The service was laughable at best. Attempting to place my order, the main lady at the register became incredibly pompous and rude when inquiries about the food were made. She has no conflict resolution or de-escalation skills and had an INCREDIBLE attitude. A hit or miss kind of place. This place has changed hands so many times over the years you really can't be sure of the service aspect. I have better luck when I go in as opposed to ordering through the drive-up...but that is just me. On one change of management the whole operation really took a major leap forward, but a year or so later another change took them back a step or two. You can see the change in doughnuts also. For awhile they were nicely sized and then they changed to be a bit smaller...probably some kind of cost saving. Still love the DD coffee. My advice...go in for your order... read more

Young woman working the drive thru, i pulled up to order my coffee, i forgot to tell her cream in my coffee because im so used to being asked by the person taking my order, needless to say. She reprimanded me about forgetting to tell her and said you should tell me next time so you dont waste your money. I got the coffee, it tasted so bitter, no cream was added to it, but at this time i couldnt go back to have it remade. i came back the next day, with the full cup of coffee and asked her to remake it. She refused and told me i would have to pay for another cup. She started to argue with me again and complained about my attitude. What's the point of ordering through the mobile app when you still need to wait? This store puts your order with them in the back so you have to talk to them to get your order. If you wait by the pick up window they won't talk to you so you have to wait like you're a customer waiting to put in your order. Why can't they be like every other Dunkin' Donuts and have a pick up area for people who ordered through the app. I thought the purpose of the app is supposed to skip the line, not wait in it. The last thing I want to do is be inside of the store any longer than I have to and a lot of the time I don't have the time to wait the 10 minutes in the drive thru. read more

I always regret coming to this Dunkin' location seeing as everytime i do I always waste my money here. Everything is always wrong, they have no idea what they're doing in there, if they get my order right the coffee has got to be about 3 hours old or the coffee simply was not made right. Yesterday will be my last visit at this location seeing as i was ignored and all i had was a pickup order, waited in store 10 minutes for a PICKUP order that i placed 5 minutes before i got there, when i finally got it i knew i was gonna be late for work, left asap. i finally get a chance to take a sip and they didn't even make it right. If i'm paying $5 for coffee and waiting 15+ minutes i at least expect it to be right. Overall just a bad place to get your coffee from. The location is horrible (can't turn left during the day, and have to wait behind others making a turn to leave) and will waste your time as you wait to turn out of the lot. The staff is sometimes friendly, though that should be a given. The quality of service is abysmal - more often than not your order will get messed up. My last visit resulted in me getting an incorrect coffee order, which was originally one large iced coffee with only cream and butter pecan swirl. The order came back to me with: too much cream somehow, sugar that I didn't ask for, and the wrong flavor swirl. I was on my way to work and had no time to wait in the drive thru again, so I miserably drank my drink as I drove away. I'm unsure as to why you'd hire such degenerates to work for your company. It's beyond me honestly. Likely won't ever visit this location again unless it's a last resort option, though that'll never happen because there are five of these fucking places within a few mile radius lmao. Asked for an iced coffee with easy ice and was given a cup full of ice from top to bottom. I asked him I wanted less ice he then proceeded to remove the ice using a spoon one by one and then gave me the coffee...he literally removed 3 ice cubes and handed me my coffee I told him I had specifically asked for easy ice and this is loaded with ice. He then told me that it's not considered iced coffee if he removes more ice and I would have to pay extra to get something else. I ended up paying for a cup of ice...will never go back read more

This is the slowest Dunkin Donuts in the area. I have never been through the drive-through without being asked to wait, or just no response at all. Inside is about the same. I've waited at the counter and had to interrupt the employee's conversation to get help. I've never had a problem with the quality of my coffee or food; it's always been consistent with other DDs in the area. I've never purchased anything from the Baskin side, so I have no idea about that. The waiting is unbearable, though. For instance, I wrote this entire review in-between the time they asked me to "wait a second" and them taking my order... which hasn't happened yet. read more

I am seriously done with this location. Over the years it has gone down hill tremendously. First of all, they are just so slow. 2 cars ahead of you in the drive thru and you are still there atleast 10 mins. And those 2 cars are probably just getting coffee. I hope you have nothing to do if they are actually ordering something else bc you are gonna be there a while. And after all that they are most likely going to screw up your order. I always order a medium ice coffee easy cream only. Today I got a large with cream and sugar and last week I somehow got an ice tea with tons of cream. I used to go here twice a day for the last 8 years. And I ordered more than coffee. Now I usually go out of my way to go to the one on 157th and Harlem bc they always get my order right and know how to move a line. My family and I have been going to this DD for many years now and just recently it has gone completely down hill. I've never experienced such bad service in my life. I'm not one to write a bad review if I've had one bad experience but I'm writing this because I've had multiple. I've had multiple experiences at the drive thru where I've pulled up to the speaker, the man/woman says l'll be with you in a minute and then I'm sitting there for 5 minutes. One time someone pulled up behind me and honked their horn because they thought it was me just sitting there for so long. So now I won't go to the drive thru if I must go to this DD at all (it's become a last resort). Not only is the wait in the drive thru bad but I've driven away with the wrong order multiple times. Now I go inside in an attempt to make the wait shorter and in hopes that they will notice me more than if I were on the other side of a speaker but that doesn't happen. It's just as bad if not worse. The organization is horrible and they make me feel like I'm inconveniencing them. One time I had a few things to order for my boyfriend and I and every time I asked for something the girl behind the counter walked away while I was in mid sentence to start the order but then came back a couple times to ask what I wanted (cream/sugar/flavor). Meanwhile there were people behind me that were getting their order taken care of and rung up while I was still trying to get half of my order made. This is just one example of bad organization. I don't want this DD to close because it's so conveniently close but I suggest that management does something about organization and training their employees much better. read more
