So, the poorly designed drive-thru is here to stay. It's also so obviously bad that people have taken to jumping the line to avoid having to drive around the building. If you're lazy and inconsiderate, when you turn left into the Dunkin' lot from the plaza's entryway, you can drive across the exit lane and over some painted lines and jump to the screen where you order. It is only a matter of time until one of these people runs into a car taking the long but correct way around the building -- if they haven't already! -- to get to the order screen. The owners need to change these painted lines into a physical barrier or they're going to be complicit when an accident does happen. read more

Hello good afternoonI went to dunkin/baskin robbins Patterson Ny 12563 at 4/10/2026 6:28 pm and I went to order ice cream 2 cups of ice cream one single scoop for each cup and one cone ice cream i go and tell a young boy what i wanted and i go and order my ice CONE which i payed before and comes and tell me if i payed for it i said yes and then he says no you have to pay it WHICH I DID. Mind you the employees are young teenagers who don't care and don't take their job SERIOUSLY honestly if you need to hire people they need to be adults not some high schoolers. i had to pay AGAIN for the ice cream I ALREADY PAID FOR i tried to pay for cash which was 100$ and they said they don't accept change for 100 and i didn't have change so i had to pay card which is ridiculous to pay something i already for I hope the manager sees this message and talks to his employees or have to find new ones. read more

The drinks are terrible and never mixed correctly, and they always mess up my order every time. The last time I went, I ordered an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, and they put sausage on it and the wrong cheese. They remade it again and it was just egg, missing the cheese entirely. They act like making an order is rocket science, and they failed their rocket science class. read more

Billy D operates 6 locations. Each are great examples of how a business should be run and maintained. Clean well staffed with well groomed employees. He has never strayed from DD business model and is successful because of his passion to br the best I know someone thinks otherwise but if that was true there would be many complaints out of the 5000 people he serves each day. read more

The food was an expected, and matched what I ordered. What I really cannot stand, is that while waiting for it inside (because the drive thru is usually backed up) the Fox News is blaring. Having to listen to it is really is a turn off. Can't some other middle of the road station be used? It's been like this for a long time, and seems like the owner probably likes it that way. I don't make a habit of going there because of this, but probably would if I didn't need to listen to it. (I'm sure others will support this tv station, and that is not the point of this review. To be very honest, I'm not a fan of DD. I don't like their coffee and I hate their bagels bc they are very doughy. Stopped here to get a cup of tea and change my daughters diaper in their bathroom... This DD has gotten very noisy and cold. Could use some TLC and an upgrades for the adults to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee with friends.

We go here several times a week. This location almost always gets the order wrong or the items are poorly made. Cold drinks have either too much or way to little drink mix syrup. No consistency whatsoever. Your drink is always a toss up for what you will actually get. I stopped getting the coffee coolata for that reason. And the fruit drinks are no better. Ice coffee comes in a container full to the top with ice and a little coffee. A large iced coffee contains as much coffee as a small hot coffee. Toasted bagels are just slightly warmed, not toasted and never cut in half. Servers at the drive through are often not understandable. Blurting out some mumble as if they have no time to take your order. Ask for napkins? You get a rolled up ball of them from the server's bare hand that you are then supposed to put to your mouth!!?? And that's after they pressed the top onto your drink cups with the palm of the same bare hand. Yeah, the one they used in the bathroom? All this for us to get the same 3 items every time we visit. There's not much to write about Dunkin Donuts. This one stands out as there is not much in Patterson to choose from, no Starbucks, Panera, or private coffee shop. The drive thru does back up for much of the day but service is generally fast and accurate. Hmmmmm, donuts. read more

Went through drive through and ordered 2 extra large coffees, one with one cream ant he other light with cream, both no sugar. Got home to discover both with sugar and both black. We don't live close by, we shop in Patterson once a week but live in Carmel. I called and spoke to the manager. I believe her name was Donna but there was a language barrier. I explained that I am diabetic and and specified no sugar twice. She told me to come back tomorrow, I explained I couldn't come tomorrow and she said "Ok, well, sorry". I am extremely disappointed because this is the 3rd time in a month that my order was wrong with this specific location; I didn't complain the other times but enough is enough! Only three stars because of the staff's friendly attitudes. I have been here at least ten times now, just for coffee. For every order they get right, they also get one wrong. My biggest complaint is when they serve me the regular roast, instead of the dark roast as requested. This is the most frequent error. I'm not sure the workers at this Dunkin have tasted coffee before. At the very least there is no way they have tasted the coffee they make. 75% of the time the coffee is just undrinkable.
