This Dunkin Doughnuts is without a doubt the worst one they have and that includes different states I have traveled in. On several occasions they have been out of doughnuts early in the morning. This morning was no exception, we thought since it was 10 am and a Sunday morning.. we might stand a chance. However, there were hardly no doughnuts and no munchkins but a few. This time I asked the young lady working the counter about the lack of doughnuts, as did another customer and she was very rude and let me know loudly and with an attitude that they were short staffed. When I let her know I was a customer sharing an opinion, and sharing it nicely, her attitude went from bad to worse. There were 5 people working at that moment , how that is short staffed is beyond me. A very nice African American young lady was also working the counter and she tried to help us. Truly wish I had gotten the worker with such an attitude's name. Brown hair pulled back and thin. Avoid her when possible! She also was rude to another customer asking the same questions. However, that customer also ended up being rude. Was quite the fiasco. Save yourself the trip and don't go to this location if you want more then 3 selections and it's after 9 am. read more

I ordered a bagel and coffee. First they made me the completely wrong sugary drink. All I ordered was iced coffee and skim milk. Then after having them fix it (it was still terrible, but at this point I was late to work), I got in my car to leave. In the car I pulled out my bagel and they somehow managed to mess up that order too. All in all, I was late to work, had nothing to eat or drink, and lost $10. This place is too awful to be real. I've worked in restaurants for many years and you really have to go out of your way to provide customer service this bad. I like Dunkin's food but every time I come here my order gets messed up, or I wait in the drive thru for 30 minutes then half the stuff I want to order is out. (No one ever says sorry). It's always something. Everyone that works here looks high and like they don't shower. This has to be an ongoing episode of Boiling Points or something. This was the filthiest Dunkin' donuts I have ever seen! The floor at the cash register was sticky, there was powdered sugar all over the checkout counter and the floor behind the counter was visibly soiled. My visit was at 10:30 in the morning, well after any "morning rush" had passed and there seemed to be more employees than customers in the store. I suppose the ability to rely on drive up service makes in-store cleanliness optional. I had always heard the DD put a premium on franchisee training. This location is actually the worst of any I've been to. Their drive thru is down a lot, employees complaining that other employees didn't show up. They never have menu items like plain bagels or croissants and they are always out of random things that should be stocked. Many of times I have gone through the drive thru to pick up a few muchkins for my little ones. Today was like any normal day till I started to place the order. I asked what flavors of muchkins they had today and the associate told me I'm sorry the drive thru was closed, but I could come inside to make an order. I first responded back with I have two younger children with me and one was sleeping I'm sorry, but I'm not dragging them inside and could I just place the order here!!? The associate didn't say anything else. I drove off very frustrated and with a mad upset 6yo in the back. She couldn't understanding why ALL the times before we had gone through the drive thru and had no problems before. I ended up calling another location to verify they had the muchkins my daughter eats and then drove 10mins inout of my way and another 10mins back home. Last week I went through the drive-thru to get iced coffee. I waited forever and there was just one car in front of me. When I got to the window I realized that there was just one person working. The poor kid was handling inside and drive-thru. His co-worker was outside, sitting under a tree reading his phone. Not to begrudge someone taking a break but there should never be just one person working. My order was incorrect so I parked and went inside. The kid was so nice but deluged with customers. So I go back yesterday for an iced coffee. (I guess you can tell that I like their iced coffee) I had one person in front of me at the drive-thru. When my turn came to order, no one ever came on the speaker. I waited several minutes and decided to pull up to the window. The female worker was hanging out of the window having a personal conversation with the male in the car. I literally waited five minutes and she never attempted to take my order. I tried calling DD Corporate to report the situation. The wait time was over 30 minutes so I hung up. I did not call the store because the employee in question would probably have answered the phone. This store continually has personnel problems. It is such a shame because DD has good products and the location is great. read more

They forced the manager to order less product on the truck especially the product that was most popular! That is why they keep running out of product. Also, the owners will hire anyone off of the street and don't train them. They hire incompetent people. That is also why it's slow and it's dirty. They need new owners who care about the customers. Zero stars if the app would allow it. My wife picked us up drinks around 11:30am 2/19. Mocha coolata was ordered and had to be remade because it didn't look right. After already being remade, I tried the drink only to throw it away. Never seen a coolata with that color. It tasted like water. Basically liquid around the outside and chunks of ice in the middle. It seems the past couple trips to this Dunkin have resulted in a waste of money. The only reason we continue to try is due to proximity. We will not be going back. The iced coffee is terrible as well. Always request it to be remade. read more

I wanted a chocolate donut w/ yeah, you know if you read my reviews, I love chocolate, soooo I wanted chocolate icing on it....they were sold out. It was late in the day. The young man behind the counter recommended he'd put chocolate icing on the donut. I ordered 4 to go. As I was leaving I though....coffee! I quickly ordered a small to go....he recommended to me I could have a large coffee for the same price....duh me!!! So, you don't always have to 100% in stock to get a really good review from me. Reg, the employee, if you ever read this or anyone from DD, this is a review about terrific customer service. I would have NOT bought even one donut nor coffee. Wow, just wow. I had a few dollars left on my DD card, and I thought I'd treat myself to a little frozen coffee yesterday. I pulled up to the drive thru and there was only one person in front of me...I must have waited for 10 minutes before I decided to drive around and just go in the store. So I went in, there were two people in line ahead of me. 5 or 6 employees behind the counter, mind you -- 2 of them just standing around talking to each other. The first person in line got waited on, then the employee at the counter left, and never came back. I thought, "screw this," and left. But then I thought, well I have money on my card; I might as well use it and then be done with DD forever. So back to the drive thru I went. Got my order taken, but the girl who took my order kept repeating it back to me wrong. I told her to just forget it and cancel the whole thing. Drove home coffee-less and aggravated. read more

This DD is TERRIBLE. Always slow, none of the workers have any idea what's going on or how to do their job properly. I waited 15 minutes for a medium sized ice coffee and a sausage, egg and cheese croissant. When it was brought out to me, it was by someone in plain street clothes (weird). He didn't greet me at my car window he just stood there and it took me by surprise because I wasn't paying attention. Presentation is just awful at this DD. When drivethru takes longer than walking inside, there's definite issues. I wish I could say I am exaggerating but unfortunately I'm not. 20 minutes from queuing up to receiving my order. I ordered a small coffee and a cinnamon raisin bagel with butter. Finally got to the window and paid. At this point, 15minutes in. Got my coffee but bagel wasn't ready yet?! Asked me to pull forward and wait...and wait...and wait. Employee came out and handed me my bagel. Spider sense tingled, pulled over and checked the bagel. Yup, plain bagel. Back inside we go where I proceeded to wait for the correct order. What sucks the most is that this isn't the first time that something like this happens. See a bunch of new faces every so often.
