This is the worst Dunkin Donuts location. The lines are always long and they clearly don't know how to get and process orders from the Dunkin app. I've ordered twice using the Mobile app and twice they claim to not have received my order. Yesterday, I placed an order for pick up this morning and they claim not to have received it. However, they charged my credit card. Then, when I tried to call them about it they won't answer the phone. If you can actually place an order that gets attention, the staff are polite, but good luck with getting your order in. read more

Let me start by telling you that I am a fan of the Dunkin app, the coffee, the donuts, and even their breakfast sandwiches. This location is not living up to the brand standards and it's unfortunate. The overall interior is dirty and not being kept up. Bottled drinks aren't stocked, shelves are dusty, floors are sticky, counters aren't wiped down, and bathrooms are outrageously awful. The staff is the bright spot - they're really efficient, polite, and on point with everything I've ordered. Devon assisted me today with 4 dozen donuts, a big coffee container, and a cold brew for myself. He was polite, worked fast, and got everything correct. read more

This location sits connected to the gas station and is directly on 34/Bullsboro across the way from Wal-mart, next to Red Lobster and Waffle House. I have stopped here a few times throughout the years and I will say that the remodel has treated this location well. They have the new "tap" system, which is not only cool and clean looking, but seems to be efficient for them. Upon my trip in, the cases were stocked with donuts and there wasn't a long line of folks in the store on in the drive through...yet, it still took the workers minutes to acknowledge me as I stand at the front counter. The associate working the counter was pouring another drink for the longest and refused to make eye contact or even greet me and the associate working the drive-thru was too busy on her phone to assist. Once I was greeted and I ordered, the service was fine. She was helpful and got my drink out pretty quickly. However, as I wait I notice the drive-thru attendant assisting customers through the window while talking on her phone the ENTIRE time. I never once heard her greet the customers, she was stead talking on her phone. When she walked away from the window, she took her phone and had it on speaker phone. Additionally, she attempted to wear a mask, as she had it pulled down around her chin. I can only assume it was so her friend could hear her on the phone. Either way, she needs to do better. While the renovations look great, the dining room was messy and dirty with trash on the floors. Also, the self serve station was out of straws and napkins, and was dirty as well. This is the very first Dunkin I ever got some coffee at. It kicked off my addiction for coffee. I ordered a caramel coffee macchiato. I had no idea what that even was. It tasted so good. That was probably 9 months ago. I went back one more time since then. Rude and unprofessional to all white customers. I was treated very rudely when asking questions. No eye contact, attitude when answering questions. I sat in store and ate and noticed every white customer was treated same way. When black customers came in then they were totally different. Smiled offered substitutions for what they were out of. We have been consistently disappointed with the quality of food and service at this location. Food is mediocre and always looks like a disgruntled employee was charged with preparation. There's about a 35% chance your interaction will be with a pleasant employee. It's incredibly disappointing, as this is the only Newnan location. Amazing service! We drove up to the speaker to ask if they had any birthday deals and she didn't just make the birthday girl a drink, they made us ALL drinks! (As well as giving us a dozen assorted donuts!) The ladies working were FANTASTIC!!! We came by on 4/2/22 around 9:30pm. Please bear with me. *Cons- What was supposed to be a quick in and out through their drive through ended up being a drive through and park to go inside trip. Young lady in drive through was frustrated with us since we asked for a minute to look at the menu, she told us if we can move up to the window to order (which didn't help since I needed to look at the menu). After two bites it gets set aside. Bacon tastes like it's dipped in wax. I get it, they reheat it on in wax paper but come on! And my second egg looks like the moon.. on a bad day. Overcooked and like rubber. At this point, I'm contemplating on whether or not to even eat it. So, out of the whole sandwich I ate, the wax bacon and one of the egg patties. What's more sad? My son got the same sandwich and even though he said the sandwich is nasty, he ate the whole thing and now I feel horrible. *Pros- 'Food' is hot/warm. They're busy, I get it. We have come in over a dozen times hoping for a better experience. They are all extremely rude and act as if we are doing something wrong by buying from their business. They all have no idea what's going on/ take 45 minutes to make a 6pc hash brown. When we've ordered a vanilla iced coffee they give us a hot coffee, and if we ordered hot they'd give us iced.
