Great service :) super quick only took 3 mins for drive through and nice staff- and the pup cup was delicious- halo

Bunch of kids too busy talking they can't get orders right or refresh the coffee at least. Ordered a large caramel crazed iced latte with extra caramel swirl. Supposed to come with whipped cream caramel drizzle and cinnamon topping. Didn't get none of it had to correct them. They fixed it but after leaving and trying the drink there's not a lick of caramel in it and taste like nothing but old burnt coffee and milk. read more

I stopped at this location during the morning rush as I was passing through on my way to Florida. The line for the drive thru was looooong but I had zero desire to get out of my of my truck. To hell with it I thought to myself.....I'll sit for the duration. I need not have worried because when it came to keeping the line moving this DD team is GOAT! I might have waited ten minutes when I figured it would be at least thirty.....and much to my surprise the employees were friendly and showed no signs of being tired or impatient like I might have been if I was the one slinging coffee to so many people at the crack of dawn! My latte with an extra shot of espresso was PERFECT and sour dough sandwich was great. Thanks DD crew for making my long journey a bit easier. Please know your hard work is noticed and most appreciated. read more

Ordered 2 Boston cream donuts and a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese. 1. Attendant took my money and handed me a small bag. Never said he was waiting on the bagel. If I didn't look in the bag I easily could have driven off without the bagel. 2. If you aren't familiar, Boston cream donuts are filled with chocolate icing. The donuts were smooshed together with nothing dividing them so now one has no icing and the other has top and bottom icing. 3. I got the bagel and by drove off. Only to find a transparent amount of cream cheese on one side of the bagel and non on the other side. A very disappointing experience that could have been different if the employees had even the minimum of concern about quality read more

Quick service, products as you expect, it's pretty dirty, but they are slammed busy. Coffee was good, bacon was good. read more

I'll admit it, I visit this Dunkin' 4-5 times a week at almost the same time every day. The advantage to that is they know my name and my order The staff changes often but the morning crew is friendly, especially with it being so early. The store could use a little TLC. But my drinks are made consistently! My go-to is the caramel craze latte and caramel macchiato - iced, of course. The service is quick and that's exactly what I need as a swing by on my way to work! read more

It seems the more frequent users are not a enthusiastic as perhaps I am with this location although I see lots of the negative reviewers keep returning I guess there must be something in the water or something, I believe in second chances but I can take only so much punishment before I change courses. I personally thought the products and staff here were amazing - the drive through line was a little long but it moved with great efficiency and I placed my order without distraction or being put on hold. The young woman at the window was bubbly and very friendly but seemed to juggle the money exchange and again when delivering the product but we made it through unscathed. It was actually a little comical and she thanked me for assisting her making the delivery without dropping anything. The coffee was fresh, hot and so delicious and the bacon snack was delicious as well and the portion was perfect. I've loved this protein option ever since it was introduced and I've had it at several locations and believe me this place has out done themselves with this menu item it's scrumptious. I love that Dunkin dumped the styrofoam cups and moved to paper although I see the seams break down and will leak if you dilly dally while enjoying your favorite beverage. I'm sure they are aware of this and will make adjustments with the cup manufacturer at some point - I know a lot of people appreciate this new cup as do the landfills... read more

I haven't been here in a year decided to try again. Waited in line for 39 minutes to then pull up and wait more to then get served cold food. Although the location is convenient it is better and faster to drive to Pooler pkwy and get coffee from Starbucks or 7brew. read more

Just over 8 minutes just to get 1 coffee. Nothing else. The drive through was a mess so I decided to go inside. Decided wrong! Smh! Look elsewhere if you're passing through. read more

Dunkin' - a person holding a drink in their hand - Donuts Near Me - Port Wentworth, Georgia

Stopped while in the road and really liked the quality of the latte I got. Just a regular latte and not a cappuccino and if you don't know the difference - well everything hot with expresso is a latte except the cappuccino. Hope that helps. Anyway good service and happy folks working on a holiday. I highly recommend! read more

The ladies are usually pleasant here, but it never fails they get the orders wrong . They keep.your receipt. The product that you do receive is not made correctly in example a frozen latte with big chunks of ice and no flavor. Ice spice latte. The last 5 visits has been repeatedly incorrect and bad service. To Rincon I will remain to go. Thank God there's another option. read more

8/05/21. This lobby is closed, and the notice on the door states that the store is CLOSING AT 3 TODAY due to lack of workers, no restrooms. Dunkin' - Donuts Near Me - Port Wentworth, Georgia

Super busy Dunkin. Long drive thru line so I went in. This Dunkin is right off RT 95 just north of Savannah. It gets a lot of business I think. Every time I went by there was a long drive thru line. But when I went in it was not too busy and I was served quickly, so if I were to pass by again I'd go in, and I recommend you do as well. read more

I am here almost the same time daily and I've never had a bad experience! My order is always prepared properly! I enjoy the perks of their reward program! I've been reaped the benefit of a few "pay it forwards" I think they've done a marvelous job of hanging in there with everything that's going on. Kudos for sure ! read more

I'm an old Dunkin employee. I ordered a Caramel Macchiato. First drink: 3/4 filled with milk. No caramel syrup. Not even a full shot of espresso. Remake. No caramel syrup. Both drinks were highly upsetting. Whomever on drinks, needs to actually follow the drink recipe. read more

Place was filthy! It was raining and my feet still stuck to the floor. The bathroom had trash all over the floor and urine smell. The lady at the counter was very polite , so I would give service 4 stars . But overall cleanliness was horrible. read more

Horrible. Order of hash browns was cold and undercooked. Bagel with butter was DRENCHED in butter. Bagel with jelly, came with jelly on the side (after we had to ask to get it, because it wasn't in the bag with the rest of our order), and the employee/drive-thru attendant was rude and hopeless. HO-RRI-BLE. read more

Came in here to pick up my order just a coffee and a donut. The ladie was like oh I don't got that for you. She was incredibly rude. Not very good customer service. I won't be going back here. read more

I eat here frequently. The staff is always nice and helpful, they were overwhelmed after reopening after covid but they seem to be catching up. They can be a bit slow but that is only due to overwhelming demand. I do recommend this place but give yourself some time to kill to get your food. read more

Great customer service, friendly and fast. One of the best run and maintained ones I've ever seen. We were there at 8:30 am and the drive thru was busy and we thought this would be a bad experience since so many seem unable to do both lobby and drive in well but they were doing both very well and with a smile. read more

Appalled at the horrible customer service. We stopped through while traveling home and the cashier was absolutely rude. We had to repeat our order at least three times and our uncomplicated coffees taste just awful like they took no care or concern to make them. Literally no smile cracked, no thank you, no you're welcome. Thank goodness we aren't local. read more

The handful Of times I've been here it has never been a good experience. Either the lines take hours to get through, or they choose the food for you regardless of what you order, Or lastly you sit at the speaker box waiting for 10 min with nobody in line waiting to order a LARGE SWEET TEA. Only for you to have to repeat yourself 10 times before you drive off because the incompetence is to much to handle. Save yourself and just drive to the one in Rincon. They have better service and actually give you what you order :) read more

I've visited 4 or 5 times since I moved out near this location. The drive thru has been speedy and the food great. Only 3 employees working but the team is friendly and fast with their service. Keep up the great work. The lobby isn't open and limited hours until 3:00. With less than a handful of people, they do an awesome job. read more

So for context, I always get the caramel craze latte with extra sugar and sweet cream cold foam no matter what Dunkin I go to, but when I went to this one and asked they told me that they couldn't do that and charged me for a normal latte with pumps of caramel and cold foam. However when it was given they didn't even put the cold foam on top, and when I asked they just put whipped cream on top. Absolutely the worst service I've ever had at a Dunkin, and the coffee is nothing like I usually get. Do not go here. Go somewhere else. If I could give it zero starts I would. read more

They locked out any customers from entering the building and forced everyone to go into the drive thru even if you ordered ahead for pick up. Caused nearly 40 extra minutes of wait time. Horrible service at this location. Placed order at 7:00AM and received at 7:51AM read more

Arrived at approximately 8pm on a Saturday evening. Hardly any donuts were displayed. Not sure if that's all they had because we were never waited on. Employee walked by us twice. Looked at us and never acknowledged us. After standing at the counter for 5 mins and being ignored we left. read more

I have been a regular customer at this location for more than a year. I went in today and asked for my regular AARP senior deal that I have used here and at many other DD locations (buy a large coffee get a free donut). The woman that waited on me went on a rant about how this offer is not available everywhere and is not available at this location. Amazing, I got this AARP deal at this location yesterday. It even showed up on my receipt. She questioned if I was even a senior and an AARP member. I showed her my AARP card and she continued to rant that she was from Ohio and they don't offer this in Ohio. I moved here from Ohio last year and told her she was wrong. I asked to see the manager and she said she was the manager and asked me to leave. I left as I was told to and will never do business at this location again. I would advise all seniors to never do business here also. read more

I go here 6 out of 7 mornings and they are fantastic! The coffee is always perfect, they never mess up my order and always make sure to wave and say hello to my kids! I come here a lot. Why is it that everyone working the windows to the drive thru so rude? It's morning time and people are coming to get coffee and have a good day. Wanted coffee and donuts. Wife order coffee. Cashier cut off wife and tell to pull to first window. Wife correct cashier politely to ask for donuts. Cashier sighs and tells us to wait. Will not be returning. Mostly cause I don't live in Georgia. read more

This is pretty much the worst for customer service. The young girl obviously didn't want to be at work or help anyone with any semblance of a good attitude....i think management needs to pick their employees a little better or have someone working the register with a more customer friendly attitude read more

Ordered an everything bagel when they had one left, woman behind me ordered the same thing The cashier didn't tell her they were out and then when the people preparing food told the woman they were out she complained so much that they gave her my order. Absolutely ridiculous and disorganized. read more

How can you run out of decaf at 6 am? Had to wait a few minutes to be waited on even though there was no one else in the restaurant. Had to wait 3 min more for the decaf. Don't all DD use filtered water? This tasted like filtered swamp water. read more

This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to. The trash can in the restroom looked like it hadn't been changed in days ,they didn't have any soap and the floors where discussing.
