    Bad chicken

    If i could give 0 stars I would. Woke up and decided to go get breakfast at Dunkin, went through the drive-thru and ordered what I always ordered and it just didn't taste right at all. The chicken was squishy and stringy. I did not get handed a receipt I watched her crumble it and not even ask if we wanted it. We go home, both take a bite of the chicken and immediately spit it out. We take pictures and go back up. We go inside and ask to talk to a manager and it took the manager about 10 minutes to even come and speak to us. He came over, never once said sorry, said "i'm busy so your going to have to wait" and rolled his eyes and stormed back to his spot. He came over and said "without the receipt or food i can't do anything" I offered to go get the food and he said "no, if you give me a minute when the drive thru slows down I can go back and print your receipts out and figure it out." So we stood there for THIRTY minutes waiting patiently while watching him speak to ALL of his coworkers DISGUSTINGLY telling them "go away" whenever they tried asking a question and yelling at each and every one of them. When the drive thru calmed down he sent his supervisor over, he didn't even come back to apologize or talk. The supervisor was DISGUSTING, I never once have seen a more disrespectful adult talk to a customer before. At this point I explained "it's not even about the refund anymore it's about how I was treated" and he did not care at all. He said "I can go back and get your receipts but I won't because there's no reason your chicken was fine" I showed him pictures with todays date and time and he said "that could of been made up" all i wanted was for him to go print the receipt so maybe I could take it to corporate and have the receipt and he wouldn't. I tried explaining "i know it's stressful working in fast food i've worked at cfa and whenever someone was upset I would handle it much differently and reason with the costumer" and all he said was "this isn't cfa" He stood there with his arms folded just so unprofessional talking to us like we weren't a customer. I tried asking for his name and he wouldn't even give it to me. I said "if you won't print the receipt i can go get the food, i come here all the time and get the same order i'm not trying to make anything up i just want a refund" he said "well if you come here all the time you know that's how our chicken tastes, i can gladly make you another one" i walked out because i have bad anxiety and they he was talking to me i just could not handle it. The manager's name was Joey and the picture below of the other guy was the supervisor, but he would not give me his name.

    This is the drive-through, notice the double parked. I have almost been hit here several times

    The attached sandwich is what I received in the drive-thru. If you complain, the employee's involve all customers in the store. Last time over a black cup of coffee, there was almost a riot. The drive through is constantly double parked and it is very dangerous to utilize it. The traffic pulls in from Little Road driving 50 miles an hour, and almost hit me on a couple of occasions. I will never use this location again. Something should be done to ensure the safety of the customers and there should be more mature employees on staff. I do not live in CA, I live in New Port Richey, FL and this location is on Little Road, New Port Richey, FL

    Gave it two stars because I love DD, however, this location is awful! Dirty? Uh yeah..extremely poor selection..out of everything. Ordered a blueberry muffin, heated with butter. They heated it..forgot the butter, so slapped some ice cold butter on after the fact. Gross. Def not up to DD standards! This would not fly in ANY of their Boston locations! Won't be back to this one for sure!

    The inability to multi task is astonishing.. I will give them this though, and that is that the flavor of the drinks are pretty good.

    So slow. Took over 25 min to get a donut in the drive through. I think chick fil a needs to train DD. They're all so incredibly slow.

    After I posted this and called Dunkin doughnuts the owner Of this store called me to apologize he…read morewas very friendly and said he would fix the problem I really appreciated the call I am calling health department tried to contact Dunkin' Donuts to discuss issue but can't get through you have to wait till 11 PM and then there's over a 20 minute wait if you're lucky so it's February 20 2019 I was there at 10 AM the guy behind the counter was cleaning with a dirty rag around equipment had to wait till he was finished I explain to him my wife is in the hospital receiving blood and can't afford to get sick so I asked him if you could please wash his hands to my surprise he totally refused he didn't wear gloves or wash his hands it might've just been at the register but I don't not want transference of germs onto anything I had to leave store and go somewhere else maybe this guy needs some better training or somethings should be taken care of about this maybe Dunkin' Donuts should take the franchise away from the owner PS if anyone does get sick from being there let me know and I'll go to court for you still trying to get a hold of health department and complaint line at Dunkin' Donuts still can't believe he refused to wash his hands and actually told me know I wish I could give a zero as a rating or actually for places like this maybe they should have a minus rating After I posted this and called Dunkin doughnuts the owner of this store called me to apologize he was very friendly and said he would fix the problem I really appreciated the call

However, the selection was two racks of donuts not selected by the donut goers. The tastes was disappointing. Bland. Not soft like they were cooked recently. Next DD/donut craving will lead me elsewhere.
