Very hit or miss. We have had great experiences with the staff early in the morning very kind and not usually busy. Get our order right every time but sometimes the food gets a little burnt. I went here for the first time a couple months ago and the wait in the drive-thru was long. No biggie, it happens. The guy in the window rubbed me the wrong way. He asked how I was, asked why I wasn't smiling, and said that I should smile more, etc. Alright, so I didn't go back there for a while. Most of the employees at this location are good people - however, their management team here is an absolute clown show. Watched an employee being "trained" at the register with the "manager" actually telling the employee what the customers were doing wrong when they placed an order - openly and blatantly chastising and belittling the customers (in front of other customers and the person being trained) rather than helping the employee to properly handle the simple questions customers were asking. Waited in the drive-thru window for 10 minutes waiting for one coffee, listening to the employees loudly complaining about how other people get paid more than them so they don't care about their job anyways. How bad are your headphones when "eggwhite flatbread" sounds like "blueberry bagel"? Should I be Yelping motorola instead? This Dunks really struggles to get the orders right. I'm a daily Dunker and either hit this one, the one at the Rte 1 rotary in Newburyport, or the one on Rte 1 in Rowley. Let's face it: none of them bat 1.000. But this particular one hits like an American League pitcher. If I order decaf, I get it 70% of the time and that's one of those things you don't realize until about 20 minutes later when you're wondering why the stereo is so loud and you can't stop singing. If I order splenda, it's actually in the coffee about half the time. They do high volume, so the coffee is usually fresh, but I've taken to going inside to prevent the awkward bag check at the drive-thru or so I can watch for the orange-topped pot. read more

Every time I come to this DD I find myself waiting in drive through line at least 15 min. And if you think going in will be faster your wrong. It's 2pm on a Monday (not a busy time)and I've been sitting in the drive through for 10 mins. The line has moved one car. Total wait time was 22 minutes. Employees were very rude to a drive in customer. Her sandwich was made incorrectly and she came in saying so, the employee responded, I didn't make it. The women asked to speak to the manager and he said "really how rude". Worst customer service. Literally the worst Dunkin' Donuts anywhere! The owner needs to hire all new help and invest in more time at that location teaching and observing customer service!! The employees are rude, they don't care about the customer. They don't pay attention when ordering and people always have to order multiple times. I sat at the window for 2-3 min staring at my coffee while they talked about irrelevant issues, until someone finally walked over and handed me my coffee. The wait in line or drive through is ALWAYS long, no matter what day or time. I always try to go to the DD in the plaza across the way, but sometimes can't and I always regret it. Not to mention, the coffee always tastes horrible and most times it's not even made right and I just drink it, because I need to go. The people working the Drive-Thru are very rude. They gossip and drop the F-bomb. I even overheard one worker joke about where to bury a body! The food and coffee are good when they can get the order correct. The manager of this store needs to train these workers to say "Please" and "Thank you". This is THE WORST Dunkin Donuts I've ever had the displeasure of giving money to. I try not to stop here at all but it's convenient being so close to 95. Each time I think "maybe it will be better this time.." and it never is. Each time they get simple coffee orders wrong, forget things like straws and are extremely slow, rude and unprofessional. Just this morning I hit my breaking point. Ordering an iced decaf coffee with almond milk and 1 sugar. I repeated this order twice and the employee even repeated it back to me. About 15 minutes later I finally drove away only to realize I received iced coffee with almond milk and 3 sugars. An hour later I realized with jittery hands that I most definitely did NOT get decaf.. I ordered an onion bagel with veggie cream cheese and French vanilla hot coffee. When the girl handed the person at the window my order, I over heard her say plain bagel and plain cream cheese. I told them that's not my order and he insisted it was an onion bagel and he just needed to replace the cream cheese. When I drove off I realize it was also a plain bagel and regular coffee. Early this Morn I had tests at Anna Jacques Hosp. I was unable to eat or drink from night before . SOOO after tests, straight to Dunkins for coffee and a muffin. Since I hadn't had a coffee I was in a fog and left my wallet on Counter. After arriving at home , finishing my coffee I realized I left my wallet there. I called them , "yes we have it , its in the Managers office ". I went back to retrieve , saw woman who waited on me and got my wallet back. My servers co-worker told me how the woman in line behind me TRIED to take my wallet and say she was going to return to me. My Server said "NO WAY " and grabbed it out of her hand and said "we will take care of it !!!" my wallet fully in tact , I Tipped my server well she wouldn't take it . Manager finally said YES you can keep it .I Thanked them all for their honesty and for saving me a loss and multiple head aches !!!
