This is our second time at this Dunkin and when I tell you terrible service, that is what I mean. The first time we came here employees were on their phones, ignoring the fact that their were customers, and we'll as fooling around in the back. The second time we came, we made our order, don't get me wrong, it was pretty large but we spoke clearly to be heard and they still missed orders. She kept a saying "what" and when we asked if they had an item she snapped and said no. We pulled up to the window and she had her Air pod in. Again I say, we had a large order buh waited 10 minutes for it. When we though we were done, we were missing 3 items and when we told her, she again said "what". She went and got someone else to handle the problem and we had to go into Dunking and re-purchase those 3 items. Service has been crappy both time and we won't be coming here again. read more

The service here wasn't good. It was slow and disorganized and people seemed miserable on the whole.

The one time I went here was through the drive thru at about 610 AM. It was not busy at all. When I got up to the order box, I wasn't greeted with a typical business greeting. I was greeted with a "Yeah?". I continued to make my order and, when I finished, I got a "That it?" response. The employee in this aspect was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. 5 workers in the store, 4 were in drive thru, 1 on counter taking and making orders without any help. 1 of the workers consuming a drink behind the counter, talking and distracting the other workers. Ordered a large white chocolate frozen coffee, by far the absolute WORST drink I have ever had (very bitter, no chocolate taste at all) from any of the DD locations I have visited. 2 people ahead of me and it took 15 minutes to get my drink. The mobile app would not let me order my drink ahead of time. I am a truck driver, my time is precious, did not taste my drink until after getting back on the interstate. Was not provided a receipt to be able to complete a survey. A handwritten sign hanging in their office stated "No negative surveys" as a goal....hard to get feedback thru surveys when receipts are not given or even offered. read more

This location is between work & home so I visit often. It's usually hit or miss with customer service, the food & coffee. They also have a really weird drive through, it's like a "Q" if you don't believe me, ya gotta check it out for yourself. It's attached to a gas station right off highway 85 so it's convienent. It's also never really busy as far as my experience goes. The inside has the modern DD updates & it's usually clean, so that's nice. They have a small seating area & free wifi, although this wouldn't be a place I'd come to surf the web. Anyway, Dunkin' is my favorite coffee. Their reward program is so generous. Just by using mobile ordering they put $2 on my DD card- do u know how much coffee you can get for $2 at Dunkin'? Up to 4 cups if u play your cards right! Came here around 10 pm, and sat in the drive through for maybe 5 minutes, and they were open. The lady working, was sitting in the office eating a donut when some customers walked in 9:50. While not a stand alone location, this DD is ideal for those who want to fill up with gas and sneak in and grab a tea or donut. It's part of a gas station and I think a salon in a strip mall. Fortunately, it's a fairly easy on-and-off from the freeway. We found friendly, prompt service and that ever so average muffins and donuts and plenty of coffee and tea that we are all familiar with. The inside isn't a great place to loiter. It's dirty and un-inviting, but for those stopping in for a quickie there's no room to complain. read more

I walk in at 6:30 pm and they have next to nothing in the cases. And only two cases? I asked for an Apple Fritter. I was shown that they only had one and what they showed me, didn't look anything like an apple fritter. More like a large filled donut. Wanted apple so bad I got it any way. I was right, just a filled donut. Apple Fritters and filled donuts look nothing alike. One, this is a busy location so you would think that they would try to keep up with their customers and have more donuts on the racks that don't taste like they were made yesterday. We were here five times, and each time it was major disappointment. One time we ended up waiting for 20 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of us. Another time I was inside and was waiting my regular 2 cup of coffee for 15 minutes with 2 people ahead of me! Today we had to through away our two cup of coffee because there was no coffee taste at all, obviously we bought warm two cup of water! To top it off - horrible customer service. Let's start with the 82 Health Department score. I have never in my life seen a score so low. Gas stations that serve food have higher scores. Next I didn't see a hair net in the place and for the volume of hair serving food that should be a must. Were the donuts fresh and yummy, well ask the employees. While standing there I witnessed three snacking on the line, Popping those little donut holes in their mouth. No empty bellies in there. That was the definition of eating profits. Staff is frindly but no one here had any idea what they were doing. Order rung up incorrectly and prepared incorrectly twice.

Very poor service at this location. Donuts are thrown in the bags without wax paper, if they do use wax paper it doesn't really matter because they still just sloppily drop it in. Even though they have a computer showing what the orders are they still have to ask customers what they had. They actually passed over me and started giving orders to people who came In after me. There's no communication between the employees and many of them are seemingly uninterested in what they're doing. The food is cold and stale but the beverages are good. Absolutely horrible service. I went in to get my normal iced coffee. It took the cashier forever to acknowledge my existence in the store. Several people walked by without saying a word. Eventually someone helped and that person was entirely rude and didn't seem like they wanted to be there or wanted to help. Didn't seem like it was important enough to make customers coffees since everyone stood around talking about their personal life instead of doing their job with a line in the drive thru and front counter. This is not the first bad experience I have had at this store but it will be the last. I will make sure I let everyone I know not to come to this store as this experience was beyond ridiculous. Barely any employees wear masks or gloves and clearly aren't taking this pandemic seriously. All their hair was down so it wouldn't surprise me if customers had hair in their food or drinks. If you're not willing to work and do nothing but stand there to talk and take this pandemic and people's health into consideration; then you do not deserve a job. There are plenty of people who are looking for jobs and with actual customer service experience in which all of you clearly know nothing about. If I could give less than one star I would. This Dunkin Donuts always gets my order wrong! The first two times I ordered the Turkey Bacon Ranch on a croissant and got it on flat bread even though it was rung up correctly. Today they finally put my sandwich on a croissant but they gave me a sausage egg and cheese! The order was rung up correctly this time too. Although most of the staff I encounter a pleasant, warm, and serving, the place is often a mess. I purchased a dozen heart shaped cream filled powder donuts. Friends and family love them. When pulled apart, it exposed a small dab of cream filling smaller than a 1/4" in diameter. Very disappointing and more often than not they come this way. Unsure why they call them creme filled. Asked for a glass of ice with my coke bottle, told ok, then never received. Just doesn't seem worth the money and the attention to quality is severely lacking. read more

This place is consistently bad. They get your order wrong half the time and the drinks are terrible. The iced coffees and iced lattes taste like the coffee has been sitting out forever, and they are always either way too sweet or have no sweetener at all.
