My first visit to Tim Hortons was, unfortunately, a bit disappointing. I ordered a medium iced caramel latte, and I'll definitely give them credit where it's due--it was really good. The coffee was smooth, flavorful, and exactly what I was hoping for. Where they lost me was the ham and cheese savory pastry. Based on the description, I expected something more like a buttery, flaky croissant filled with a generous slice of deli-style ham and melted cheese. Instead, there were only a couple of tiny pieces of ham with very little cheese. While the pastry itself was light, flaky, buttery, and tasty, it lacked the protein I was expecting. It felt more like eating empty calories than a satisfying breakfast item. Overall, I'll give Tim Hortons a 3 out of 5 stars. The iced caramel latte saved the experience, but the savory pastry was a letdown. I won't order that again, although I'm willing to give Tim Hortons another chance and try something different on my next visit. Hopefully, my next experience will be a better one. read more

I ordered a Matcha with soy milk that was pretty good little pricey for the size. The service was pretty decent that's why I gave it a four instead of a five. On the inside it was pretty clean restroom was clean staff was just a little short and helping with the menu if needed. Seems as if they were not fully aware of the menu or just didn't wanna help other than that the breakfast sandwich was good you can also make it how you want. read more

My first time. Love the decor... Clean & crisp. Plenty of workers and all seemed eager to serve. Well trained in process. Manager was on hand to answer any questions. (Yes the beef sausage is like a hamburger) Food was served up quick & hot. I love that they have something for every diet & flavor pallet. I went here for the first time last week and the owner was talking to all the customers. He was very friendly and helpful and got me another breakfast burrito because mine had no avocado on it. I was happy and felt valued. Today, however, things were 'different'. I chose the drive thru and ordered a sausage burrito, forgot to ask for avocado, which they actually asked me if I wanted last Saturday, but that's on me. We also ordered a Boston cream donut. Well, as I was approaching my house, my wife realized her donut was missing. I went back and they put the donut in a small bag and gave it to me. No apologies, just a snarky "have a nice day". So I get home and start to eat my burrito only to find that they gave me one with no sausage, even though they asked if I wanted beef or pork (I told them "Pork". Then, when the wife tried to take the donut out of the bag, the chocolate was completely stuck to the bag. Doubt I will be back. If you go, CHECK your stuff before you leave. read more

The only reason for the 2 stars versus 1 star is because the customer service was good and the establishment was squeaky clean. But as far as the food and drinks = sub par. *Avocado Toast - because the avocado spread was so thin the everything seasoning was overpowering. That being said the avocado definitely looked like a processed spread versus fresh mashed avocado. *Strawberry & Coconut Milk drink - the coconut milk looked curdled and unappetizing *Mochanut Coffee - it had a burnt dark hot chocolate taste; didn't really taste like coffee. Hashbrown - room temperature and soggy Nutella Croissant - this was actually good however there was way too much Nutella so it was pretty messy to eat. Driving through Fairburn, I spotted Tim Hortons and decided to pull over and see what was happening there. As I entered, I was warmly greeted, which made me excited to explore the menu. Since it was my first visit, I needed a bit more time to make my selections with so many sweet treats available. Although I initially wanted coffee, I opted for a refresher made with lemonade, which was perfect for my ride home. I also bought half a dozen donuts for my siblings and treated myself to a cookie, which was delicious! A few things to note: there's seating both indoors and outdoors. There's also a drive-through and plenty of parking, giving you options for how you'd like to experience your visit! The restroom was very clean. There is also plenty of background information on Tim Hortons' charity and how they are providing enrichment for the community. read more

This was my first time visiting this location. The service was confusing. I believe the young lady at the register was new, and the person standing beside her (helping) was confused. I ordered a hot coffee at least 4 times, I stated HOT. Finally received a COLD coffee! OMG- how many times did I need to say HOT! We also got a Frappe with a small squirt of whipped cream. Both Coffee and Frappe will give you diabetes. The food took forever although they are just microwaving. I gave 1 star for the guy who brought my food out with gloves on. Everyone else just touching lids with bare hands and long decorative nails (1 girl making the coffee). This was not a good experience- I will not be back! $26 wasted! read more

I was excited to see Tim Horton's in Fairburn, GA during my recent travels. I have not had Tim Horton's in over 10 years traveling to Toronto, Canada for work. I ordered a mocha coffee, a bacon, egg and cheese croissant and an apple fritter. Yes I am greedy lol! I ordered through the drive through ar around 7am on a Saturday morning. Surprisingly, there was no line of cars. The young man who took my order was very helpful in helping me figure out what to order. Again...it has been over 10 years. The croissant was pretty large. I didn't take a picture before gobbling it up but it was good. I saved the apple fritter for later in the day. Delicious. The coffee was not very good though. While the food is good, the customer service is beyond horrible. Don't know who the lady's name is , I think she's the manager on the Sunday morning shift, she is either having a really bad morning is is naturally mean and rude. Seemed irritated when I was trying to place my order; just handed me several orders with a bag and just looked at me as if "what are you still doing here" because she hadn't given me the rest of my order. She gave me the other part without even looking at me or saying anything. New fast food restaurant serving coffee, and breakfast sandwiches, and sweet treats. I got the bacon egg and cheese croissant. Tastes good but needs more to fill the large croissant. I would also prefer my egg scrambled instead of fried, but I'm not sure if that's an option. I also order timbits which are donut holes. They only had 2 flavors available this morning so I got the ten count of honey dipped. I got two coffees to complete my order. Although they both were a medium the French vanilla coffee was in a larger cup than the decaf coffee. Overall it was a nice quick breakfast and the customer service was great. read more

So this place is brand new to the Fairburn area. very clean plenty of parking and a drive Thru. I was promptly greeted and the cashier was very patient since I didn't know what I wanted. I ended up with two egg muffins , 4 egg white bites , one hash brown, 10 donut holes and the tangerine ( orange ) refresher. Ok so I really enjoyed the muffin , the egg is def fresh and I liked the taste of the sausage and the cheese was a nice compliment. The egg white bites were fluffy but had no salt no nothing. I liked the refresher it tangerine or orange mango something I liked it it was very light and not too sweet. The hash brown was flaky and good. Now.... I got 8 honey dipped donut holes ... and they were not in my bag. 9.99 gone. Ugh . I was super annoyed I was already at least 25 min away I didn't want to turn around. It looked really good but I was bummed they forgot it in my bad ... note to self always check your order. But overall I would be back to try lunch read more

Matcha latte tastes nothing like it should, more like green paste. I realize the Newnan location opened recently but maybe they're not ready to serve paying customers yet. Given my experience I'll pay more money and wait in line at Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts or drive another mile to Brew for good tasting coffee and tea. Mediocre breakfast food. Coffee was good but I can get Tim Hortons in my Keurig at home. The hashed brown potato was tasteless. The croissant was good. Very limited menu. They have no mustard for a condiment. Not sure how they will stay open all day with only limited do-nuts and breakfast type food. Think Dunkins has a better menu for the price. read more

Awww I was greatly disappointed in this place. The owner was outside relaxing in a chair while the two girls at the counter were getting slammed. One was just a bit unhappy and flustered by running around without the proper staffing. The counter was dirty and sticky and as I was paying I got it all over my bag and hand. The ice coffee was not good. They charge for a flavor added unlike DD. My tiny donut was stale. I certainly won't drive that far away for Tim's after being a loyal Canadian fan. This is what happens when franchises get in the wrong hands. This guy is about profit and zero cleanliness or customer service. Please don't bring your bad ethics to PTC. read more
