The kids truly love going to Dunkins when we are on Vacation anywhere but especially our Spring Break and Summer Vacations in Florida! I love spending time with Deacon and Saige! Deacon says his new favorite donut is the Double Chocolate where Saige is still partial to the chocolate frosted w rainbow sprinkles. Mine is Lemon until I die!! Kayla loves the Lemon also but is willing to try others! Definitely recommend but they can get slammed so be patient! read more

A nice clean DD by the beach. It used to have a great view of the beach but a new high rise is going up and the view is no more. The hospital next door is long gone since the hurricanes a few years ago and it looks like they are ready to build there as well. At 3pm in the afternoon it was empty. We had coffee , always delicious . I had the bacon avocado toast, it was very light on the bacon compared to the picture. My wife had the bacon Swiss croissant , very nice. Bring a jacket because the AC is on COLD . The staff was very nice. read more

Absolutely terrible service. I've been going here for years until some new guy with pink hair started. Every time I've gone there, I've ordered the same basic thing. First time, no cream, second time, no Splenda, third time, sugar INSTEAD of Splenda, fourth time, no flavor or Splenda, fifth time, just coffee and Splenda. You get the point. Keep in mind, I order the same coffee every time. He has absolutely terrible customer service and clearly doesn't know what he's doing. read more

The service at this location was amazing!!!! My husband and I are on vacation and we went through the drive through. I wanted a cookie butter cold brew. The lady at the drive-through said that they didn't have the cookie butter until Wednesday however, they did get it on their truck this morning and they were so nice and so that they would make an exception.! You don't see that kind of customer service anymore!!! I will definitely be going back! Kudos to the manager and workers there great job! read more

Came here every morning that I was in town for work. The entire team that waited on us was awesome . Especially the last day when Mya waited on us. She was so pleasant. Our drinks were always made perfectly. Never has an issue. We often times get issues from other Dunkins for my husbands request of no ice. Here there was no issue. They were amazing. Kudos to all of you. read more

This store is good if you order from the drive-thru or in store...but they will never fail to mess up your order if you use a delivery service like DoorDash or UberEats...I've had to deal with just having coffee the last 3 times I've ordered from there because they decide to put the chipotle sauce on my hashbrowns instead of the queso I ordered:) read more

I swear I'm never going to buy another donut in here. Don't know if it's the whole company or just this place. Very very little glaze and very very little icing. Weird icings that I'm not sure how to describe with toppings that I can't identify. Yesterday it was a red velvet donut and it crumbled in my hands. I'm not sure why. read more

The 2 egg wraps and 2 coffees were worth the .5 mile walk from our hotel. I love dunkin. Judge for yourself whether this is good or not. I, personally, thought it was enough to fill me to get to brunch. read more

We went for coffee and donuts. They did not have the 3 do it choices that we wanted so Cory was nice enough to compensate us for the donuts and said they were on the house. That was unexpected and very nice of him. He also took it upon himself and personally made our coffees for us. Thanks so much. read more

Every morning that I need a boost I go to my local Dunkin. This morning I was met with the best energy from Cynthia. Her light was so bright it made my day 100x better. The coffee and food are generally good. Just be cautious going in the evening. The derelicts working the evening shift have no pride in their work effort and They usually get my order wrong at some point. Something minor but always some mistake or forgotten item. Just double check before you leave. read more

I visited this Dunkin location only upon the request of my visiting mom, because I was so disappointed with the undersized underfilled donuts served by the International Speedway Boulevard location in Daytona Beach on two back-to-back orders that I complained to Corporate and reluctantly decided not to patronize Dunkin ever again. This location served me and my mom the donuts we remembered: good-sized and generously filled, fresh and delicious despite being late afternoon. If I want Dunkin in the future, I will make the special trip to this location, even though it is out of our way. This location saved a Dunkin customer but I will never visit the more convenient International Speedway Boulevard location again. read more

I love this Dunkin Donuts! They have the best coffee, I go there at least 3-4 times a week for the iced caramel coffee. So refreshing after being out in the heat all day plus it gives me that boost of energy I need in the late afternoon. What is especially nice is they offer my dogs a donut hole, a couple times they didn't and he was little disappointed, so was I. But overall they're great. Love their donuts also. read more

Wednesday 07-10-19 Asked for an untoasted sesame bagel with cream cheese...I got a hard rock over cooked bagel with hardly any cream cheese on the bagel, it was like he wiped the knife off from a previous spead with no cream cheese on the knife! What an idiot...I did go back and demand the correct order of which i did not pay for and showed the young man how a bagel with cream chese is supposed to look by opening up the one the young lady made free for me. read more

So we arrived at 9:50 pm. When we walked in, a guy who just started his shift said...".if you come in you need to order". We were a mom, 2 dads and 2 kids. Do I asked "What the do you think we're going to do?? When I asked the girl what his problem was she said he just started his shift. He then came back to say his boss is just happy he's making money. I'm not sure what that had to do with anything! Then he Walked up to the door to lock it and told his friend sitting in the dining room that he was "cool" to stay in the restaurant after he locked up. The employees eyes were so bloodshot, his shirt was wrinkly and filthy....and he just started his shift. My daughter ordered hot chocolate and he filled it up so much with whipped cream it was all leaking down the side and sticky. NEVER WILL WE EVER RETURN. read more
