Popped in here for a quick morning snack around 10am. There was a seven car line in the drive-through, so we decided to go inside. We were greeted by Tara at the counter, and she was wonderful! Amazing smile, and great personality! The interior of the restaurant was clean, and pleasant. We ordered a couple donuts, a breakfast wrap, and snacking bacon. Everything was fresh and delicious! Our wait time was a little more than five minutes, and when we came out, all of the cars had made it through the line too. Super fast service! read more

This is the best DD in the area. I used to drive out of my way for this location! I am fussy about filled donuts and expect to hit filling in the first two bites- not all DD's fill their donuts equally and that is what leads me here! To the best filled donuts. Their service is always spot on too! I miss my jelly filled munchkins so much that I popped in for a box before my nieces first cross country meet! That's another thing- West Pasco peeps are lucky to have filled munchkins! I live in Jax and none of them have those munchkins here! It's like they don't exist! I go to this Dunkin very frequently and lately the past week they have been "out" of large cups. Yet I can see that they just got the shipment of supplies in and the large cups they are supposed to be out of are sitting on the pallet of supplies. They also consistently don't listen to the customers whole order and I continue to get my coffee without the cream and sugar I ask for. Im never one to leave reviews especially bad ones but this is a consistent thing with this location. Do better. Order more cups since you are always out of them or go get them off the pallet when you are out. Listen to your customers full order. read more

This DUNKIN DONUTS is an embarrassment to Dunkin Donuts Corporation. After several try's I have yet to have a good experience at this location. Every single time I was placing an order we were interrupted by another employee while speaking. The employee's continuously chit chat when customers are placing orders. Zero professionalism, zero organization. We have actually left with a to go order and the coffee was not hot. Today is the final straw. Once again interrupted while placing the order, twice they made the wrong coffee. Twice other employee's interfered with the cashier while she is doing her job. Worst customer service EVER!! My son and I walked into Dunkin today and we were greeted so rudely. We were actually YELLED at by employees " you can't come in here without a mask!" . Not asked but literally yelled at .then another man walked in and was also yelled at that we won't serve you without a mask... then finally another woman walked in and they also yelled at her .. this mask garbage doesn't start until tomorrow. Well that man and that woman both walked out. I would have too but I was starving and just dealt with it .. I don't agree with the masks but I am one to follow the rules. This DD is in a busy location on US 19 near Main Street. True parking lot is small. I believe the staff does not listen, as so many customers are yelling at them. Inside is fairly clean, but I have yet to get an order correct after 2 visits. Not sure of the reason behind this, but trying to get it corrected is harder than ordering. Between staff with selective hearing, excessive wait time, wrong orders & frustration, this will be my last visit to this location. What's a girl to do? This place is disgusting in both customer service and the product it sells. We bought a dozen doughnuts and the drive through lady was so inept, we had to drive to the window to get our order straight. At that point the order taker and others in the building started complaining about the order because she rang in multiple orders incorrectly. Once we received our doughnuts we headed on our way on our trip. Once my wife opened the box of doughnuts, she saw multiple furry blue spots on the doughnuts. MOLD!!!!! Two days in a row I ordered through the Dunkin APP, an extra large black coffee, nothing in it. I placed these orders at 7:40 am and arrived at the store at 7:55 am and they were not ready. I finally got my order after have to ask if it was ready yet and was told we are short handed. I finally got my order at 8:10 am. One girl actually yelled at a customer in the drive through today and then threw her headset across the floor. I have real problems with this particular Dunkin Donuts. No matter HOW many times I repeat my order, they always get it wrong. Always. Don't get me wrong, the people here are VERY nice. They are. Well meaning I am sure. But they always get the orders wrong save for ONE girl that I know there who really does seem to listen and care about the customers. (Shout out to you, K.!) But, the one thing that TICKS me off to no end is, no matter HOW many times I tell these folks to please, put on a pair of gloves when making my sandwich...they have to constantly be reminded. And when you complain to the manager/owner? He really doesn't seem to care too much about what you have to say. It's a shame, really, because I am always at this DD every Wednesday for a repeated doctors appt in the area...and I stop there on the way home. But seriously, there are like 7,32347239841 other Dunkin donuts to go to that I really don't need to put myself through this every week. Now I am a loyal DD customer, I have been going to the same one every morning for over 6 years and recently started to patron this one on my lunch break; or should say had been because today was the last day. Today, after getting my order wrong AGAIN, the cashier was completely rude to me. She said thank you at the end of our exchange and before I could responded she also stated " well your welcome". I ask her what her problem is as she is being aggressive and I did nothing but get my coffee and attempt to drive away and she says " it doesn't matter". I tell her she cant speak like that and I am not letting this go and she says " it doesn't matter you can't do anything my dad owns this place".. Well I hope that " dad" reads this review as well as the MANY others I will write on various sites and corrects his " daughter" in regards to customer service and basic human respect. Not only is the staff incompetent, ignore customers, and act rude and aggressive apparently they have a misguided air of authority regarding the business. So "dad" I will be taking my business up the street to another DD and I will be letting everyone I work with ( side note: I work at the largest employer in the city of New Port Richey) about my experience at your sub-par establishment and be spreading my experience via the internet. I always liked coming here, but went inside and while waiting to order some coffee, I noticed about 10 or more large flies swarming. I watched them as they landed on the food - ALL of it! Two or more would land on the bagels, donuts, and muffins at a time. It was disgusting. When I let the woman in charge know, she blamed it on them coming in when the doors opened. She preceded to try and shoe them away and left all of the contaminated food for the customers. The coffee is always good and the food is normally fresh, but keep in mind it is contaminated with fly germs. When a fly lands on something they vomit on it and carry germs from anything else they had landed on (feces, etc). This is a healthy and safety hazard. read more

I pulled up to the drive-thru around 8:30 am and started to place my order. By the time I was done I was told my order was to large and needed to come inside to place it, even though I just finished placing it. The reason was because it was to large for the drive-thru and they were on a timer. But yet, no one else was behind me in the drive thru. I pulled up and paid for my $80 order. I parked my car and walked inside to the numerous glares from the staff. After receiving my order, I drove back to my office to set everything up for a meeting. It was quickly clear that part of my order was missing. I had to get back into my car and drive back to the location. After mentioning that 4 containers of cream cheese were missing, they were almost about to try and charge me for the replacements. Overall my experience was well below par with the customer service there and I visit that location daily. The gentleman that works at that location is always very friendly and helpful but the rest of the staff can use an attitude adjustment and more training on how to deal with customers. Most of the time when I use the drive-thru they are too busy having conversations with one another than to greet the customer who is right in front of them. Place is a total joke. If you order a coffee you'll get a soda. If you order a breakfast sandwich you'll receive a coffee. If you order a donut you'll receive a juice. I just went there this morning and when I asked for a 1/2 dozen donuts, the server grabbed a box and just as she was about to ask which donuts I wanted, she put the box down on the counter and disappeared. I waited there almost two minutes before the other cashier finished with her customer and asked me if my cashier went to get me something from the back and I said "no" she didn't and I don't know where she went. So the young lady takes my order instead. As I was paying the one that left me so abruptly came up front to fill a box ..apparently for drive thru, so the girl that was serving me asked her what happened why she just left like that and the girl responded that her manager told her to do it. The girl that helped me just looked at her and said" Oh really? Wow!". So I, not wanting to totally ruin this beautiful Sunday morning, decided to not raise my blood pressure by putting that server and her manager in check. Instead this review is my battle axe! Never had issues with Dunkin Donuts in N.Y. So figured Florida's would be just as good. Hmmm, Stopped here before taking our son to school. They really need a better location. The drive thru is horrendous and parking lot is so small you better be extra careful. We thought going in would be quicker. Ha ha NO. Line was so long, 2 people walked out. Girls working there were polite but must be hard of hearing. Everyone including us had to repeat our orders 2-3 times. So after finally placing our order almost 15-20 later, in addition to a 5 minute wait for my Chai Tea, we left. Got to the school to open The Munchkins, well i thought donut holes were soft. These were donut stones and horribly sweet. Now Chai tea is naturally sweet, they put some vanilla milk sweet stuff on it when i asked them not to. Only good outcome was my husbands coffee. They were a mess. My girlfriend and I came through the drive through and had a very bad experience that started with the impatient person taking our order yelling at us. When we got to the window we paid and nothing was ready so we drove around to the front where we waited for about five minutes for food and coffee. We had each gotten a bagel and a coffee one hot and one cold. The coffee was pretty bad, and the bagels were terrible as well. One of the bagels was burnt the other was soft and they globbed on the cream cheese without actually spreading around the bagel. Overall, it was a very bad experience. read more
