Our munchkins were stale, ordered 10 munchkins. 5 glazed 5 chocolate. Got handed assorted munchkins and only 7??? In a ripped bag? Wild.

Quite possibly the worst breakfast I have ever tried to eat. Started with they didn't put our entire in the bag. Then instead of a bagel sandwich they put in a sourdough sandwich. My wife did order a sourdough sandwich but on both sandwiches one piece of bread was toasted and one was not. To top it off it tasted like the sandwich was laid onto a prep service just wiped with a cleaning solution. Our food was totally inedible. I would give them negative stars if I could. I WANT to leave a good review so badly because this place gets so much hate. But after consistently having poor experiences over a 5 year span, I can't. I try to be understanding. But the fact is, 9 times out of 10 the people aren't very friendly, they make you feel like you're inconveniencing their day, I can NEVER get my full order, and there's always something out of stock. New menu items are added and I request them but they NEVER have them (like the iced lemon loafs and the chocolate chip bread). I've gone in before and ordered an iced latte at 3pm and upon arrival they said they had no coffee and wondered if I could pick something else. Other times they're out of cups for the proper size or they're out of oat milk or there's no more caramel sauce. Always. Something. I honestly only ever stop in when I'm desperate for a dunkin coffee and just want to go to what's closest. I know there are individuals working here that provide excellent customer service and make me feel like maybe I'll go back... but they are SO FEW and far in between. Mostly just high school kids just trying to make a paycheck & sadly they just don't care. Oh and don't EVER order donuts if it's past breakfast hours. I've done that and get there to be told "We dont have XYZ, what else would you like?" Then I'm a hassle because I ask "Well what DO you have?" As if it's so absurd to ask when I order a glazed donut and they say they don't have them People skills would go a long way read more

Ordered food and coffee online we drive all the way to the reid st location to be told their ovens are turned off and we even waited on the order before they let us know the ovens aren't on. I get it's Christmas eve but why are you guys allowing orders when you can't provide what's on the menu? The employees are polite and friendly. They get the orders ready pretty quickly and I've never had an issue with any order being wrong. The negative of this location is when trying to order through the drive thru, the back of the building smells like urine. They messed up my mum and my coffees and put sugar in it when it's supposed to be liquid sugars. They made us two more drinks and still got it wrong and we calmly asked them to remake them and when they messed it up again my mum went inside and calmly asked why is there no cold foam and the guy starts yelling at her saying that it's supposed to be like that and it was cold foam when it was actually whip cream on it. Making her cry because why is this guy start screaming at her and they didn't even fix the drinks either and no one said anything to the guy or anything so my mum just walked out. Horrible service. Waited at the drive through for 10 minutes only to get to the window to find they had not made my order. Sat around while they made my order listening to them complain about how the other shift had not shown up, and they were leaving at 4pm whether anyone was there or not. After complaining the employees walked away and left my order on the counter. I had to yell at an employee over her complaining to ask her to hand me my coffee. which she did, not before showing how much I was inconveniencing her. We visited this location at 6:30 pm in the drive through and ordered 2 medium vanilla iced coffee's and a med vanilla iced latte and was stopped at the latte, "the latte machine is broke" ok we will take a medium hot vanilla coffee with sugar and 2 plain bagels toasted and was stopped again "we aren't serving any hot food" I just paused and thought to myself ok does that mean NO donuts? I mean like what the heck? So what do you have? This location seems to continue to disappoint. So your hours are 5-9 but ok you don't serve hot food after 6:30? This has to be the slowest Dunkin' Donuts on planet Earth. I've tried coming here three different times. The first time I waited 45 minutes to get through the line to finally get my donuts. The last two times I waited in line for 45 minutes and barely move two car lengths. The one time I did wait to get my order it took them 10 minutes to put six donuts in a box and swipe my credit card. This was after the 45 minute wait in the drive thru. Got to the window, there were 4 others working, but the window guy got each of my 4 items 1 at a time...most places work as a team. Then he forgot an item...the screen showing my order was right in front of him. Last, my hot item was barely warm, like it had been made 20 minutes before and left to sit. Ordered a half dozen of halloween donuts, got them and they look like a 3 year old decorated them. Not to mention the "spider" donuts had no legs and the donut holes on top were cinnamon flavor (that I'm allergic too). This should be stated on the menu. $20 waisted. read more

Let me start by saying I have lived in Palatka all my life, and as of writing this, I have been visiting this store frequently for over six months. Not by choice, mind you. They're the only ones that serve an okay iced latte with extra splenda that my mother adores. They get our order more wrong than right. I am surprised when they get it correct. They even manage to mess up a simple iced latte, add a few extra splendas. Most of the time, I ask for sugar in my personal coffee and they don't add it. The one time I bothered to say something, and they all looked at me like I was an idiot. The latte was very light, like it had too much milk or not enough espresso. They said their machine made it like it did each time, and it took me telling them that I know what it looks like, to add another shot because one was missing. I watched them add it and what would you know, it was the correct color. I'm not stupid enough to come during rushes, because I work at Starbucks and I know the pain. But even not during rushes, they are slow as hell. I recommend getting there not during rushes because they ALWAYS seem to be understaffed. But, as somebody who understands, it's usually not their fault. Their sandwiches are typically still cold inside like they didn't heat them long enough. And trust me, soggy, watery premade egg isn't good. Out of all of that, in general, the staff is pretty good about greeting at drive thru, saying have a nice day, etc. If you're expecting super over-the-top friendly that you get at bigger Dunkins and Starbucks, of course you will be unsatisfied. I complained through corporate, and they seem to be using stickers more regularly now, which increases organization and it provides an ease of reference of the order. My orders have been a bit better, but I've been purposefully not been ordering "complicated" drinks. Tldr: Don't expect much. It's coffee. You get it. Everything else sucks, and it may not even be your coffee, but you'll receive something. read more

It took five minutes of waiting at the window in the drive-through for them to even acknowledge us and then another 15 minutes for them to a latte. I went there twice on 2 separate occasions, Once for 2 of the exact same milkshakes, 2 large Jamoca milkshakes (if I spelled it correct) it took 22 minutes, of me waiting in the drive thru line, with no one in front of me. I have no idea what could possibly take that long for 2 milkshakes, Then I went today. For 1 quart of ice cream and 1 milkshake, first off I was charged for something different than the 1 quart, I was charged for 1lb and 8oz. Which ended up being $9, when stated on the board, prepackaged ice cream, $6 something. I was okay as it wasnt too much more, however. This ice cream is by far, the most disgusting ice cream I have ever had. It taste as if the ice cream was thawed, and milk or water was added to thin it out, the ice cream is riddled with shards of crunchy ice, and has no flavor. My friends milkshake taste disgusting, it has the consistency of a slushy, again RIDDLED, with ICE. There is actual ice in it. I am furious, and I will never be going back. I am so mad with this service and quality, being charged extra for something that took so long and is absolutely horrible. Also, the order I made today, took atleats 20 minutes, WITH NO ONE INSIDE. In the past, I've only had DD coffee and donuts but I got the Chicken Apple Sausage Breakfast Sandwich and it was delicious and only 350 calories. I think I've been underestimating their other menu options. Me and my sister went inside this location this morning due to the line being super long. We walk in and are standing in line for 10 minutes behind 2 customers. The lady taking orders was new, which I understand she was most likely stressed. She took about 5 minutes to take my order (I only got a sandwhich and coffee), only for the lady making my drink to be rude to me when asking what I got. The same 2 people were so rude to my sister after charging her for 5 donuts when she got 2 and being rude when she asked if they used Splenda or sugar to sweeten the drink, leading her to eventually ask for a refund after 5 more minutes of this going on.
