One star is being more than generous for this location... everytime I have gone here i've had to wait up to 20 minutes despite no one being ahead of me. I have never experienced this craziness. lady had attitude as soon as I pulled up to the drive thru--immediately annoyed that I had questions before ordering. when I pulled up she had a smirk on her face and yelled at me for snatching the lemonade out of her hand--I could hardly reach I parked a little further than planned and tried to grab it when she snapped at me. this person was covered in head to toe tattoos--gang tattoos, witch tattoos, prison tattoos idk but covering her neck and face and body--she didn't look clean. she also had the temperment of someone who messes with a customers food before giving it to them. she has no business handling food or interfacing with customers. she sarcastically called me "sweetie" the whole time. I only ordered a coffee and lemonade. I asked to speak to her manager and she said sure she's right here. low and behold this androgynous person with a jersey and baseball cap on next to her was her manager--the person who heard the whole thing. she's clearly allowing this behavior so I realized quickly I would get nowhere with her either. both people looked dirty and unprofessional. I didn't feel safe drinking coffee and I should have refused it in the first place. I'm appalled and I will never go back. The Walmart of breakfast spots, went here earlier this week at 7am. Pretty sure I contracted ring worm while waiting in line, the donuts were all mislabeled and out of place. I've seen more responsible adults in a group home. Cashier told me for an extra $1.78 he would throw in his mixtape with my order, I was appalled. I'll gladly pay $12.99 for a small coffee at Starbucks. Track 7 on that mixtape isn't half bad. read more

If i could give 0 stars I would. Woke up and decided to go get breakfast at Dunkin, went through the drive-thru and ordered what I always ordered and it just didn't taste right at all. The chicken was squishy and stringy. I did not get handed a receipt I watched her crumble it and not even ask if we wanted it. We go home, both take a bite of the chicken and immediately spit it out. We take pictures and go back up. We go inside and ask to talk to a manager and it took the manager about 10 minutes to even come and speak to us. He came over, never once said sorry, said "i'm busy so your going to have to wait" and rolled his eyes and stormed back to his spot. He came over and said "without the receipt or food i can't do anything" I offered to go get the food and he said "no, if you give me a minute when the drive thru slows down I can go back and print your receipts out and figure it out." So we stood there for THIRTY minutes waiting patiently while watching him speak to ALL of his coworkers DISGUSTINGLY telling them "go away" whenever they tried asking a question and yelling at each and every one of them. When the drive thru calmed down he sent his supervisor over, he didn't even come back to apologize or talk. The supervisor was DISGUSTING, I never once have seen a more disrespectful adult talk to a customer before. At this point I explained "it's not even about the refund anymore it's about how I was treated" and he did not care at all. He said "I can go back and get your receipts but I won't because there's no reason your chicken was fine" I showed him pictures with todays date and time and he said "that could of been made up" all i wanted was for him to go print the receipt so maybe I could take it to corporate and have the receipt and he wouldn't. I tried explaining "i know it's stressful working in fast food i've worked at cfa and whenever someone was upset I would handle it much differently and reason with the costumer" and all he said was "this isn't cfa" He stood there with his arms folded just so unprofessional talking to us like we weren't a customer. I tried asking for his name and he wouldn't even give it to me. I said "if you won't print the receipt i can go get the food, i come here all the time and get the same order i'm not trying to make anything up i just want a refund" he said "well if you come here all the time you know that's how our chicken tastes, i can gladly make you another one" i walked out because i have bad anxiety and they he was talking to me i just could not handle it. The attached sandwich is what I received in the drive-thru. If you complain, the employee's involve all customers in the store. Last time over a black cup of coffee, there was almost a riot. The drive through is constantly double parked and it is very dangerous to utilize it. The traffic pulls in from Little Road driving 50 miles an hour, and almost hit me on a couple of occasions. I will never use this location again. Something should be done to ensure the safety of the customers and there should be more mature employees on staff. Daughter and I love taking the short bike ride here and enjoy the fresh donuts and snackin bacon. The employees are super friendly and quick despite being busy all the time. The donut selection is full all the time and the lobby is tidy and nice and cool. The only thing wrong with this location is the drive thru. It's very narrow around the side of the building and much of the time you cannot exit around back. But, this building houses a fee businesses so it's not in this location's control. read more

Idk why but this location is just terrible. The food is often inedible. Today I got a breakfast sandwich for myself, and bagel minis for my son which were both burnt to a crisp. If it wasn't for Cindy interrupting my ordering process I would not have written a review for this location. I'm not a review kind of person unless I really feel the need too. Today I felt the need too. There was a young woman who was on staff today who was so warm and kind and lovely and answered all of my questions with a smile on her face. I'm not a huge coffee drinker so I wanted to make sure I was ordering the proper drink for what I wanted. Cindy rudely interrupted my conversation and said, and I quote; "Are you just talking to him or are you taking his order, I can't do this by myself " ? Honestly I was thrown off by this because on one hand I understand where Cindy was coming from but on the other hand I am a customer as well. There was so much attitude behind her statement and it made me feel uncomfortable. I honestly never plan on coming back to this Dunkin location because this experience really rubbed me the wrong way. This Duncan Donut location is like 3 minutes from our home. After placing my orders through the drive~thru there for the past several months (yes, months I put up with this) getting home to find stuff missing...another call, add me to your list and drive back. Just ridiculous. They need more training or possibly just employees that care. I now, finally, drive to the one on 19. Even though I have to go inside there because the drive~thru is so small!! I have NEVER gone home missing something and they're so friendly!! You can tell they care. I just wish it didn't take me so long to wake up and switch locations. I only get to stop by this Dunkin Donuts once in a while but when I do I get a little upset. I understand that this is a new location and everyone is learning but now that they've been open it still hasn't changed. Each time I order a breakfast sandwich it comes out burnt . I am never able to check it until I get to work because it grab the sandwich and go. Next time I will make sure I check. I gave this dunkin donuts a 2 out of 5 stars because it's still my favorite coffee chain, however this is the worst one in the area. I keep coming back because it's on my way to work. The service does not compare to the other locations. My most recent experience will be my last. Going to go out of my way to another store. My coffee was wrong...To the point where I couldn't drink it. Also, after biting into my burnt cinnamon raisin bagel, I discovered that the cream cheese was spoiled. Customer service is non existent here. Walk in to order , totally empty parking lot, still managed to serve 2 drive thru orders after you took my order and my money. The employee outside smoking on his phone came in, walked right up and made his coffee before mine. Very frustrating, but glad it was someone else's cause he NEVER washed his hands. Seems as I watched this take place, the girl was making 2 breakfast sandwiches, that I just ordered, was taken by another employee and given to the drive thru. WTF? So thank you for letting me watch and wait in your dirty dining area. A broom is used to sweep debris into a pile, then get a dust pan, used to collect debris with assistance from the broom. Might need a scrapping device because seems under your tables have been ignored for some time. Managers usually supervise activities such as clean up or presentation of their store. I have consistently tried to enjoy the donuts and coffee here and have consistently walked away completely disappointed and angry at myself for trying again. The last time we went, the donuts were so stale, despite the manager's insistence they were fresh that my seven year old kids refused to eat them. I won't be giving any stars (but in order to submit a review, they require you too) to this Dunkin Donuts as they deserve NONE. The manager is rude and does not have any customer service skills! Went this morning and ordered coffee and breakfast for the office and my total was $16.01, I handed the girl a $20.00 bill and she was flustered and after a minute or two asked if I had a penny so she didn't have to make change. So I had to dig through my purse, she hands me back $4.00 and my (2) coffees and thanks me, says have a good day and closes the window. Not thinking anything of it, I drove off. When I got to work I realized I had not gotten my food (yes, partly my fault). I called the store and get the manager on the phone and she tells me my food is still sitting there to come back and get it. I stated I was at work and couldn't leave. She then tells me I am being rude and needed to not yell at her. I stated I wasn't yelling nor being rude, but if she wanted me to yell and get rude I would be happy to do so. I told her she could just refund me my money and she stated she was doing me a favor by making new food for me when I came back the next time. I stated again that I just wanted a refund as I would not be giving that Dunkin Donuts my business ever again. She started yelling and told me she now wasn't refunding me my money and wasn't replacing my food and hung up on me. I tried calling back several times and they would not answer the phone after that. I then called the corporate office and was told that they are a franchise and that there was nothing she could do, but would let the franchise know the situation. What happened to customer service? I got no food and she was doing me a favor by replacing it for me? I don't think so! Never will I visit this location again!! I can see now why this location has all the negative reviews. This manager needs some customer service training!!!! read more
