Came here for my afternoon pick me up. Ordered my usual afternoon drink. My husband also mentioned to Rye who was working the window that my order at another Starbucks earlier in the morning was messed up. Just my husbands way of carrying on conversation. Rye noted that we still had the cup in the car and asked for the sticker and asked what was wrong. We told him what happened with the drink and he and another gentleman ( did not get his name but he had red hair), made sure to make my previous drink correctly. My drink was perfect. As well as the drinks that we ordered. They did not have to do this but went above and beyond, we will try to go to this location as the service here is spectacular. read more

I'm really Particular when I get my coffee and I order pour overs so it's fresh and it usually takes 4-5 min and Come super hot today !!!!!! I went to drive up at probably around 12:30 I ordered a Vente pour over and I got to the counter pretty fast!!! The women's like your pour over is ready and with a big old smile saying it's ready ??? I was surprised because the line went fast and typically takes 6 minutes and typically I'm asked to move to the side and they would bring it out to me but in 2 1/2 minutes they got my pour over Vente ready !!!! I was surprised and And said so.... I'm surprised and then she goes on and on about her coffee being fresh and ready in 30 minutes I said pour hours usually take 5 to 6 minutes but anyway I did not get a pour over they are shady!!!! What's not to love? Comfortable inside and out. Lots of places to sit and drink or eat or work. Outside tables are protected from the sun. The staff is friendly and efficient. Orders come up quickly and are correct. This is one of my favorite Starbucks. read more

horrible. My best friend and i get starbucks regularly and her drink always seems to be a problem at this location. The staff is very rude, and seem to get aggravated when they have to do their jobs. My best friend's order is a pink drink that we specifically ask for EXTRA base. But somehow her drink is always made wrong here, and when we politely ask for them to dump some of the coconut milk out and add more base they're extremely rude and have even refused to fix her drink and instead give her a cup of base to make her own drink. We will not be returning as it's insane to be paying almost 7 dollars a drink for rude employees, poor service, and to have to go home and REMAKE the drink we already paid 7 dollars for because the staff refuses to fix their mistakes. The last time the barista told us she wouldn't take 2 seconds to dump a bit out and add more base because she "already put a generous amount" when we didn't ask for a generous amount, we specifically asked for EXTRA BASE. EXTRA MEANS EXTRA!!! We have also had to wait almost an hour at times and it's infuriating to have to wait so long for a messed up drink. read more

I came today 2/19/21 at 8:50 the door was already closed! And they should be closed by 9pm and also they ladies was inside and they saw me and no one opened however they went out from the store after 9 so I don't find any reason as they closing early and also every one of them was having more than one drink! and was laughing and no one cared as the three ladies closed early than 9pm as the door should be closed by 9! Last time i will come to this store and I don't recommend it to anyoneyou can save time and go to another store. read more

It depends on who is working the time you go. There are a few here that know what they are doing and make something that is tasty and other staff that need help making the simple drinks drinkable. This is your typical starbucks. I always stop here on my way to court. The quality of the food and drinks is good. The employees are friendly and accommodating. The drawbacks to this location are that it is difficult to get in and out of, the sign is not clearly visible, and it is often very busy. read more

The drinks are made just fine, but the customer service leaves A LOT to be desired. They are alway super busy and often understaffed. The staff that has been there when I go is always moving at a snail's pace and spending more time socializing (often inappropriate conversations) and less time working. I went through the drive thru. My order was rushed, put in incorrectly and misunderstood. When I got to the window the barista didn't have his name tag on and he was uninterested. This Starbucks is closest to my house, so I always come before I have classes at school. At night it does get a little crowded, but everyone is very nice, there is plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, and there are a lot of parking spaces. Sam, Dylan, Michael, and this girl with pigtails (I forgot her name) are the best! They're very nice and actually TALK to you while they're making your drink. I appreciate that, because sometimes they tell you about new things you should try next time you come in, or make little suggestions that could help make your drink better. read more

Went through the drive thru at this one and they handed out a cup full of ice and only half full of coffee. Went back in and asked "beth" for a new one. I was surprised by the sarcasm and attitude that she responded with as she stated, "what do you want me to do, put it in a smaller cup?"....... when i explained to her that i would like the size i ordered she began slamming things around and making other orders while i stood there for 10 minutes waiting for the drink to be corrected that already took 15 minutes to get from the drive thru..... not to mention the fact that she still gave me back a cup that was not filled with anything but ice.
