I stopped at this location during the morning rush as I was passing through on my way to Florida. The line for the drive thru was looooong but I had zero desire to get out of my of my truck. To hell with it I thought to myself.....I'll sit for the duration. I need not have worried because when it came to keeping the line moving this DD team is GOAT! I might have waited ten minutes when I figured it would be at least thirty.....and much to my surprise the employees were friendly and showed no signs of being tired or impatient like I might have been if I was the one slinging coffee to so many people at the crack of dawn! My latte with an extra shot of espresso was PERFECT and sour dough sandwich was great. Thanks DD crew for making my long journey a bit easier. Ordered 2 Boston cream donuts and a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese. 1. Attendant took my money and handed me a small bag. Never said he was waiting on the bagel. If I didn't look in the bag I easily could have driven off without the bagel. 2. If you aren't familiar, Boston cream donuts are filled with chocolate icing. The donuts were smooshed together with nothing dividing them so now one has no icing and the other has top and bottom icing. 3. I got the bagel and by drove off. Only to find a transparent amount of cream cheese on one side of the bagel and non on the other side. The advantage to that is they know my name and my order The staff changes often but the morning crew is friendly, especially with it being so early. The store could use a little TLC. It seems the more frequent users are not a enthusiastic as perhaps I am with this location although I see lots of the negative reviewers keep returning I guess there must be something in the water or something, I believe in second chances but I can take only so much punishment before I change courses. I personally thought the products and staff here were amazing - the drive through line was a little long but it moved with great efficiency and I placed my order without distraction or being put on hold. The young woman at the window was bubbly and very friendly but seemed to juggle the money exchange and again when delivering the product but we made it through unscathed. It was actually a little comical and she thanked me for assisting her making the delivery without dropping anything. The coffee was fresh, hot and so delicious and the bacon snack was delicious as well and the portion was perfect. I've loved this protein option ever since it was introduced and I've had it at several locations and believe me this place has out done themselves with this menu item it's scrumptious. I love that Dunkin dumped the styrofoam cups and moved to paper although I see the seams break down and will leak if you dilly dally while enjoying your favorite beverage. Super busy Dunkin. Long drive thru line so I went in. This Dunkin is right off RT 95 just north of Savannah. It gets a lot of business I think. Every time I went by there was a long drive thru line. But when I went in it was not too busy and I was served quickly, so if I were to pass by again I'd go in, and I recommend you do as well. read more

I eat here frequently. The staff is always nice and helpful, they were overwhelmed after reopening after covid but they seem to be catching up. They can be a bit slow but that is only due to overwhelming demand. I do recommend this place but give yourself some time to kill to get your food. read more

So for context, I always get the caramel craze latte with extra sugar and sweet cream cold foam no matter what Dunkin I go to, but when I went to this one and asked they told me that they couldn't do that and charged me for a normal latte with pumps of caramel and cold foam. However when it was given they didn't even put the cold foam on top, and when I asked they just put whipped cream on top. I have been a regular customer at this location for more than a year. I went in today and asked for my regular AARP senior deal that I have used here and at many other DD locations (buy a large coffee get a free donut). The woman that waited on me went on a rant about how this offer is not available everywhere and is not available at this location. Amazing, I got this AARP deal at this location yesterday. It even showed up on my receipt. She questioned if I was even a senior and an AARP member. I showed her my AARP card and she continued to rant that she was from Ohio and they don't offer this in Ohio. I moved here from Ohio last year and told her she was wrong. I asked to see the manager and she said she was the manager and asked me to leave. I left as I was told to and will never do business at this location again.
