easy to see her face in the building. I said I was not trying to get this for free and handed it back to her. The wind was blowing and I was dropping items so I very quickly handed it to her. Another employee then brought me the newly mixed concrete. When she went to hand it to me she hesitated for a second, pulled her hands back, and then blatantly stated loudly, "Next time you have a problem with one of our items, please bring it to our attention before you eat HALF of it". I explained to the first girl that I attempted to mixed it and the ice cream on top literally melted and frozen particle are scientifically larger than liquid particles. I was astounded she was so incredibly rude and to make such a scene and speak so nasty and unprofessionally to a customer is horrific. The girl also said in response to me reacting to her comment "I'm not being hostile with my comment." I didn't want to take it and she shoved it at me so I just took it and left. I have never had such a bad experience at any food location ever. I'm still can't believe that actually happened but I have a witness that assures me it did. I haven't had custard in years and I'll never ever go back to an Andy's location because of my terrible experience. I would never want my business to have such a disgusting customer experience so I wanted to bring it you you attention. Your employee was so incredibly rude it made me feel awful that I even bothered to ask. I felt unsafe eating the custard because if she spoke to me that way, she seemed brazen enough to possibly do something else very nasty and unkind. I couldn't even eat it, I felt dirty and gross.
