Doors were locked during regular business hours (?) and I wanted an item that required physically seeing it in person. I shrugged it off and thought maybe they were short staffed and the doors were locked for security. But no, they were fully staffed and the team must've been required to wear their nastiest attitudes. In the drive thru, I showed them a picture of the item I wanted and one of the cashiers said "we don't have that," and proceeded to walk away. The other cashier came back with the exact item I had asked for. Like ???? Ok girl! Genuinely curious why I'm getting attitude for showing up at your place of employment when your job is to serve customers. It can't be that serious. Also wondering if the owner knows they're not allowing customers inside. read more

Couldn't believe, .50 extra for easy ice. Other Dunkin Donuts don't charge. Last time I will patronize this establishment.

Usually stop by this Dunkin because it's nearby but it consistently gets orders wrong or I have to wait for the workers to come back to the drive thru window because they forget parts of the order. The wraps and bagels are somehow always smashed and the coffee is always light compared the Harlem or 143rd locations. read more

The workers were rude! Completely inexperienced and need better training. I received a drink that was not made right and now what I asked for. Do not come here if you want to have a bad day with a bad drink made! read more

got a shake from there, basically paid $9 for a cup of milk. was absolutely no icecream at all. thanks for ruining my craving lol

This Dunkin franchise has changed ownership a dozen times in the last 20 years, sometimes for the better and sometimes for the worse. Right now it is not the usual good donut shop. Most of the donuts were stale when we dropped in and bought a dozen ... so we won't do that again. The coffee is always good though, so we'll continue to get coffee. Other than a good coffee shop, there isn't much here to interest one. Too bad. read more

I usually go through the drive thru ... but I went inside today and this lady was so rude at the cashier. Giving me dirty looks and attitude. Do not recommend read more

Disgustingly cheap. I had a large order was given two of my items in one small bag. The older Indian man at the window, started handing me my items individually. I asked if they could be placed in a bag. He stated that he could not give me a bag because I already had one for my donuts. The rest of the items would not fit in the tiny bag with my donuts. Will not be back to this location. read more

This site has an overall rating of 1.5 yet corporate does NOTHING about it. Tonight I went there 4 hours before they closed. They had 3 kinds of donuts! I called the manager who told me to go to the other Dunkin Donuts down the road. The employees said the manager doesn't care. I've been there several times and the manager doesn't order enough donuts and the employees listen to complaints all night. I had visitors from Ireland who wanted to try Dunkin Donuts. We walked over and ordered breakfast sandwiches and donuts. The person behind the counter (always someone new because they can't keep employees), said she didn't know how to make sandwiches. I asked how long she had been there- TWO WEEKS! AND she & the other employee didn't know where the kept the food even if they did. THIS IS A CORPORATE STORE. How do they not care? read more

Asked for light ice. They filled the iced tea cup to the top. When I complained the girl making the iced tea said I was not charged for light ice. What? Then I repeated that I didn't want a full cup of ice. She would only dump a little out and said if I didn't like it to go somewhere else. Wow! I suggest everyone go somewhere else. Rude & will cheat you here! read more

Do not purchase a polar pizza from this store. I purchased one from here and it was so old it had a horrible smell to it. I could not serve it at my party. I went to the store to exchange it for a fresh one and they refused to replace it. They told me I was lying that I didn't purchase it at there store They were so rude and out of Line. I will never come here again. I would give zero stars if it let me. read more

Always refreshing! Super busy but it moves quickly and once you get your drink it makes up for all the wait :)

I ordered a latte and the drink wasn't even filled halfway in the cup. The man taking and making the order was rude and seemed like he could care less. read more

don't waste your time here, staff is rude and gets overly upset when you yell them the order is incorrect. One time they forgot whipped cream on my iced coffee and the employee ROLLED his eyes and puffed his breath when i asked for them to fix it (whipped cream is extra). The coffee isn't good here at all. Never coming here again I feel disrespected and treated as a joke. read more

Worst customer service I have EVER experienced!!!. Was unsatisfied with pumpkin spice latte and so I asked for my money back from the employee. She said one moment as she walked away from register to confront manager and other employee. White male employee with glasses said while i was standing at register, "thats bullshit and a waste of our fucking product!" Very unprofessional and out right rude. The manager then proceeded to come over. She had brown eyes, dark hair and was of indian decent. She asked me what the problem was and I said, "I would like my money back because the lattes taste bitter. She said, "thats the way the pumpkin latte tastes"(ive had MANY pumpkin lattes and they do not taste like this). I said, "I just want my money back." She proceeded to be extremely rude and state, "just to let you know next time we will not be able to give you a refund, this isnt like a department store where you can exchange your clothes if you dont like them. This is a one time refund and this will not be happening again because this is a waste of our product!"(as she stared me down raising her voice loudly). I proceeded to take my refunded money and went to my car. I got in the car and shut the door. The manager then came out the door to my car and knocked on the window, I opened the car and she demanded the stickers that were taken off the cups. Pretty freaked out at this point. She said, "you dont get those stickers unless you buy something." So I then handed her the stickers and drove away but as I drove away she gave me the middle finger 3 or 4 times. I have NEVER been treated this rudely in my entire life by any business. If your in the Orland Park area Dont EVER go here. The manager is out of control and this place should be shut down because of the extreme sketchy behavior that was experienced here. This was borderline violent behavior and should never be tolerated by any customer. read more

Must agree to other reviewers. This DD is so inconsistent. I always order same stuff Peach Iced Tea sweetened. For some reason this place always give me a tasteless tea. Like watered down, no flavor just color. Tried calling them only to be told by the answering machine that their voice mailbox if full. I live nearby, but I would rather go to one close to work in La Grange bc even if they don't have drive thru they have the best iced tea and good customer service. read more

Why so angry? Am I bothering you by ordering coffee at your place of work? I'm sorry, I didn't realize you were too busy on your cell phone. Maybe if your job makes you that miserable you should find another job. Or, let's do the public a great service and how about you find a job that doesn't include any customer service? Yours stinks. You suck at your job. You suck at life. Won't return here. The girl with the long pink nails has the most vile attitude in the world. read more

This has to be one of the worst DD locations I have ever been to. 4 out of 5 times they'll get my order wrong, more often than not they don't have what I want, and lastly, their coffee doesn't taste anything like it should. Management is constantly changing and so are employees. I'm not sure why this is, but usually the people working here seem to be doing it forcefully rather than acting like they remotely care about their job. These guys have officially made me into a Starbucks customer thanks to their poor customer service. read more

This has got to be HANDS DOWN THE WORST Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. There is always something wrong when I come here. One day they are out of donuts, one day their ovens are broke! You can never come here and just get everything you want or are asking for. The staff they do have is sarcastic, rude, and can't seem to grasp that they chose to work there! You are in customer service, deal with it! I've had three bad experiences, which was more than enough! Get it together Dunkin! read more

Awful Awful Awful. Came here with my uncle and two cousins. We are at the the Drive-Thru and we ask for a minute to order. We are ready and the guy is like give me 5 minutes I need to use the bathroom. WHAT?? That's is just when we should have left. But it gets better. My cousin is like can I have a Chips Ahoy donut. Reply: No Donuts at all Other cousin: Can I have a mint chocolate chip shake please? Reply: no shakes at all My uncle: okay SEE YOU TOMORROW MAN!!! Was my worst experience at DD no donuts or shakes? And there was another car in front of us who left with no food and was there for like 20 seconds so he probably got bad service too. Would give 0 stars if possible read more

The workers at this Dunkin' are so sweet! They always have a smile on their faces, and they give our dog a special treat every time we go through the drive thru. Thank you for being extra kind through these difficult days. read more

Laziest of the lazy. Closes early & claims they have no coffee left. Garbage service. Change staff

Speedy service at this location, clean environment, and always friendly customer service. The only reason I'm giving this location 4 stars? The drive-thru could use a repave. read more

To start off: I do not frequent Dunkin Donuts nor Starbucks on a normal basis. So keep that in mind while reading this review. We visited this location when some friends were in town. We got a few coffees in the morning. There was only 2 people in line so I immediately thought we would get in and out quick. Not so... We put our order in and waited and waited. A simple coffee with cream and sugar took a while to come out. It reminded me why I do not waste money at places like this unless I really need to. Come back; only if I really need to. Frequently; no way. read more

Today's experience was the final straw for me - I went and made my usual coffee order and then asked if they had croissants to which the woman replied "yes" - I thought "great!" So I asked for one toasted with butter. There was a long pause and I said "hello?" She said "the butter will be put on the side." I asked "what do you mean?" She said "the croissant will be too soft to put butter on it" ??? What ??? So I drove off to the window figuring I'd forget it. I get to the window and this gal who I've had the displeasure of dealing with a few times before, is there with her usual scowl like I just somehow ruined her day. She asked what my coffee was, came back 5 seconds later with the coffee, passed it to me in the window without looking at me, and makes an unintelligible noise. No thank you, have a good day, and definitely no smile, because if you know who I'm talking about, I think it actually physically hurts hurt to do that or make any sudden movements. It's too taxing of a job for her. By the way after that whole ordeal, my iced coffee was WAY too sweet & way too light. Not how I ordered it. read more

Zero stars would be more accurate. The staff is very rude, does not listen to what you are ordering. She remade the coffee 3 times & still it isn't correct. While she was attempting to make mine, another lady was going through the same thing. I will not be going to this Dunkin anymore. read more

I go to this Dunkin atleast twice a week and every time I go they mess up my order. I ask for a bagel with cream cheese ON THE SIDE and they put it on there every time, it is less work for you to put it on the side. My coffee is always messed up as well. They even repeat my order back to me and still mess it up. WORST DUNKIN EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

This is probably the worst Dunkin Donuts. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on 159th or on LaGrange by 131st. Today I saw an employee put the donut I didn't order back on the fresh donut shelf. Not sure if the people at this location are lazy or just don't care. I also ordered a munchkin mix, to my surprise they were 90% the same, and of course the ones no one really wants. There are other locations with better service and good product, go there instead. read more

Dunkin' - This location is NOT good. Pick a different location. Today I saw an employee replace returned donuts to the shelf. - Donuts Near Me - Orland Park, Illinois

Just stopped at this location via drive thru. The car in front of me got the wrong order so they switched them out she leave. My drunk readily available so I ask if you just switched that with the car in front of me, she said yes. I told her I didn't want it and drove off. Safety risk. This place needs oversight. A staff member at the drive thru window did not have his nose covered.

I ordered a sandwich and snackin bacon - they forgot to include the bacon on two occasions.

Unbelievably frustrating! At 9:30 PM I got off the expressway and was driving home on La Grange when I decided to stop at DD to get a dozen donuts. I did a Google search and saw Dunkin Donuts was open till 10 PM. Great - I thought. I pulled in the parking lot and tried to go inside the store, but the door was locked and I couldn't get in. The store hours on the window said open till 10:00. I looked at my watch and it was only 9:40. They should have been open for another 20 minutes. As I looked inside again, I saw 2 employees sitting in the booth watching me outside, and I was sure one of them was going to come unlock the door so I could go inside to buy, but they never did. They just kept sitting there talking to each other, and drinking. The stores lights were on, and I could see the donuts on the wire racks. The money to buy was in my hand. It was too bad the employees were keeping the store locked so no one could get in to buy. Don't they have to have sales to stay in business? So undependable, so frustrating! read more

This DD is on the way to my mom's house. I have stopped there on numerous occasions for a large sweet swirl hot hazelnut, regular cream and sugar. Every time I get my coffee it is NOT hazelnut, has extra cream and NO SUGAR. One time I ordered a croissant sandwich and the croissant was burned to a crisp. Inedible!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DD if you want coffee the way you like it! I will be going out of my way to the one in Orland Park on 159th st by my work from now on. Did I mention my coffee cup stinks like bad cologne? Yeah just what you want to smell instead of a nice coffee aroma!!!! read more

Every dunkin donuts has it's flaws. I've even told out of town friends, that if you order more than 3 items at any dunkin donuts, something or everything will be wrong. In spite of it all, I'm pretty devoted. I almost ALWAYS avoid this DD. Purely because the staff is incredibly immature, my service is horrible, with people making noises and being rude and cocky over the drive thru. Thank god I have a sense of humor, but I can't imagine other people not going off on these people that work there. Over the course of years... The workers are chronically bad. Ironically, it's the only one in the Chicagoland area that seems to employ teens. Oddly enough it's so consistently bad, and I don't think I've ever been served by the same people... So it must just be taught from one shoddy employee to the next. No one is ever in a rush. Always rude on the drive thru intercom More things wrong I actually received a cold bacon egg cheese wrap once... As in, they made it earlier and left it out and then put it in my bag... The cheese was cold and hard and everything. Normally those bad boys are like lava. I don't think I've ever left this particular location and not questioned if someone spat in or tainted my food / drink. I'm not saying anyone DID, for a fact, but the immature and rude kids there make me always question myself for going there to try again. I'll drive to the one 5 miles further from now on, because, even though they occasionally get my order wrong, I never wait in line for 20 minutes at the drive thru to have some snotty entitled kid on his first job make noises and speak distastefully and impolite through an intercom. If I were the owner of this particular location, I would fire the whole staff and start over with people who actually want a job, instead of some kids who could care less if they advance in the world. read more

I had the worst experience ever at this location last night! Who has the nerve to disrespect your paying customers???? If you don't like your job I suggest you find another. Stopped in today with my two young girls after a long long day. I promised each of my girls they could pick a donut as a treat. The young man working was amazing with them. He was patient as they stared a all their options. He was polite and kind and smiling as they tried to make up their minds. He was exceedingly courteous to me as we were cashing out. All in all, this quick last minute visit made my kids' night - and in turn made my own. Thank you for providing that one single tipping point that ends up turning a long hard day into a great family night. Sometimes you never know how far one single kind act can go - tonight was one of those nights. Thank you. read more

By far one of the worst DD's I've ever been to. I've given this location plenty of chances since it's conveniently located near where I live, yet each time I go here they leave me displeased. Either they're extremely slow(sometimes making me late for work), mess up my order, or just not polite. I like DD better than Starbucks but I find myself choosing Starbucks over here just because of the better service and quick pace. Please improve management!!! read more

Welcome to the south suburbs' worst Baskin Robbins / Dunkin Donuts! I've had a few incidents here that I've overlooked, though not this time. just had an employee of that establishment start an argument with me, as I attempted to order, then after I delivered some admittedly harsh verbiage to express my level of dissatisfaction, this senseless individual takes the extra step of walking out the front door to address me, falling short of approaching my truck (wise move). To the owner of this location: You have hired one disrespectful, rude employee after another. I have seen the revolving door allow them in and spit them out, one by one. I have avoided your location, as have others, for too long. this is a failure on your part. If customer service is not your objective, sell your location to someone who cares. I've had money pulled from my hand, without a thank you, messed up drinks, without the simple courtesy of an apology and overall exceedingly poor service. corporate has been notified and hopefully they'll keep a closer watch on your location. read more

Over priced by a lot. I had a $5.00 small milk shake and a water, tap water, which they charged me $1.00 for. I don't go here often, and don't plan on returning. I'll be looking for a non-chain that is a little less greedy. read more
