Donuts are good but don't order the avacado toast. Didn't get what the picture showed. It had tomatoes in the pic. I got no tomatos and actually no avacado. I got some sort of fake guacamole substance. Over all gross. read more

Every time I go thru the Drive-thru they don't seem to have what I want but the donuts are always good no matter what I order. The service is hit or miss, Sometime Good, sometimes not. I grew up on DD coffee back east, I even supported corporate when they were on Wang Lab's computer hardware back in the early eighties. Sad to see how far this chain has fallen. I question how much coffee is being used in the brewing process because it's so weak. I really don't believe I will I will visit this establishment again. Really a shame. read more

So sad when a trusted brand can go so wrong when franchising or hiring managers for their locations. Can't say that anyone wants to be greeted like I was this morning: Me: how are you this morning? DD employee: to be honest pretty crappy Me: why is that? DD employee: I am sick as a dog. Surprised the manager even wants me handling food. Me:.....should I even get donuts then. Maybe someone else can handle my donuts. This goes on with me watching the DD employee touching every possible thing in the restaurant including coffee lids where people put their lips...no gloves....and it quickly got me downsizing my order to not include a coffee. This is THE worst DD I've ever been to. Sadly, I gave them a hundred chances. I was going there for breakfast for months thinking it was the closest one. I would pay $8-$9 at least 3-4 days a week. I'd order the same thing and for months, at least 1 out of every 3 times, they got it wrong or burnt my croissant sandwich. Most days, my hash browns were soggy. Today was the last time I will ever drive through that DD. I pulled up to the speaker and the lady told me the oven was broken. I then looked up the next close-by DD and saw that the one on Smoky Hill was actually .3 of a mile closer to me. What a DIFFERENCE! Not only did they actually get it right, it was delicious! I will now give them my $30-$40 a week. If I have to blame anyone for the Parker DD issues, I'd say management. read more

Not impressed. Went through the drive-thru, asked for 6 glazed and 6 chocolate, nothing else. Clerk was friendly, but handed me 6 chocolate with a crap ton of sprinkles. and then looks at me like it's a super burden to change it out. Kept them, but will NOT be back. The customer service at this location is not good. I once watched the manager yell at a trainee because they let a customer look at what donuts they had left (because they were out of most of them) and then they rang them up, which is out of the standard order process. We get coffee grounds in our coffee MOST of the time. Today they were out of several types of donuts and coffee choices, (seasonal flavors gone two weeks before Christmas, no glazed donut holes and 9am on a Sunday) and gave me an order of munchkins piled on top of other donuts in one bag. Which completely destroyed the donuts. I asked for new ones and they were completely inconvenienced. They are out of coffee cups all the time and once got mad at me when I ordered a medium coffee and asked them to just pour a medium coffee in to a large cup. It is clear that whoever is in charge of this store is not planning/ordering materials properly for the volume of the store and the young workers have terrible morale and are therefore rude to the costumers. Went today through the drive thru at around 7:45 am. The person who took our order and payment was so rude!!! Her whole attitude was just so poor. She was a blonde girl with shoulder length hair. I really wish I would've gotten her name before I call the store to talk to somebody. I was nothing but polite while she was taking our order then had a nasty remark when she asked what our first drink was. I didn't understand and repeated my second drink which got the rude response of "I know. That was the SECOND drink what was your FIRST drink". Oh and even after repeating I still got an iced drink when I asked for hot! There's really no excuse for such poor customer service. After seeing some of the other reviews I wouldn't be surprised if they had the same girl I did. read more

I went to Dunkin' this morning and was greeted by two wonderful employees, Matt and Kaylin. Kaylin took my order and filled it quickly and efficiently answering my questions regarding the products. This is not the best Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to, but it was fine for a quick stop with my kid for doughnut holes. Half of them tasted old and hard, but the ones that weren't tasted just like I would expect from Dunkin Donuts. It was a little bit of a disappointment but for $2 it was fine. The worst Dunkin' I've ever been too. I was charged for an extra bagel, which was fine because they fixed it. Then they made me the wrong drink. Not once but twice. I just wanted what I ordered. Carmel latte. It's not that hard. They gave me a pumpkin one the first time. Then when I pointed out the mistake they made me a regular latte in a smaller size. Once again. Having moved recently from the East coast where there's practically a dunkin on every corner, we were bummed to find there were none close to us until this one opened recently... pretty excited!! What a huge disappointment. The coffee and food seem to be pretty standard, no real complaints there but the experience... if I could do less than a star I would. You can't get in and out in under 15 min. The store layout is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. They have more people working there then most full service restaurants but the way they take orders then funnel pick you into a corner is ridiculous... then you have to navigate out of the store thru what ends up being 2 lines of people waiting to order or pick up. The drive thru is just as awful.... slow as can be given how inefficient they are and once you pull in you're trapped... no getting out til the line clears, so make sure you have at least 20 min to get what you came for. Dunkin, you're an easy win but having come here multiple times just hoping it would get better, every visit proves to be a frustrating disappointment. read more

Went through the drive thru today. Had 2 little ones with me. Ordered 10 munchkins, received 20. Ordered a Coffee Cake muffin received a CORN muffin. Noticed the corn muffin in the drive thru so I asked for it to be changed to a coffee cake muffin (which they had already said they had). Got home and they had given me a PUMPKIN muffin. Seriously not that difficult. DO NOT RECOMMEND Dunkin drive thru at all! read more

Not sure why the reviews are so bad. We come here almost every Saturday and the team is so friendly. Our order is always right too. They have started putting a lot of ice in drinks so we started asking for less and it's been much better. This is definitely our favorite location. read more

I'm usually a big fan of Dunkin - mainly because of how good and creamy their hot chocolate is. However today was a disgrace. Not only was my hot chocolate awful (literally tasted like hot water with cleaning chemicals) but the 3 donuts I bought - the strawberry sprinkles for my 3yr old....the sprinkles were all in one spot of the donut around a quarter size....no where else - these visual things matter to 3 year olds. Then I ordered a custard filled donut with choc topping. Got custard filled but no choc topping - if they don't have that then let me know when I order - don't just give me whatever. Finally, 3 donuts and one custard filled....yet you or zero napkins in my bag? Very very poor service today. read more

Came here Saturday and the worst experience we have ever had. Messed up taking the order we asked for. Didn't even give us the correct items that they put into the order. Forgot 4 different items that we paid for and to top it all off, our food was cold. We reached out to management to let them know of this situation (because this has happened multiple times) and not even a Sorry email back. I love donuts...but unfortunately this location is poorly managed. I have been here multiple times because my kid likes to go here. Each time I have been here I have had to inquire about our coffee drinks because it is taking so long to make. The line inside the store backs up because they have 1 person on the register handling the inside customers and 3 people working the drive thru. My suggestion is to make it 2 and 2 and adjust as needed. The employees are hurried, stressed, and rude. I'd attribute this to a lack of organization and leadership. Whoever owns this location needs to step up and run their business. If they don't want to bother or don't have the time, then find someone who can handle it for them. I have decided not to go back again. There is a Starbucks up the street that can handle the people traffic at their location. read more

pulled up to order the female was very rude because I did not order right away . When I got to window I asked to talk to the manager and the rude female said she was the manager. I then asked for the name of her supervisor and she said she did not have one. Refused to give me the store number or tell me her name. This was on 03-25-2021 at about 2:30 P.M. This location is so conveniently located for my morning commute to work so I go almost daily - 8/10 times my order is spot on. Coffee is hot and made as requested. But the other 2/10... they butcher my order. They'll forget syrups, creamer, give me a completely different order... etc. I understand they can get busy, but Boy, they struggle sometimes. When this location originally opened I would order their Maple Bacon Cresant. It was loaded with bacon and one of my favorites. The last two times I have been there it was just awful. Maybe 2 tiny pieces and the cresant tasted like it was 2 days old. That along with the horribly dry doughnuts was enough. I understand one bad experience but I have never had a fresh doughnut there. They had to "calculate" my order and then threw everything into one bag (I had different types of donuts so they smeared all over each other). I've been at this location many times and every time I am either waiting for an on the go order to be ready or I get warm hot chocolate that taste like a mix added to milk. I just ordered an apple fritter on the go order to pick up in the store and they get the fritter and then somebody else says "no I need that for the drive through", and then tells me we're out. I said, well she already had it for me and her response was well they ordered it in the drive-through already. I said I ordered it on the go about five minutes ago. Then she says I can replace it with a cinnamon roll (which I don't like) because that's the only other up charged item I can offer you since Apple fritters cost more. Then she says I can give you a doughnut instead. I said isn't that not as expensive "well yes, but you don't like cinnamon rolls" she says. So instead of giving me two donuts for the price of my apple fritter, I got one and ripped off. Not interested in giving this location my money any more. First time I went, I ordered one of the scrambled egg bowls to go. Start driving away and realize the Bowl was still frozen in the center. I recently went to the Dunkin' Donuts drive thru and as I pulled up to the window, the General Manager of the store was not wearing a mask as he served us. I later called the store to let them know that one of their employees was not wearing a mask, and they informed me that he was the General Manager and had no inclination to resolve this major health violation whatsoever. This store is not obeying the Colorado mask mandate, and during a pandemic, their behavior is brazen, dangerous, and appalling. I will never visit this store again. read more
